I've been going to this office for 2 years now. Always satisfied with the service received. Friendly staff. Clean lobby and offices. Dr. Creeze is very thorough and approachable.

The Ahwatukee Foot and Ankle center is incredible! The staff is welcoming and friendly; Dr Beecroft quickly assessed my situation and clearly explained the next steps to remedy my problem.

A+ - Great Doc. Very thorough, took time to answer a ton of questions and explain treatment. Imaging in office made things very convenient.

Update (again): The billing department is awful. They will tell you a service is covered and prior authorization has been obtained. But then when denied by insurance, they will say the insurance is at fault, and there is nothing they can do but work with you (the patient) on the billing. They will take no responsibility for saying a service is covered even when it is not. I would think they would treat repeat patients better. *Physicians are great though. Update: Saw Beecroft today. He is amazing as well!! Super caring, listens well, and does great work finding a solution. Alex Stewart was great to work with. He is very kind, knowledge, and takes his time coming up with a good approach to resolving the issue.

I HATE the way they handle the billing. They keep adding charges on and you have to pay for everything separately. The receptionist "warns" you about your deductible when you come in. What they don’t warn you about is all the additional services that they basically force on you. Every visit there was 3 or four new things they say you need. Each costing hundreds to thousands of dollars. They are very high pressure about it too. I was under the impression we’d have to pay a few hundred dollars after our first visit. We paid over $8,000 WITH INSURANCE after all was said and done for a broken foot surgery. I understand the healthcare system in this country is bordering on criminal. I don’t blame AF&A for that, but they need to give you a heads up that they’ll be emptying your wallet and also put everything on one bill.

Dr Krazee is phenomenal but the billing department made me find another practice. I had some inserts made, my insurance covers this 100% but they billed me anyways. I called my insurance and they said they already informed this practice that I am not responsible for any charges yet they billed me anyways. I tried to speak with the billing dept but they don't like it when you tell them something was pre authorized and is 100% covered because when I told them that they freaked out like I was yelling at them when I didn't yell at all. I did speak in a stern voice because the started to act like my insurance was to blame but never raises my voice. I will miss Dr Krazee but I can't deal with the billing department when they do shady things like this.

After many decades of physically abusive mountain running and cycling often until my feet were numb, it's really no surprise my feet were adversely affected. When the pain was at its worst, I could only hobble around the house in soft slippers. But, Dr. Beecroft treated my pain and got me back on the trails in only a couple of months! The office staff are exceptionally pleasant too!
