My experience with Preferred Travel was the worst travel experience I have ever had! They do not answer calls or return calls. After wedding plans had to be rescheduled due to visas not recieved, I found a reasonable ticket but both Olja and Nancy were on vacation and the only one in the office did not know how to get tickets or tours. They have no supervisors or manager to assist. It’s a three people office with one person that only answers phones. When Nancy finally responded, she wanted to charge us another $2,000 each! She said she could not find the tickets I was looking at which were the same price as our original tickets. Then, they couldn’t figure out how to release my money so I could purchase the ticket myself. Additionally, we were grossly over charged as we found the same tours for $1,000 less going through LandTours. Upon rescheduling they tried to charge us an additional $900, then they got it down to $500 and, finally after refusing to pay, we had to pay an addition $300 and still DID NOT get the tours or hotel we requested! We asked to stay at Labadi Beach Hotel two days, not four! They lied and said Lancaster was fully booked and Labadi Beach was much nicer. Both were lies! DO NOT TRUST Preferred Travel!

I have had Shelli as my TA for at least 20 years. She knows exactly what we like when we cruise and gives me the best advice on ships, rooms and ports. Jim gave us a great tour of Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Everyone in the group loved it. He had that tour planned perfectly avoiding all the bad weather and was very informative on everything we saw and seemingly everything we passed on the tour.

Jim is a very kind man! Me and my mom were at the Grand Canyon, having some car trouble. Jim helped us by not only checking our oil, but providing us with some so we can make it to the next service station. He did all of this while in the middle of a tour stop, mind you. His quick action and preparedness is immensely appreciated, thank you Jim!

Jim at Vaughan’s Southwest Tours truly went above and beyond for my trip. We took a private tour of 6 of us for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! We got to see Sedona and many different parts of the Grand Canyon. Jim helped us get all of the great photos with excellent backdrops. He was very accommodating, he made sure to provide several rest stops throughout the 3 hour drive, and we had time to get lunch as well. He also had hand sanitizers available after every stop, so we felt very safe during COVID travel. Jim helped us plan the best route so that we could see so much in such a little bit of time. It was a long ride and day, but the van was super comfortable – reclining seats, cup holders, phone chargers, and a cooler full of bottled water! We were staying in Scottsdale, but was able to get a truly unmatched experience that did not feel rushed in the Grand Canyon!!! I recommend Southwest Tours to anyone interested in visiting Arizona.

He knew the best places to view the Grand Canyon, and his lunch recommendation of the Cameron Trading Post was spot on! Highly recommend!!

We took a private tour with Jim. Let me tell you it was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and gave us so much information about Sedona, The Grand Canyon, the Navajo reservation and the great state of Arizona.

We just booked a private tour with Vaughans Southwest tours and Jim was absolutely amazing. Jim treated us like family, that we ended up calling him uncle Jim by the end of the trip. He was so great and knowledgeable during our trip. He often pointed out things and explained interesting facts about them. He answered all questions that we also had. Jim made the tour so enjoyable with his stories and his jokes. He took us to the best Grand Canyon look outs and gave us enough time to take photos. He also took us to a lot of small touristic towns, and gave us time to do some gift shopping. We can’t stop talking about our experience and the fun we had with Jim. Thank you Uncle Jim, would definitely book again when we come back to Scottsdale.

We had Mike as our driver guide, and had to go on a day that the weather wasn’t ideal for a trip up north, but we were fortunate and were able to get some good views of the Canyon, Sedona, and even Marble Canyon on the Navajo Reservation. He has obviously spent a lot of time learning about the state of Arizona, its history, ecosystems (plant and animals), and shared a lot of trivia-type information as well.

I booked a tour for a group of 10, so we wouldn’t have to drive multiple vehicles, most of the group thought paying for a tour was unnecessary but everyone commented on how smart and forward-thinking it was of me to do this even though they didn’t agree at the outset. My dad lives in the Phoenix area, and thought we could save our money and drive ourselves – he booked another trip with this company for the following week when more family would be coming to town to visit.

The weather was getting pretty rough on our way back to Phoenix, freezing rain type “rough” but Mike forged ahead and drove like a professional. We learned that the drivers at this company are sent to a professional driving course, and that the owner (Jim) uses only the best tires on the vehicles and makes sure the vehicles are serviced regularly.

On our next trip to Phoenix, I’m thinking of booking another trip with this company to see some other must see locations in Arizona!

*a tip: if the weather is calling for rain or snow, do yourself a favor and find a rain coat or poncho so you don’t have to try to hold onto an umbrella (Vaughan’s will have umbrellas on hand for your use, but it’s hard to pose or take photos while holding an umbrella)

Husband and I just completed Route 66 from west to east. Zolte organised every step of our itenarary. It was perfect. The right amount of time. (3 weeks). Just loved it. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Riding Route 66 was number 1 in my bucket list and it delivered. From Albuquerque to Las Vegas, 900plus milles of amazing roads, great vistas, a blast from the past. A little too much wind sometimes but the bike (and the riders) handled very well. Thanks Zsolt.

We had a great experience with Zsolt. Our trip didn’t exactly go to plan and we had a medical emergency and Zsolt rebooked our hotels and guided us on our way. I don’t know what we would have done without his support. Despite the initial mishap, we had an absolutely fantastic trip!! Would really recommend!

Tom was a great help in planning our trip. He recommended a number of different options and shore excursions for us to choose from. Some were not offered directly by the cruise line, but they were all very good and easy to connect with on shore. He recommended Holland America; they were a good line because the ship went into Glacier Bay National Park and the park rangers came on board for lectures. Holland America was good in all respects; we had a great time on the ship itself.
Two weeks before our trip, Tom sent us a check list of about 20 items that we should consider or take care of before we left; it was very helpful. All the reservations we made through him were in place in Alaska when we arrived; we had no issues or problems.

Over the course of many years, I have had help with my applications for Chinese visas multiple times and in various visa categories from Kenny Fung at Global Travel (4 times, if I remember correctly). Super helpful! The office is small, but really liked the guy I worked with. I went in without an appointment and when I entered the office, he was on the phone. He kindly asked the person on the phone to take a call back and promptly helped us!

He took a look at our situation and advised we actually apply for a visa in another country (long story) in order to save us some money. He could have lied and forced us to pay a bunch of unnecessary money but instead was humble and helpful.

I used this service to get a Chinese student visa, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and put up with all of my questions and phone calls. They make sure they have everything in order and can contact you to update the status of the visa. The payments are easy to do and some of the cheapest around, and the service was super speedy. I would definitely recommend this place and will use them again in the future!

Global Travel is easily the best travel agency in Phoenix. Their agents are very efficient, responsive and patient with customers. They usually can find flights that are cheaper, better in timing and layover than I could find online myself, especially international flights. I booked many flights and tours through them for the last ten years, every single time I had an excellent experience. One time during a tour I needed to change a return flight from China due to my mistake in booking, they were able to correct it quickly based on my email request and I did not even have to pay penalty for changing. They are also the best place to get Chinese visa because they know exactly how to answer or skip questions in the application form. Recently, I just got my Chinese visa done through them and it arrived without problem in less than two weeks. I highly recommend them without any reservation.

Mi esposa no puede dormir del coraje que trae. La semana pasada envió 4 cajas para México. Y para empezar ella cuenta lo siguiente. Me mandaron una muchachita que tuvo que ayudarme a sacar las cajas y subirlas a la camioneta que traía. A ella le costó trabajo pesar las cajas , la verdad ya no recomiendo esta paquetería, me cobraron más de $ 100 dólares por cada caja , y todas las cajas las abrieron y les sacaron cosas , able para quejarme pero me dijeron que era normal , ustedes juzguen. Higual me dijeron a una hora y yegaron más tarde a recogerlas. Una de las cajas yego ala mitad , realmente estoy furiosa , te cobran carísimo como para que yeguen en estas circunstancias las cajas rotas , e incompletas , y trataron de cellarlas con cinta negra.

acabo de viajar con ellos de fresnillo zac a las vegas nevada, todo mal sus agentes no saben distinguir entre am y pm. llegan tardísimo el camión super retrasado además de sucio, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, los choferes y maleteros fueron muy groseros.
en Phoenix nos cambiaron de camión y no había asientos suficientes para todos, el camión estaba exageradamente caliente además de que apestaba a baño público, no se cómo las 40 personas que ya venían en ese camión desde México soportaron esas condiciones, nos quejamos con el chófer y dijo que no era su culpa, llamamos a la administración, les pedimos que nos regresarán la diferencia del dinero y nosotros nos regresábamos por nuestra cuenta y nos dijeron que verían que podían hacer y por supuesto no hicieron nada, el chofer nos ofreció irnos abajo por qué llevábamos niños que ya se estaban deshidratado y no tenían suficientes asientos disponibles, aceptamos y viajamos 6 horas abajo entre las maletas es el peor viaje que he hecho en mi vida, el peor y honestamente su servicio no fue nada barato, ahora ya estamos en casa y no va a cambiar nada si la administración lee esta queja, pero ojalá mejoren su servicio de verdad que nadie se merece que lo traten asi.

Si estan buscando mandar paquetes para Mexico no usen su servicio. Tenia tiempo mandando con ellos poco a poco suvieron los precios y la atencion al cliente bajo Por una caja de menos de 20 libras fueron $60 dolares. A dos semanas de averse enviado aun no teniamos numero de guia y ablabamos y que aun no la tenia que el paquete no avia llegado. Le ablaron a nuestro familiar que el paquete tenia ya 5 dias aya y ivan a cobrar por que no se avia ido a recojer antes. Llame para notificarles explicandole a la persona que me contesto no podia ni explicarle cuando ya empesaba ah ablar me cortaba y empesaba a gritarles a los demas empleados. Me enseñaron modales y no interumpo alas personas. Porfin me dejo terminar de explicarle se molesto la señora me grito y colgo. Muy poco profesional el trato y el seguimiento de paquetes, por algo an perdido clientes. Todos trabajamos duro para poderles mandar cositas a nuestras familias aun pagando tanto de envio para que ese sea el trato.

I’ve been sending boxes before, and I always choose this business because the owner here in Phoenix is friendly, and her prices are fair, but this last time, the box I sent was not delivered before the dates promised the issue is on the other side I believe but still waiting for my package to be delivered

Pésimo servicio, hacen el trayecto mas largo de lo debido, larga espera de 2 horas antes de salir. EL autobús sale de Phoenix, AZ rumbo a el Paso, TX de allí cruzan la frontera de Juárez y te llevan hasta Nogales, Sonora (otra frontera)? COBRANDO $$ por equipaje (aunque ya hayas pagado, cuando compraste tu ticket), despues de otro tramo hay otro cobro $$, y otro más, de allí, finalmente, te llevan a Zacatecas, Durango, etc., cobrandote por cualesquier pretexto. Mal servicio, pésimo abuso x cobrar y perder tiempo de frontera en frontera.

Horrible service no los recomiendo nadita viaje ase dos semanas me dijieron que era un camión de primera clase y era un camión viejo y horrible y aparte mi salida era alas 9:30 y salió hasta las 2 de la tarde y la persona que está encargado solo se limpia las manos diciendo no está en mis manos muy desposta y prepotente mi viaje era muy largo para el tipo de camión que mandaron no viajen con ellos son unos mentirosos rateros
