Jose was very helpful and acted as if he were in my place, which helped me pay less out of pocket. The other party’s insurance was very difficult to work with and tried to avoid taking full liability, even though their driver was clearly at fault. Jose stepped up, provided excellent service, repaired my car, and made sure the insurance company covered the costs. Thank you so much Jose!

The staff at this body shop are so professional, courteous, and informative. It was already a frustrating situation to have a wrecked vehicle, but the entire staff made sure to communicate thoroughly during each step. Joanne in the office is phenomenal! I had issues with my insurance company and additional fees. She worked with the insurance company to correct the misinformation quickly. She was my biggest advocate in this situation and I truely appreciate her! Even though the outcome of my vehicle was not what I wanted, working with this company was great!

I don’t know how to fully express how happy I am with the service here. This was the first accident I had ever been in and all my friends/family told me "you’ll be out of a car for awhile". Not the case here; Auto Pros Collision Center had the work done in less than a weeks time. The whole process was about 3.5 or 4 weeks, but the first 3 weeks was just waiting for the insurance to approve the repair. The work also came out phenomenal. I was amazed with how the car looked when I first pulled into the shop. The fitment of the panels, the paint job, and the attention to detail was superb! The detailer here even cleaned it up real nice for me. I was also happy to hear that this shop uses OEM parts which is huge. Eddie (the estimator) did a great job giving me updates every few days and it was also great to talk to him about cars since he’s a huge car guy himself! Beyond pleased with the work and I will definitely be coming back if I ever get into another accident *knock on wood that I don’t though*. Everyone here has been so helpful and nice. Jose had excellent communication and was kind every time I called. I was involved in a rear end accident and from the day my car was dropped off, I’ve had excellent communication, my car was fixed in a timely manner. Somebody rear-ended me and thank God, I found this place. The dealership was just gonna buff out the bumper, this place went above and beyond. They took the bumper off and sure enough, The inside was all damage and broken. I will highly recommend this place to anyone the person who took care of me, was Jose and Mirella. I recommend them both . skip everyone else and go directly to them. They will take care of you like they took care of me.

Joanne was amazing! I ended up in a crappy situation with my car being totaled and all, but she had made it easier and less stressful, she had kept me updated with every step, just amazing all around. Truly, thank you for everything!
