RUN! As someone who has SEO and digital marketing knowledge, but not enough time on my hands to implement, I was hopeful these guys would stand by their word. They structure meetings to where you can’t speak directly with the developers, who they hire from overseas to auto-generate the content with AI. I would specifically ask for things, and they would give me their word I could expect it, only to get the opposite. Website work was amateur at best, and I have spent hours undoing the poor quality content they’ve recklessly pasted into my site. I tried working with them, but it became painfully obvious that they were not capable of achieving the standard I have for my website. They are not qualified to implement high-quality developmental changes into a website. Website speed is slower than since when they signed on. I have tried to terminate services, and they go dark. Stop responding to emails. Miss the scheduled meeting dates with no outreach. However, lo and behold, here they are trying to charge my card again on renewal date. Into month 3, and they have nowhere near the amount of services they had originally obligated to, and have not made any attempts to resolve my grievances since it came to a head, so I have grounds for a breach of contract clause. They are far outside the legal implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT USE these guys. I wish I had simply Googled their negative reviews before pulling the trigger, because there are plenty of them.

Biz IQ has been a game changer for my Google Business Profile listing. After 5 months of attempts it took them 2 weeks to get verified. The after it was suspended 1 time from error in my part they gave thorough directions on what to do that immediately had me verified after video. Their advice was different than what google told me to do. I suppose trucks of the trade. At only 97 dollars lifetime support this is a no trainer for anyone.

My experience with Preferred Travel was the worst travel experience I have ever had! They do not answer calls or return calls. After wedding plans had to be rescheduled due to visas not recieved, I found a reasonable ticket but both Olja and Nancy were on vacation and the only one in the office did not know how to get tickets or tours. They have no supervisors or manager to assist. It’s a three people office with one person that only answers phones. When Nancy finally responded, she wanted to charge us another $2,000 each! She said she could not find the tickets I was looking at which were the same price as our original tickets. Then, they couldn’t figure out how to release my money so I could purchase the ticket myself. Additionally, we were grossly over charged as we found the same tours for $1,000 less going through LandTours. Upon rescheduling they tried to charge us an additional $900, then they got it down to $500 and, finally after refusing to pay, we had to pay an addition $300 and still DID NOT get the tours or hotel we requested! We asked to stay at Labadi Beach Hotel two days, not four! They lied and said Lancaster was fully booked and Labadi Beach was much nicer. Both were lies! DO NOT TRUST Preferred Travel!
