My husband recently saw Dr. Golub, and I was so impressed with the care he received that I wanted to leave a review myself. From the very beginning, Dr. Golub treated my husband with kindness, genuine concern, and a depth of knowledge that immediately put us at ease. A heavy piece of furniture fell on my toe while I was wearing flip flops, and it completely damaged my toenail. The pain was awful and the nail was broken beyond fixing. I went to see Dr. Golub, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.

He immediately understood what needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and made me feel calm about the procedure. He ended up removing the toenail quickly and with very little pain. What I really appreciated was how he walked me through the process step by step and gave me clear instructions for aftercare so I could heal properly.

The recovery has gone smoothly thanks to his guidance, and I’m already feeling so much better. It was such a relief after dealing with the pain and worry. Dr. Golub is professional, caring, and skilled — I’d highly recommend him to anyone who needs podiatry care

They were able to squeeze me in as a walk in, I only waited about an hour and had an ingrown toenail surgery same day, I am so thankful for them! They informed me every step of the way, and kept me educated in the process of the surgery as well. The staff is also wonderful, very friendly and makes you feel taken care of. I wish I can put a 5 star review to Dr. Ryan Golub. Unfortunately, it is the opposite, he deserves a 1-star review.

I injured my left foot on April 7th couldn’t walk at all at the next day and call Dr. Golub’s office to schedule an appt. They give me an appt for April 22nd. I arrived in crutches because I had pain every time I stepped on my foot. I put myself in crutches for 2 weeks until I saw him. When I saw him on Apr 22nd, he asked a couple of questions and he diagnosed a muscle sprain in my left foot even though I did not have the purple or exaggerate swelling a common muscle sprain has. Nor did he do an MRI to diagnose, only X-rays. At the end of the appt he prescribed Meloxicam, PT 2x a week for the next 3-4 weeks and he said to remove 1 crutch so I was bearing weight on my injured foot. I saw him again on May 8th 2 weeks later and I came back again with 1 crutch and still limping. When he saw me, he said “again not off of that crutch that’s odd”. He looked at my foot and said do you want an MRI or maybe next time I see you? I said no let’s do it asap, he gave me the order and got an MRI on May 16th. The following week he called me and said MRI results came and you have an issue with your arch and next time I see you we can do a steroid injection and if that doesn’t work then Surgery. I was stunned because of course he didn’t go in details over the phone.

I saw him again on May 28 at this point this was the 3rd appt and there has already been 7 weeks since my injury and I did not have any progress and couldn’t walk properly. I was feeling very disappointed for his poor diagnosis since appt 1 and because I didn’t have any progress at all, I went to see a 2nd opinion and Thanks God I found Dr. Arya foot and Ankle. She LISTENED to my symptoms clearly and she said let’s call radiologist again (MRI) because what you are telling me does not align with the MRI results. She called and had them analyze the MRI Images and they found out a chronic injury in my plantar plate suggested by a cyst and affecting my second metatarsal. This was amended to the MRI report. They found the real root cause due to a doctor listening. Immediately she said stop PT because at this point PT had me do it calf raises, heel rises and exercises a plantar plate injury should not be doing at least not until 4-6 weeks rest which I did not have due to the misdiagnosis of Dr. Ryan Golub. The second Dr. put me in the right treatment going forward and I asked her to forward the MRI results to Dr. Golub’s office.

On the 3rd appt of May 28th I walked in and told him about the MRI amendment and he looked at the amended MRI printed copy and he said oh I didn’t have time to read it let me read it and he saw a cyst and said this is nothing they come and go by themselves.
He did not read the part of chronic injury plantar plate, something very easy to do and he ignored that part.
He assessed my foot and I told him I do not have pain on the navicular bone area (arch) which is what he diagnosed and what the original MRI says. He said the foot is very complex and there could be some damage inside that needs time. At this point I came with a second opinion results and he ignored the amended of the MRI and my symptoms. Now it’s been 3 months since my injury and I am still in rest since May 26 and I am waiting for my plantar plate to heel along with upcoming PT specialized in plantar plate not a common PT. If this doesn’t work there is further treatment for my foot. Due to Dr’s Golub misdiagnosis my treatment is delayed and I have not been 100% in these 3 months. ADVICE: make sure he listens to you and if he is not go and look for a 2nd opinion ASAP do not wait like I did.

From day one Dr. Golub was very professional He reviewed my X-ray and immediately talked to me about the best treatment plan. His medical assistant is super helpful as well. I had additional questions and Art was very helpful. I went back to him and Did my surgery on November 8 and I am happy I did. Definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Dr Golub was very informative of my situation. He explained everything in detail and made me feel that he really cared. He was delightful and confident. The office is welcoming and I look forward to my next visit with him.

I’m so sick of arrogant surgeons who treat their patients like cattle (meaning they are all the same & have no voice). I’ve had quite a few surgeries and this is the first time the surgeon hasn’t directly contacted me after surgery to check in. I went to my follow up appointment today and the nurse/assistant took my X-rays & stitches out. I asked her if I was going to see Dr. Flynn, she said yes, in 4 weeks. Btw- he was in the office! He has shirked his responsibilities and ignored my needs as a patient /person. The nurse also said I can start wearing shoes- what a joke- no shoe fits over my swollen foot! So if you are comfortable with having surgery & having to wait over a month after to see or even talk to the Dr. then he’s your guy. As far as I am concerned Dr Flynn has neglected me as a patient / human. I am truly considering contacting the medical society. Oh- to top it off I got a voicemail from his staff saying that I am the first patient to ever ask for a refill for pain meds! What?!?! So inappropriate & unnecessary. My primary doctor couldn’t believe that I was only given meds for 1 week.

Dr Flynn and his staff are amazing, they make you feel comfortable during tough times. They are very knowledgeable and explain and answer all questions. Dr Flynn is an outstanding surgeon with the most caring bed side manner. If you are unfortunate and need the best I would recommend this practice.

I had minimum evasive bunion surgery. In addition, my hammer toe was corrected. The surgery went very well and I was able to put weight on the foot within hours of the surgery. The days following surgery, I did not experience a significant amount of pain. I did take the narcotics, but only for two or three days. I highly recommend Dr. Flynn and his team. Dr. Flynn explained the different types of bunion procedures and recommended the minimum evasive procedure for me. He listened and answered all my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated his sense of humor. All the people in the office were wonderful.

Doctor Flynn and his staff were exceptional Through this whole ordeal. Other doctors thought I would probably lose my foot but Doctor Flynn Put it back together and I am very close to being able to walk again. Hopefully I will see you on the golf course soon!

My husband and I can’t thank Dr. Flynn and the staff at Arizona Foot Health enough for the amazing care he has and continues to receive. My husband has been dealing with issues with his feet for years and no one ever was ever able to give us solutions. We were referred to Dr. Flynn recently and during the initial consultation he immediately had a solution. Soon after he had surgery in which Dr. Flynn was thorough in explaining what he was going to do and his bedside manner is the BEST. The staff at the surgery center were great. Although, he is still recovering from his resonstructive surgery, there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. They have been able to fix my right Bunion foot and help with any doctors notes paperwork that I needed. They were able to put 3 ossio fiber screws in my foot because i was nervous about the titanium screws, feels good i do not even notice the screws in my foot. Currently starting to walk on my right foot again and it feels good. They take the time to care for you and its been a Great experience. Will also have the left foot bunion fixed with them as well thanks so much!

This means you get to see her when you need her and appointments are made in a matter of days not weeks or months ahead, she is amazingly accessible. Then I found Dr. Sophia Stocks, and everything changed. She reassured me that such drastic procedures weren’t necessary and instead took a gentle, conservative approach to my treatment. Not only did her method work perfectly, but she also took the time to educate me about the root causes of my pain and how to prevent future issues. After she finished “sculpting” my nails, Dr. Stocks fitted me with the right orthotics, and I walked out of her office completely pain-free—without having to pause my regular exercise routine!

The Ahwatukee Foot and Ankle center is incredible! The staff is welcoming and friendly; Dr Beecroft quickly assessed my situation and clearly explained the next steps to remedy my problem.

Update (again): The billing department is awful. They will tell you a service is covered and prior authorization has been obtained. But then when denied by insurance, they will say the insurance is at fault, and there is nothing they can do but work with you (the patient) on the billing. They will take no responsibility for saying a service is covered even when it is not. I would think they would treat repeat patients better. *Physicians are great though.

Update: Saw Beecroft today. He is amazing as well!! Super caring, listens well, and does great work finding a solution.

I HATE the way they handle the billing. They keep adding charges on and you have to pay for everything separately. The receptionist “warns” you about your deductible when you come in. What they don’t warn you about is all the additional services that they basically force on you. Every visit there was 3 or four new things they say you need. Each costing hundreds to thousands of dollars. They are very high pressure about it too. I was under the impression we’d have to pay a few hundred dollars after our first visit. We paid over $8,000 WITH INSURANCE after all was said and done for a broken foot surgery. I understand the healthcare system in this country is bordering on criminal. I don’t blame AF&A for that, but they need to give you a heads up that they’ll be emptying your wallet and also put everything on one bill.

Dr Krazee is phenomenal but the billing department made me find another practice. I had some inserts made, my insurance covers this 100% but they billed me anyways. I called my insurance and they said they already informed this practice that I am not responsible for any charges yet they billed me anyways. I tried to speak with the billing dept but they don’t like it when you tell them something was pre authorized and is 100% covered because when I told them that they freaked out like I was yelling at them when I didn’t yell at all. I did speak in a stern voice because the started to act like my insurance was to blame but never raises my voice. I will miss Dr Krazee but I can’t deal with the billing department when they do shady things like this.

After many decades of physically abusive mountain running and cycling often until my feet were numb, it’s really no surprise my feet were adversely affected. When the pain was at its worst, I could only hobble around the house in soft slippers. But, Dr. Beecroft treated my pain and got me back on the trails in only a couple of months! The office staff are exceptionally pleasant too!

In town on vacation and had an ingrown toenail that was becoming increasingly painful. The front desk was friendly and able to get me a same day appointment. Appointment was on time. My doctor was great, able to do a procedure quickly and gave me contact info to follow-up if needed before I returned home. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Harlan and the staff at Phoenix Foot and Ankle are absolutely wonderful. The ER provided me a referral to another podiatry/orthopedic specialist, but I knew who to call! As an established patient, I was seen quickly when I broke my ankle and needed surgery to fix the bone. Dr. Harlan was able to get me on his surgery schedule the same week! Dr. Harlan accepted me as a patient to do a repair surgery on my foot, after two prior unsuccessful surgeries under the care of a different surgeon. I am so grateful for his expertise, his extraordinary care, his thoroughness in explaining everything in detail, his cheerful disposition, and the fact that he got in there (via incision on the sole of my foot), got the entire tumor removed, stitched me up beautifully, such that my foot has not felt this good since 2019. I am thrilled and when I say finding him as my surgeon is my biggest blessing of 2024 I’m not exaggerating. He came highly recommended by a friend who is in the medical field and now I, too, can join in recommending Dr. Harlan to anyone suffering from Morton’s neuroma as I had been. Thank you to Dr. Harlan for listening to me, for taking me on as a patient, and for finally making my foot entirely tumor-free. By the way, his entire staff is incredibly friendly and wonderful and his office is very accessible and conveniently located.

Took my daughter to get an ingrown toenail removed, Dr. O’Bryant was very patient and understanding with her. Procedure went by fast & smooth. Definitely recommend!

I first came to Dr. O’Bryant’s office in September after experiencing toe trauma. I was honestly terrified—past negative experiences with podiatrists had left me deeply anxious. But Dr. O’Bryant was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding. To my surprise, he was even able to treat the issue without using local anesthetic—what a relief!

Then, in June, I unfortunately developed an ingrown toenail and had to return. This time, the fear really set in. I’ve been traumatized since childhood, having gone through this procedure seven or eight times with ER doctors and unfamiliar podiatrists. I expected the worst.

But I’m so grateful to say this turned out to be a positive experience. Dr. O’Bryant and his entire team were compassionate, attentive, and supportive through every step. When it came time for the procedure, I was dreading the shots the most. Dr. O’Bryant used a numbing spray beforehand, which made the injections much more bearable—they didn’t feel anything like I remembered.

I highly recommend The Foot Dr today was my first appointment and I’m impressed with the quality and care of the staff and doctor I had X-ray taken and a cortisone injection and he recommended inserts for my arthritis problem; very pleasant and satisfied after my appointment.

Our first experience with The Foot Doc, and we’re very satisfied with this Dr office. Staff is warm and friendly, they actually get you in at your appointed time, which is almost unheard of anymore. They take their time and listen to the patients, you don’t feel rushed, and they inform you of any and all solutions available. Excellent place to have foot needs addressed!

I’m a diabetic and I was looking for a foot Doctor to care for all my leg and feet issues. I did my research and found the Foot Doctor, they had great reviews and it was close to my house. So I thought I would check them out! So I made an appointment man was I glade I did the staff were wonderful, professional and courteous! I sat in the waiting no longer than 5 min the Doctor was great looked at my foot issues and explained all my issues in detail. I was so relieved to find a wonderful place for my foot, ankle and legs issues! I highly recommend this place I know you would be happy with the Foot Doctor as well!!

I’m very disappointed with the lack of care I received. The employees are so unprofessional gossiping while they were supposed to be assisting me. The Doctor is more like a TV commercial speaking so rapidly that it was draining. The male employee walks into rooms without knocking just to look and stare very lazy. I do not recommend this place it seems very shady to me.

Dr. Wolfrums THE BEST Foot Doc. He’s a very caring, compassionate, understanding doctor and he listens to everything I have to say.
He explains everything and is not an “in and out” type of doctor.

It literally took less than 48 hours from the time I received the referral from my original doctor to when I walked out of the podiatrist’s office. The whole process was so quick and painless from start to finish that I’m just kicking myself for not getting this taken care of sooner. This place is a mess they need better people in the front office. When I got there Melisa the fake lead in charge was not helpful at all. She tried to talk to me like I was stupid maybe she has been there too long and needs a break. Then Shelia, was talking in spanish very unprofessional. I heard her say here we go again but when I asked her to repeat it, she say I don’t have to but she was so quick to say something. I have called the office to speak with Jennifer Overton the practice manager but she is unavailable. That’s professional right. Aww to top it off Melisa had to nerves to raise her voice like if we stop coming to that off who gone pay you Hummmm. No, I’m not letting this go.

I have been going here for over five years and the quality of service has been excellent. Dr Tim has been an advocate for my foot health since day one. He has been friendly but direct. Since I am a diabetic he has taken extra care with my feet. I couldn’t be happier. Some time he scolds me for not taking care of my feet. The thing I actually needit The staff is great as well. They are helpful and very friendly. I like the location as I can park under an awning and walk only a short distance to the office.

Second year coming to this facility as a diabetic having a foot exam is crucial. Staff is always so kind. The Doctor is fantastic. The facility definitely needs some upgrades it’s stuck in a time capsule from the 80s. Also these rooms need to be sprayed or wiped own after each patient. The foot smell in my exam room Was UNREAL. It definitely isn’t a good smell that would only be my downfall from these 2 visits

My former podiatrist retired so I looked on line for a another podiatrist in the same area. I noticed Valley Foot Care had great reviews about Dr. Tim. I made an appointment a year ago and have been going ever since. Dr Tim is kind and personable and takes good care of my feet. His staff, Beatrice and Damaris are friendly and kind. I highly recommend this practice.

I have diabetes and I’m so glad I chose Valley foot care. Super amazing experience, not only was I shown a video but explained everything fully. My favorite was the preventative care conversations, and the constant monitoring to get me to where I needed to be.

I have been going here for over a year and these people are so amazing and sweet to me throughout my entire time being here. They made it more fun to go to the doctors and less anxiety ridden when waiting for your doctor. Doctor Timothy is one of the sweetest and most kind people who helped my journey feel less scary and more like a joy to show up every couple of weeks. Bea who always greets you through the stained glass window when you write down your name and time, she’s very sweet and makes the experience very nice and kind. Damaris is one of the people I first met when I got here for my foot appointments and she made me feel very safe and she was also able to distract me from anything that scared me or made me feel anxious. They are.a wonderful team of people who are incredibly kind and make this experience amazing. These are some amazing people who do their job very well.

If I could give a lower review for this “provider”, I would. The man in this office is short tempered, entitled, ego driven. He is one of those providers that think that because they are a Doctor, they can be condescending and belittling. this man’s first impression is so gross.

Very caring doctor the staff is very friendly. The doctor treat you as a friend not just a patient. He really cares about how you were doing.
