The ladies up front are very sweet, helpful and I never have an issue. The psychiatrist I see as well is amazing, really listens and I feel like I’m making progress. Plus, they play Disney movies. Never a problem with that.

I've been seeing Andrew Lyons and there is absolutely nothing negative I can say. From my 1st appointment until now he has helped me tremendously...I had been stuck in a severe depression for a few years and immediately I started feeling better....I'm astounded because I have been managing my mental health since I was 19 (50++ now) and cant believe how quickly it helped me. I highly recommend seeking TMS treatments concurrently with Ketamine infusions. I am continuing to see changes even now, 6 months later. Mr. Lyons was easy to talk to, professional and understanding. He knew how to help me right away and he was so right. I am extremely thankful for Redemption Psychiatry and Mr. Lyons. I did my TMS treatments with Jackee and we got along great! She was friendly and professional and I enjoyed our talks during treatments. I also had Lord a few times, and she was equally friendly, professional, and nice to talk to.

Twice I setup an appointment to be seen and the first time I didn’t complete my paperwork within 24 hours of my appointment so they cancelled, ok I get it. The 2nd time I finished my paperwork that was within my portal on Friday, my appointment was on Monday. I drove 1.5 hours to get to my appointment to be told that my paperwork wasn’t completed so they gave up my appointment. I didn’t get a text message about this. I told the front desk that my portal showed all tasks completed, she gave me a number to call to have staff re-upload the paperwork. Terrible experience. Will find another provider. This is unacceptable.

Dr Anthony and staff went above and beyond during my visit and made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in. He was professional, compassionate, and took the time to really listen without making me feel rushed or judged. It’s rare to meet someone in healthcare who creates such a comfortable and supportive environment. I left feeling heard, understood, and much more at ease. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who truly cares about their patients.

Anthony Ojeme and his team are the best in the Valley. Anthony has helped me tremendously and has truly made a positive impact on how I feel. Thanks to his expertise and the professionalism of his entire team, I finally feel like myself again. I’m incredibly grateful to have found Anthony and his staff. This would be a 2 star review if it weren't for Ami Radder's 10 star exceptional care. Ami's knowledge and kindness is outstanding and I dont know how I'd have survived the most difficult season of my life were it not for the compassionate care she provides. Unfortunately, there is a lot of room for improvement in regard to the availability and response time of the staff. Although they are always very friendly, it is often impossible to reach anyone by phone and voice messages/emails often require me to follow up. Aside from time consuming and frustrating- the lack of communication can be a serious issue when urgent requests go unanswered. Although this not always the case, the inconsistency is very problematic imo. Despite these inconveniences, I will continue to return to Redemption, because I know how rare providers as phenomenal as Ami Radder are and the positive impact she has had on my life is priceless.

Lord has made my TMS experience so enjoyable and easy! She is compassionate, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Lord also gave me great patient education on ketamine services and has been so helpful!
