Big shout out to Kristine! She is a rare breed and we must clone her! Kristine has been great ever since my very first interaction with her, she’s always very helpful, upbeat, kind and goes above and beyond, Covey is lucky to have her. The rest of the staff I’ve interacted with in the office have also been very personable, I would highly recommend Covey due to the professionalism and the fact that they make you feel welcomed. Thank you!

Kristine at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She has such high energy, a sweet personality, and a genuinely positive vibe. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell she truly enjoys her job and interacting with people. I will keep this professional as I am still a licensed security guard. Covey knows why I gave them 1 star. They did not have my back and only want to hear one side of the story before making quick judgement on me, there is more but there is no reason to air all the dirty laundry. Learn and move on and on to the next security location where I will have some authority and choices and where communication is vital between the current security company and the business employees, And not have to listen to wanna be Security Guards at a retail store who do not communicate.

My name is Vanessa and I want to give thanks to Kristine Winstead, who set me up for onboarding class at Covey Security. I just wanted to say how welcoming and friendly Kristine was. Kristine made the onboarding experience feel smooth and welcoming. I even enjoyed her going over step by step on what we where going to do. Kristine also made me clfeel comfortable and answered all my questions. Overall Kristine and the staff where awesome to me and everyone else. Great good 😊

As a young collage student it can be scary walking out of the workplace at 11pm to your car. Our old security company would be on break or around the back of the building or nowhere to be found. Monday my workplace had hired a new security company named Covey. Us young girls just thought it would be the same as the old company. We were wrong right at 11 security was right out front and was patrolling the next row from where we were parked.The guard even stop about five car lengths away to make sure we got in our cars safe and it’s been that way since .i pulled up beside him and told him thanks he was very friendly and very professional. I am not a review person but I think Covey Security and Guard Shipley are a breath of fresh air and they care about everyone’s safety. Thank you Guard Shipley

If by a chance she does not know the answer you are looking for she will find out and get back to you in a record time. Kristine is always in a good mood and her attitude is very professional.
