I have a Samsung refrigerator (Model: RF29A9771SR) that was suffering from poor ice production and incorrect cooling temperatures in both the fridge and freezer. ​Before Don arrived, I had multiple warranty visits from different technicians from other companies who tried replacing the ice maker and the water filter housing assembly, but the core issue persisted. ​Don completely turned the experience around. He possesses a true problem-solving mindset and a brilliant approach to diagnosis. Using a detailed process of elimination, he walked me through his logic at every turn, explaining exactly what he was checking and why. He successfully tracked down a hidden leak that others had missed. He recharged the system to give us a temporary fix, then came back to confirm his diagnosis and replace the faulty parts. ​My refrigerator is now running perfectly and making ice like new. Don’s thoroughness, detailed communication, and dedication to finding the actual source of the problem deserve a full 5 stars. Highly recommended!

The technician was on time, very polite. He went right to work and explained what was wrong with my appliances as he went. Fixed the microwave in about 15 minutes. He double checked it to ensured that it was working correctly. Then started on the dishwasher. He explained that it was the motherboard and the latch. He had to order a new motherboard. When the parts came he is stalled them and made sure the dishwasher is running correctly. I very pleased with the service.

They sent tech to the house to deterine why the dishwasher wouldn't start .He checked it out and determined what parts needed to be replaced.He said they would order the the parts and it should only take a few days and they were covered by the home warranty They would call when they came in and schedule an installation date. They did what they said they would. The tech arrived on time and took the entire dishwasher apart and put it back together to see if it work. It took a very experienced person to repair it and ran it and checked for leaks and cleaned up afterwards EXCELLENT JOB by everyone including the office calling me to keep me informed of scheduling and any delays

The company that was supposed to come bailed on the appointment the afternoon before. The job was reassigned (through Elevate HomeScriptions) to Runyon and they arrived within 25 mins and the washer was fixed 20 mins after that. They are LG certified and carry this part on their trucks. I’m so grateful for Runyon for making me a priority. They are my go to repair company moving forward.
