Shelli R. was amazing in coordinating my summer cruise with my teen and I. She handled everything flawlessly and made sure that we had all we needed prior to leaving for our cruise. Shelli made sure to send our RCI ticket booklet and let me know all the additional items I might need to be the most prepared, such as seasickness bands to hotel shuttle information. Thanks Shelli!

My experience with Preferred Travel was the worst travel experience I have ever had! They do not answer calls or return calls. After wedding plans had to be rescheduled due to visas not recieved, I found a reasonable ticket but both Olja and Nancy were on vacation and the only one in the office did not know how to get tickets or tours. They have no supervisors or manager to assist. It's a three people office with one person that only answers phones. When Nancy finally responded, she wanted to charge us another $2,000 each! She said she could not find the tickets I was looking at which were the same price as our original tickets. Then, they couldn't figure out how to release my money so I could purchase the ticket myself. Additionally, we were grossly over charged as we found the same tours for $1,000 less going through LandTours. Upon rescheduling they tried to charge us an additional $900, then they got it down to $500 and, finally after refusing to pay, we had to pay an addition $300 and still DID NOT get the tours or hotel we requested! We asked to stay at Labadi Beach Hotel two days, not four! They lied and said Lancaster was fully booked and Labadi Beach was much nicer. Both were lies! DO NOT TRUST Preferred Travel!

I have had Shelli as my TA for at least 20 years. She knows exactly what we like when we cruise and gives me the best advice on ships, rooms and ports. That’s why I’ve followed her from her last company. If you want someone who will always listen and follow up with you then she’s your gal. Thanks Shel, for everything.
