I had the best experience with Shane! He was so sweet, listened to exactly what I wanted, and absolutely nailed my hair. I’m so in love with how it turned out! He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment and was so easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new hairstylist!

I was extremely anxious about getting my hair cut because it’s been three years since my last one. And Samantha was amazing she made me feel comfortable and confident to actually go through with it. I’m extremely thankful for her positive energy.

Drew did such a great job on my haircut! We had a great consult at the beginning of my visit to discuss what I wanted and she was very helpful. She is very detail oriented and took lots of care with shaping my layers; she cut before and after my hair was blow dried to make sure everything was perfect. I am so happy with the results and would highly recommend her services! I would also like to note that the salon itself is a very clean and peaceful environment and the products they use smell fantastic and made my hair feel so soft and smooth. 10/10!

Shane was worth every penny!! My previous hair cutting experiences left my hair ugly and all different lengths, totally unmanageable! Shane brought my hairstyle back to life! He really took his time to figure out how to transform my hair into something easy to manage and love! It's so beautiful now!! From start to finish my experience with Shane was the best!! He explains everything that he's going to to plus educates you on how to keep such great looking hair plus his shampooing skills are awesome. I've never felt so welcomed and relaxed! Needed services ASAP and concierge services got me in with new stylist, Samantha (new to Root, not new to hair). She was wonderful: great listener, better suggestions, spot-on execution of what we decided needed to be done to correct mistakes made at another salon. Highly recommend!!
