While intial contact they seem friendly. But even someone with skill sets as mine they believe they are above you because of hardships. So they will string you along. Tell you they have work they will call you only to NEVER CALL. you call them to check on status they act annoyed, even after a WEEK + of waiting for 1 particular job. I mean if the jobs not there let’s move forward and try again. That’s the point of temp services yes? Instead they get their little checks while playing with hundreds of people lives on the regular. No help. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND . Partners Personnel is much better temp agency that will help you grow and feel connected to a team. Regardless if they want to or not. PROFESSIONALISM. I’ve been to this location twice over the past year because it was so close to my home. I’ve picked up two temp assignments here around my school schedule, and both experiences were a breeze. Both times I walked in (after filling out the online application) and spoke with someone right away. Lupe and Mysty (apologies if I’ve got the names slightly off) were fantastic, patiently helping me find assignments that fit my specific hours and wouldn’t require a long drive. They stayed in touch up until my start dates and even followed up afterward to make sure the training went smoothly and I was happy with the placement. I definitely recommend them! I personally look for admin and warehouse roles, but they have plenty of other roles too.

After working for this company for 9 months did I finally get a job offer with Bauderer but they only offered $19 to start when temps start at $18. So I quit, every temp agency I’ve worked for would hire on employees for what the temp agency was getting paid per employee not keep 80% of it. Gave them my cross streets, told them I only will drive 10 miles out from my address, they tell me to go to their location that is 17 miles from my address instead of directing me to their location that is within the range i’m willing to travel. Even if it is one time I find their solution to my request to be lacking. Not only that I was texted about positions I didn’t even asked for, I only applied for one position, so to me it like dealing with sharks and that’s not worth my time.

I worked for this company for now 3 years before the name change. And first off as a person who has talked to other people who have worked for the same agency it’s not too many saying they found full-time and also got hired on within a few months it usually takes 5 months to a year just to find a stable job that will hire you on with this agency far as what I have been hearing from all other job sites that I’ve been through this agency the last 3 years. Also if I were you I would not work for this agency especially as my first job with the experience you will go thru with this agency and the other stories from other clients you are more than better off anywhere else.I thank God my first time I work through four different agencies before coming here and I will let you know now there’s a reason why they changed their name their service and accuracy within the agency is horrible they will take months just to place you in a good job of if you have friends who are felons they will tell you they get jobs thru this temporary agency sooner then you? So because I’m not a felon it takes me a month to find a job yeah that makes a lot of sense also I worked for Bubbies Mochi Warehouse from March thru April thru the agency and first off every job description that they gave me at the agency about this job I did not work I found out later from Manny that they had moved my position due to placement and them having less people in certain areas I did not complain I did not call the agency I just said okay and went with what I was told trying to do a great job and to be honest for a while everything was great I didn’t mind the hard labor or work but what I did mine was the co-workers who were there were very rude always bothering you starting conversations that had no point and always asking you for either rides money or whatever else they can get out of you If you work for Bubbies Mochi Warehouse in the next few weeks or so if I were you I would ask for a different job placement do not work in packaging I repeat do not work in packaging the people there will try to make you look bad the people there will say you do things you did not do I would refuse to not work in packaging unfortunately being mostly women nothing against them for being hard working females but they are trying to ruin anyone they can because they know they won’t get hired on until 4 to 5 months even a year. Also be very careful when it comes to attendance now in my case I am kind of confused because Rafael Brown the whole time I worked there never showed up on a Saturday even though I was told you have to come every other Saturday or that’s a job termination but they did not fire Rafael Brown also another coworker named CJ or Malik that also work with me there I still talk to him and recently he explain to me that he was fired for missing too many days but somehow they hired him back within a week after firing him for attendance me and him had realized that he missed more days than I did but somehow they fired me and never asked me to come back after only being 20 minutes late and letting them know I had a car issue and also letting Manny know how my phone was stolen at the job on his watch. So my overall I would like to say don’t trust or work for this temporary agency and if you have to don’t overwork yourself don’t try to be the best you can be don’t think because you’re running late but you work hard that they will understand or look out for you they treat this temp agency and the workers within it more like a business than the business owners at Amazon or Walmart this is the worst people to work for.

This place is very frustrating and overwhelming when you try to start. First time walked in they said go to the qr code and sign up. (Did that) waited for a good week on communication back (nothing but an automated email of confirming sign up)
Second time walk in to get an update on there process around 930am. Everyone was in the back and we where greeted from the back room with a shout out of we will be right with you. I was still fine with that but it took them about 30 minutes to get to us while they mingled in the back. Other clients walk in and they got the same greeting. office started to fill up no one came to help till they where done with what ever they where doing in the back.
I just felt that this was poor customer service. I guess you can call me old fashion but when your a business customer /clients come first
when they finally had the time, we had to complete some other stuff on line and return a third time.
3rd return when we walk in still no proper greeting one lady in office other one in the back room again. You would think since they seen us a few times we would get a greeting but apparently once again customer service is not a thing in this place since you need them and not the other way around.
Tried to talk to the same person that helped us the first time because she did give us a card with her name. She said if had questions or when done give her a call. We did that but she was not available and that was ok but did not get a call back. So when returned to office in person she did not even acknowledge us not even a greeting. When she got settled into office asked her if she was busy she just said oh she will help you.

My recruiter took the necessary to go over the process as both opportunities took a significant amount of time to get from interview stages to denial/acceptance and then to sitting in a seat. The process to get from job acceptance took several weeks. However, I believe the time had more to do with the company employing me than Accurate Placement.
