Señor Sushi

What can I say except if you're looking at this restaurant and you're wondering if you should visit....YOU TOTALLY SHOULD! 😀 My Goodness! The Bomba was...mindblowing. I was not expecting how good it was. The Cordon Bleu Roll and the Shrimp Tempura Sushi Taco ....maybe I'm just a crab mix fan but...there was nothing I didn't absolutely LOVE the taste of. All deep fried so...I mean, what isn't good deep fried, right? All I know is, I can't wait to come back to try everything I couldn't order and I wish I could have eaten MORE in one visit. 😀 If you're on the fence, if you're wondering...the menu really has so much for many different taste types from mild to spicy. From NA to alcohol. From adult flavors to kid friendly. The tables were wonderful too. I was so happy to have a cozy cubicle style table to rub elbows with my date as we ate (and I fawned over the food lol). I hope you love your visit, too. 🙂 It was SO worth trying out a new place! <3

We decided to bring a friend of our who was visiting from Spain not knowing that they would be having a 15 man banda playing all night. We checked in for 3 and waited about 10 mins despite there being 4 large groups celebrating birthdays. We were seated...waited another 5 mins and then the waitress took our drink and food order. Within 15 mins our food came out.... we ordered the Guamachulito Roll, Crunchy Roll, Carne Asada Roll and a large bowl of rice with beef and chicken- (a little of everything for him to try) He was happy to see the band although it was really loud and could only have a conversation during their break. But the overall experience was great. We will continue to bring our out of state friends here for the experience.

One hour to receive my order. I ordered carne asada roll and Tamarindo drink through grub hub at 6:47pm. Received my food at 7:51pm. I had to ask twice about my food. Business was as usual, not super busy. No apologies were given. In the end they gave me 1 extra drink. Which were the wrong drinks! I went back inside to get the right drinks only for the lady to say that the ticket said it was Jamaica not tamarind. I showed her my online receipt to show her that it was indeed a tamarind drink. I did not make a scene, I simply thanked them and left. It was not a favorable experience.

Food was good and prices were good. Our bill was $250 and the tip was included in the bill. When we accidentally gave the server $45 tip not knowing it was already in the bill she didn’t explain that it was already part of the bill. We let it be but honesty would’ve been appreciated. The tables as you can see need updating they are old and chipping away. Food was very good and there was no wait time, we are from California so this was similar to culichitown except they mostly only serve sushi here. No cocteles or other types of plates with meats.

The food is amazing but the dine in experience is not what I’m use to. It’s very party/ bar vibe. Amazing and fun but just not for me personally. I’m boring lol. I for sure would eat here again though! Staff is nice and very helpful. I’ll Just take my food to go next time. It’s well worth it 🥳

Absolutely horrible customer service at Señor Sushi. We were told our to-go order would take 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting over 2 hours. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication and accountability from the staff. Nobody bothered to tell us there was a huge delay until after we had already paid. To make matters worse, we watched multiple customers who ordered after us get their food before we did while we were still sitting there waiting with no real updates. At that point it honestly felt like our order had either been forgotten or nobody cared enough to fix the issue. When we finally asked for a refund, one employee kept insisting the food was "already being made," even after we had already wasted hours waiting and then another 20 minutes just trying to get our money back. Instead of handling the situation professionally, it felt like they were trying to avoid giving us a refund. The only reason this situation was resolved at all was because another employee stepped in and actually treated us with kindness and understanding. If it wasn’t for them, I genuinely don’t think we would have gotten our refund. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience and some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time.

This place is very reasonable during happy hours. The sushi is great. The box deals are awesome. Great taste, great presentation! The grilled salmon box is recommended
