My vision all came to a reality thanks to Natalia and her team! From the first time we met she took the time to understand what I wanted, helped me work within my budget and offered multiple suggestions and design inspo to ensure she nailed my vision the day of. She is incredibly professional, communicative and has an eye for detail. Natalia's professionalism and dedication to her craft truly made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I felt like choosing a wedding planner was one of the hardest decisions in the wedding process. There are so many businesses in the industry, and everyone's social media is heavily curated. I spoke to 5 different wedding planners, but after my first conversation with Natalia, Matchbox Event Co instantly bumped to the top of my list for two reasons. 1 - Natalia's personality - she is charismatic, warm, kind, and empathetic. I could easily see her as someone with whom I would enjoy working. 2 - It was obvious she is an extremely hard worker, who is passionately motivated with an attention for detail. Most other planners had quick, cookie-cutter 5 min conversations with me and my fiance. But Natalia had a detailed presentation with slides, images, timelines about her entire wedding planning process, spent 30 min talking with us, and was inquisitive about our vision. And I'm glad I went with my gut, because Natalia's first impression was consistent throughout the entire process. From finding a venue, to contract negotiations, to picking vendors, to design details, Natalia and Matchbox Event Co service was 10/10. We had told her our top priority for our 2 day half-South Asian wedding weekend was our guests' experience and comfort. When it came to our wedding weekend, Natalia's team provided a service that was 15/10! Our guests were so well taken care of - to this day guests are still gushing over how smooth, timely, stress-free, and FUN our wedding weekend was. And as the bride, I also had ZERO stress the entire wedding. I was so calm and chill because Natalia and her team truly had everything under control. I felt like I was just there to enjoy the party, and that's exactly what I wanted! Katie even had my go-to coffee order ready for me every morning and every afternoon, without me even asking! If design is important for you, Natalia's design talent is exceptional. I gave her some color palette choices and a few inspiration pictures, and she took it from there and created the most beautiful wedding design. The design results were stunning. I cannot tell you how many guests have told us that this was one of the most beautiful weddings they have attended. Natalia can create unique and gorgeous designs, but still with classy, timeless vibes, and without feeling like a copy/paste from instagram weddings. It is also clear that Natalia is very well connected to different vendors in the industry. She gave us multiple recommendations for different vendors, at different price points, and the vendors we ended up choosing from her recommendations were all phenomenal! Photo/video, DJ, hair/makeup, design etc -- we loved working with every single one of them and would highly recommend to others! Natalia was also open to working with outside vendors who I had found on my own (band, violin). Even though she had not worked with them before, she enthusiastically made sure those groups were well integrated into the team and weekend. What initially felt like the hardest decision turned out to be the best decision I made during the ENTIRE process - choosing Natalia and MatchBox Event Co. I cannot give her enough stars!
