Arizona Foot Health: Zachary Flynn, DPM

I'm so sick of arrogant surgeons who treat their patients like cattle (meaning they are all the same & have no voice). I've had quite a few surgeries and this is the first time the surgeon hasn't directly contacted me after surgery to check in. I went to my follow up appointment today and the nurse/assistant took my X-rays & stitches out. I asked her if I was going to see Dr. Flynn, she said yes, in 4 weeks. Btw- he was in the office! He has shirked his responsibilities and ignored my needs as a patient /person. The nurse also said I can start wearing shoes- what a joke- no shoe fits over my swollen foot! So if you are comfortable with having surgery & having to wait over a month after to see or even talk to the Dr. then he’s your guy. As far as I am concerned Dr Flynn has neglected me as a patient / human. I am truly considering contacting the medical society. Oh- to top it off I got a voicemail from his staff saying that I am the first patient to ever ask for a refill for pain meds! What?!?! So inappropriate & unnecessary. My primary doctor couldn’t believe that I was only given meds for 1 week.

Dr Flynn and his staff are amazing, they make you feel comfortable during tough times. They are very knowledgeable and explain and answer all questions. Dr Flynn is an outstanding surgeon with the most caring bed side manner. If you are unfortunate and need the best I would recommend this practice.

I had minimum evasive bunion surgery. In addition, my hammer toe was corrected. The surgery went very well and I was able to put weight on the foot within hours of the surgery. The days following surgery, I did not experience a significant amount of pain. I did take the narcotics, but only for two or three days. I highly recommend Dr. Flynn and his team. Dr. Flynn explained the different types of bunion procedures and recommended the minimum evasive procedure for me. He listened and answered all my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated his sense of humor. All the people in the office were wonderful.

Doctor Flynn and his staff were exceptional Through this whole ordeal. Other doctors thought I would probably lose my foot but Doctor Flynn Put it back together and I am very close to being able to walk again. Hopefully I will see you on the golf course soon!

My husband and I can't thank Dr. Flynn and the staff at Arizona Foot Health enough for the amazing care he has and continues to receive. My husband has been dealing with issues with his feet for years and no one ever was ever able to give us solutions. We were referred to Dr. Flynn recently and during the initial consultation he immediately had a solution. Soon after he had surgery in which Dr. Flynn was thorough in explaining what he was going to do and his bedside manner is the BEST. The staff at the surgery center were great. Although, he is still recovering from his resonstructive surgery, there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Flynn, Tanya and Arturo for the great care you have and continue to provide!

They have been able to fix my right Bunion foot and help with any doctors notes paperwork that I needed. They were able to put 3 ossio fiber screws in my foot because i was nervous about the titanium screws, feels good i do not even notice the screws in my foot. Currently starting to walk on my right foot again and it feels good. They take the time to care for you and its been a Great experience. Will also have the left foot bunion fixed with them as well thanks so much!

Great team of caring and knowledgeable professionals. Very clean office and friendly, compassionate employees. Dr. Flynn was a referral from a family member who has been seeing Dr. Flynn for a while. He is so nice and personable. We received great explanations on procedures and after care requirements. We will definitely be seeing this Dr. and office for all our foot care needs!
