Kodi was highly professional, thoughtful, and motivated during the home-buying process. Over a period of around 6 months, Kodi and her team helped me relocate to an exceptional spot from out-of-state. Even though The Riddle Group and I were physically distanced by thousands of miles and multiple time zones apart, there was never a gap in communication. I felt like their team really cared about me and my goals. When I arrived at the office to get the keys to my first house, they presented me a wonderful framed art gift to hang up. We chose to sell our home with Kodi after interviewing a few realtors because when you want to get things done, the cutsie and laid back personality types just won't cut it. Kodi Riddle was such a pleasure to work with. Very patient and understanding, I had lots of obstacles come up, but she worked with me to the end. She checked in every couple weeks to make sure I was still doing good, was happy or if I needed anything.
