I just started with the company for Football season, & I have enjoyed my time thus far. The recruiter Emily is a whole vibe! She’s super friendly, & sweet. I have to leave you one star because they won’t let me leave you zero Stars I called in to get work from you guys the response I get from the man on the phone is he has no interviews no job leads basically nothing for me. I came here looking for work a week ago, I travelled two hours on public transportation for a job interview with Bill Morey. Long story short I was turned away because I didn’t have a working phone for the job I applied to. I was determined and even let them know I can use wifi to take calls and was still told no. Everything ended up working out in the end with no help of Allegiance Staffing.(I found a job on my own without using a staffing agency) These geniuses had the audacity to send me janitor jobs that are open the following week. This leads me to believe that they aren’t here to help people find jobs based on their experience or jobs that are open on their website but to fill crappy jobs just so they can get paid. This business is unprofessional and discriminates against people willing to work and looking to get back on their feet. They could at least let people know they won’t interview them if they don’t have a phone with service so people don’t waste their time. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Wastes your time. Calls you for a job then they forget about it when you show up for the appointment they scheduled.

Your work experience. Means nothing to them and they are really worried about asking questions on the level of “Can you use crayons?” Or “Can you operate a tape measure?”.

BeginRight Employment Services is an amazing organization. They have helped my husband with work and found the right fit for him. Even if the location was far, they were willing to stick with him to make sure what ever was found was a comfortable fit. As distance was an issue because we are depending on the bus system. They take time to call to see how he is doing and if there is something he needs. I just love this place.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have found BeginRight. Cindy is extremely personable and professional, along with the rest of the staff, and they sat down with me and went over my qualifications and quickly got me a job. I now work at a great company with great people and I owe it to BeginRight.

You’d figure that you can get some money to help make ends meet by showing up to day labor.
The little hope you have left is held onto a thin string of whether you should keep waiting at the office once your name has been on the list.
List? You may ask. Yes, you have to put your name on a list when the office opens at 3AM.
First come, first serve isn’t necessarily the message here, the opposite, in fact.
I gave up working for this company office during homelessness (1 1/2 year ago).
I tried this the other night, at 3Am i put my name on the list (second person there).
Waited the best I could, apart from the homeless shelter, until I saw that jobs were handed off to those that had vehicles (5th, 9th, and 12th on the list).
It made me question life when at 7:30am. The first guy at the office and i were jobless. I came back to my 2 year old with nothing to eat.
Thank you, industrial personnel, you once paid me for less. Now you’ve made me feel worthless.
This is my own opinion, show up with a car, you’ll have a different experience than my own.

They’re very reliable to help you find jobs they always get me work but it’s first come first serve but I like it that they pay you daily

This place will send you to places that cause mental stress. Inova has good staff but the places they send you are terrible!

Poor communication, and “ended my assignment” with a job that I hadn’t even had for two weeks because they don’t know how to communicate with the company. Even the supervisor said it seems like there’s a communication issue with employees under this agency. It’s supposed to be at least a full month to prove yourself. My messages with this company have either gone disregarded, completely ignored, or lacked transparency. They also used to only pay $15 an hour until another person under their agency complained and compared them to Terra. Thanks for wasting my time and cutting off a job too early when I needed it the most. Really appreciate it.

My experience was terrible. Craigslist post said to apply in person. I got there and was told the position was filled and they had nothing else at the time but if I wanted to fill out the application in case something else comes in. So did. She told me they don’t take resumes which I thought was odd. After filling out the application the receptionist walked me back to someone else’s office and began to interview me. Not the recruiter. 3 times she asked me a question about a prior job and when I answered she asked me “which job was that?”. We discussed that I was a forklift operator at my last job but never discussed what type of forklift. Then she decides to say “for this position they want someone that has been operating a cherry picker in the last 2 years and you haven’t”. At that point I almost walked out. That should have been her first question. And truth is. I did operate a cherry picker at my last job which ended 4 months ago. I was completely baffled. I just said thank you and left. It’s hard enough trying to find work right now without having my time wasted with incompetence
