Rafterhouse

I am the owner of Public House Creative, a custom cabinet shop in Phoenix, AZ. My company has had the pleasure of working alongside Rafterhouse over the past five years, and I can confidently say they are an outstanding custom home builder. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication to creating beautiful, functional spaces truly set them apart in the industry. Throughout our long-standing partnership, Rafterhouse has consistently exceeded our expectations, collaborating seamlessly with our team to bring custom cabinetry visions to life. Their professionalism, creativity, and exceptional customer service make them a joy to work with. Besides being one of the best homebuilders I've worked with in the Valley, Austin and his team are some of the best people in the business as well. We share similar values and ideas on not only how to run a business but also how much culture and reputation matter. He has a great team that make working with them incredibly easy. I highly recommend Rafterhouse to anyone looking to build their dream home — they deliver top-notch results with every project they that on.

Working with the crew at Rafterhouse is nothing short of amazing. The team they have built from top to bottom is the cream of the crop. We work with several high end home builders in Arizona and these guys are among the best of the best. Good communication and easy to work with. They build the most beautiful homes and allow us the ability to do what we do best without feeling like we need to constant supervision. They pay on time and are just all around a really great company to work with.

Mark and team at Rafterhouse are an excellent choice for building your luxury home. We have worked with them for over 10 years, and their organization "gets it" for working efficiently, transparently, and with quality and design flair. I highly recommend Rafterhouse!

Higgins Architects has been in business for over 30 years helping to shape the residential Architecture of Arcadia and Paradise Valley. We have been fortunate to work with Austin and his Team at Rafterhouse on four Homes including the development of their offices on 44th Street and Devonshire where we designed the two bungalows to the east of their main offices. When we provide our plans to a builder they can look better than the drawings would indicate and Austin and his team of professionals exceed the designs every time. It is their commitment to get things done right and in a timely manner. They have the Interior Design Staff if needed to supplement our plans and have great communication to keep us involved to refine the design as the construction process moves forward. They have my highest recommendation to Architects and Owners wishing to build a custom home!

I've had the pleasure to collaborate with the Rafterhouse team on multiple projects. They're humble, fair, reliable and always team players. I couldn't recommend them more.
