Huge shout out to ANGEL at Redwing! Angel is very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about his job and boot warranty. So I spoke to Angel on the phone on Wednesday and I had told him what was going on with my boots and he said that he couldn’t give me a yes or no about the exchange to just bring them in and he looked at my Boots and said that they were still under the 12 month warranty. so I asked him if he was working Saturday he gave me his schedule so I pulled up on Saturday and Angel was there. He was very helpful and he did advise me that my Boots did fall into warranty so he made the exchange happen smooth I was in and out in about 10 minutes and I just wanna say thank you to Angel and also thank you to Redwing for being the best boot on the market. I boast to all the guys at work how good Redwing Is and this is why I go Red Wing. I will always go Red Wing because they’re made in the USA and also the warranties you cannot beat that no other company has warranty like redwing, boot barn could never.

Jake was very helpful. I am a second time buyer of the same boot. He assisted with insoles and exterior treatments that I haven't had before. Very knowledgeable and personable. Great customer service from the time I got there to the time I left.

RJ was a very big help. Great customer service. Asked me what I was looking for in a boot as well as what I did for work and what I liked/disliked about the few boots I tried on in store. I walked out with a new pair of boots and sole inserts in under 20 minutes compared to when I spend an hour wandering around boot barn. Will be coming back in the future for my next pair.

I needed to replace my redwings, except this time I bought the special insoles and leather protector. I am walking up to 16 miles a day for work and I happily purchased these without a work voucher. The service was great, as well.

Well , I have to give em a five star., even though the in store selection is highly limited and more expensive than online The sales recognize me and didn't say anything.I had been in a couple months earlier and walked back out.Cause everything was too expensive but I had the money this time I came in looking like a homeless person with a pair of walmart boots on that were falling apart., and despite the neighborhood in my appearance, the salesperson was extremely courteous and professional. I could see an air of caution about him because he recognized me and my appearance, but nonetheless he was extremely professional and courteous. ThenInsoles were fifty bucks and definitely not as good a quality as I can get it walmart. The shoes were pretty good.It's nice not to have to get something a few sizes too big. Definitely , not good for what I wanted them for, that's ridding a motorcycle ., but they are better than what I had for walking. Not worth 300 bucks, but definitely better than the $50 shoes. I usually do at home. Not hundreds of dollars better, but at least my proper size can fit me. And I don't have to get shoes that are too big. Not sure, I'll get another pair of these not at this price.But I might , i'm still breaking these in. We'll see how well they last.And how are they break in awkward on the motorcycle?Which is why i'm not sure I'll get another pair., that in the price. But then that's my fault for missing the Christmas special
