I’ve been going to this place since I was under my moms care. As soon as I got my own insurance, I came right back. People here are always happy and super friendly and Dr. Juarez has always been the best. Josias was very patient and informative with everything he was doing and verified our choices and information. I have also had several positive experiences with Gabi. She’s always helping anybody who has questions. I would 100% recommend this location and staff to friends and family. Keep up the great work you guys! We love you!

My family has been going here for years. Gloria J has always been kind and helpful especially with my dad. My dad hates doing the paperwork and she always makes the process easy for him. It’s so lovely knowing my family is being taking care of from thoughtful staff.

Overall I would say the techs were great. My eye exam went well and the prescription seems fine. However, one thing that made me uncomfortable was how the receptionist handled personal sensitive information. When I walked in to check in for my appointment, the receptionist was checking in the person before me and I was able to overhear details of personal info. Then the receptionist said they needed a social security number for billing purposes and handed a notepad to that person to write down. They then finished with that person and I was next. I also had to give my name, date of birth, phone number, and address verbally. Then she handed me the same notepad where the previous person had written their social security number. It was not scribbled out at all and I could view the entirety of the social security number of the person before me and even two other people’s numbers before me. There were like 4 social security numbers on that notepad that were not scribbled out at all. I did not feel comfortable giving my social security number out and informed her (especially since I saw the way she was handling such sensitive info). The practice already has my insurance info and id and all other things related to my records, that I felt requesting a social security number was unnecessary and I know most doctor’s offices do not require any of that for any billing issues. I declined giving this info out, but the interaction made me feel quite uncomfortable. Had there been any person behind me waiting in line, they would have heard all the personal details of my name, my address, phone number, and they would have been given the same notepad where none of the social security numbers were scribbled out. This is a huge security risk and could lead to potential identity theft. I’m making this review so that this practice can be aware and perhaps handle its patients’ personal info more carefully.

This place is horrible. I called in to make an appointment, gave them all of the insurance information. They told me yes to come in got in paid a copay and all got in the back an assistant came in taking information. Another lady walked in and said, sorry, we can’t see you. We did not accept it. Your insurance which I found very rude because I called in and provided all of the information created the appointment came in, provided them with the insurance card in everything paid.My copay and and they still took us in the back after a 30 minute. Wait, then came out to tell us they’re not going to see us this is probably one of the worst, I care visions to go to someone needs to address the secretary that makes the appointments.They are very uneducated out there

I have experienced other optical services, However, This gem is one to write home about. The staff is great and friendly. The exams are fast, accurate, honest. (I was out in minutes.) Their warranty and care is next to none, reliable and they are “FAST!” in getting your prescription. Sophisticated, classy and Guaranteed!

I was able to get in for an appointment same day on short notice, which I really appreciated. I literally called and told them I was just a few minutes away, and they said that was fine. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful. The gentleman who did my exam was super friendly, the woman who helped me pick out frames was kind and patient, and the doctor himself was excellent as well. Overall, a great experience from start to finish!

Excellent welcoming service. I appreciate the time Paulina took to help me choose my frames. After going to the same ophthalmologist for 18 years, I found myself needing to find another Eye Dr as my previous Dr. retired. Looking for a new, good Dr can be stressful. However, after calling several eye Dr offices, this place said they took my insurance and could see me the next day. A very nice, clean office with high tech devices to check my vision. Very good and compassionate Dr and the total office team were very caring and knowledgeable. So glad I found this place!! Would recommend to anyone!! MM

Everyone I interact with at Pearson Eyecare Group is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The doctor is fantastic. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else! They also have a fabulous selection of trendy eyewear, from fashion forward to functional, and all the high-end brands, if that’s your thing. I LOVE my Burberry glasses and get compliments on them all the time. If you need a great eye doctor or a fabulous pair of specs or shades, this is the place to go!

Very sweet and knowledgeable ladies at the front. They broke down both my insurance cost and out of pocket costs. The woman who helped me took the time to help me find a frame that worked with my style and face shape. She was very patient and friendly and honest, even when I was being picky the doctor was extremely nice and professional. Answered all my questions and was really nice over all. I haven’t had an eye appointment in some years and was nervous coming in by myself, especially having to navigate the insurance portion of it all. But I’m super happy I found this business! ❤️

I had a bit of an emergency and they fit me within an hour I walked out with a plan and a prescription to heal my eye. I’m more than happy with the service, and when it’s time for my annual eye exam in a few months I will be returning… Very friendly capable staff. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed…

Dr. Alsadi and his staff are incredible. Always a friendly welcome and appointments on time. He is skilled with fitting hard contact lenses and getting the perfect prescription and comfort. My husband went to here about 6 weeks ago, and raved about how nice the clinic was and how helpful and caring the receptionist and assistants were. He said the eye doctor was so attentive, and answered all of his questions.
So when it was time for me to get my check up , I had home make me an appointment. He called on a Thursday and I had an appointment for Monday. He was right about everything. Everything was simple
They already had all of my insurance information and they took me right back. What a fabulous experience. My glasses were ready in a week, too. I picked them up today and they fitted them perfectly.
This will be our forever eye care center.

Absolutely the worst location I could have gone to. The eye doctor was great but his staff is not. We were in there a little over 2 weeks ago to get eye exams after being referred to this location from a few friends. As we were doing all the intake forms we were unsure on contacts or if we even needed them. The front desk guy named Jackson said that’s something you can talk to with the doctor and we can handle after the eye exam. After our eye exam and speaking with the eye doctor it was something we were interested in but still unsure. So the eye doctor said why don’t we order some samples and have you come back in for a fitting and a refresher course on putting in/wearing contacts. I said that great then we can decide if we want contacts. At the front desk the same guy named Jackson said I had to pay for the fitting before we even had it. I did ask if we can just pay for the fitting after we do the actual fitting or the same day of the fitting instead of before since we were still unsure about contacts. He said no we had to pay that day and they would call me in a few days to schedule the fittings. Well 2 weeks can and went with no word from the location. I called today asking for a refund on the contact fittings session and he said they do not give refunds since I agreed to contacts before my eye exam. Not once did I say yes to contacts. My son and I’s prescriptions are so minor and we really don’t need glasses/contacts but now I’m out over $140 worth of money because they make you pay before you even have a scheduled appointment for the contact fittings. Only go here if you feel like being robbed.

I went for my annual eye exam today and decided to try Visionworks (after moving and was in need of a new optometrist!). 5 star experience! Everything from the Front desk, to optometry technician Jaxson and Optometrist were extremely professional and amazing! Highly recommend.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, there was always someone helping me and explaining every aspect of the process I was trying to accomplish. Michael Drabinsky and his amazing team made sure I got the best service possible and walked out with no questions, as all of the questions or concerns were answered before I could leave. My 2nd time at the store. First time was great but the 2nd time using the same insurance was stressful. The ladies up in the front were giving me a hard time and wouldn’t check me out because I wanted to order glasses and contacts for my son. They told me most insurances only do one not both. But I let them know my insurance pays for both glasses and/or contacts but they didn’t want to see my vision coverage which I had on my phone. So I asked for a price but they wouldn’t give me a price for both (because I know I had to pay some out of pocket). During this time they also complained about their coworker in front of me. At this time one lady was rolling her eyes and sighing. She stepped back and didn’t want to work with me still rolling her eyes. I was scheduled for Friday @ 3:15 for eye exam and to order glasses/contacts! I Called this morning and spoke to McKenzie and she apologized for what happened. I also called my insurance and they told me I was completely right about ordering both and using my insurance. My insurance was confused too because they worked with this office in the past.

I had such a great experience at Advanced Vision Achievement Center. From the start, Jennifer at the front desk was amazing. They were pretty booked out, but I had expressed how uncomfortable my eyes had been, and she went above and beyond to help. She alone made this place 5 stars.

I met with Dr. Hardy, who was absolutely fantastic. The tests were so thorough, and she was incredibly knowledgeable while also being such a pleasure to talk to. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the team doing the testing, was not only informative but also genuinely kind.

When it came time to pick out my lenses, the experience was just as great. The woman who helped me was so patient and knowledgeable, making the whole process easy and enjoyable.

This place really knows what they are doing. They take the time to create a plan that is specific to you, and the level of care in their testing was phenomenal. I came to this location with family for the yearly checkup for the first time the experience was good. Nice people answered all questions. Frame prices are more expensive than our previous eye doctor’s place.

I started coming to this practice after a concussion/TBI following a car accident and needed specific eye tharpy. This has been a long journey to recovery and I’m moving into my second year. I am truly grateful for Dr. Amin and her whole entire practice to get me on track to feel healthy and more like myself. Highly recommend!

Undoubtedly, the most personable medical office we have ever encountered! Although they are located far from our residence, the drive is well worth it due to their exceptional qualities. I had a wonderful experience! All the staff were very friendly, and there is a wonderful selection of eyeglasses. The staff was also very helpful in finding the perfect pair. Dr.K was very kind and professional. The clinical rooms were stocked with modern ophthalmology equipment. Dr.K took the time to evaluate my prescription and gave me great recommendations. An additional plus is that they have a wonderful photo wall of client pets. This office is very welcoming!

While Dr K and some staff are excellent, the scratch warranty service has been a nightmare! I brought my glasses in January 2025 for new lenses, it’s now June and they still didn’t install the right lenses. I’ve purchased 4 pairs, I was left with one pair at different times that were correct. I would come into pick up glasses only to find out the lenses were too big, not for that frame or not the right prescription on 6 occasions. They had to send my glasses to lens manufacturer leaving me without glasses and they still came back with wrong lenses. 6 months to service the 2 pairs I only needed is absurd!
It’s been a calamity, not sure why they didn’t try putting in lenses before calling me to tell me they are ready. I would walk in, sit at counter and watch them time after time trying to make the inappropriate lenses fit.

Apparently matching correct lens to the right frame is rocket science and outside their specialty.
The friendly chat while waiting unfortunately does not make up for my time and lack working glasses.
I called today and just surrendered….
I give up, I’m heading to Circle K to buy to 2 Coca Cola bottles and use for glasses!

I’ve been going to Urban Eye care for a few years and I recommend it. I’m fact, all of my family members go here as well. They offer great and efficient service. Every time I go for my annual exam, I’m able to book a convenient time for my appointment and they walk diligently through all the evaluations in an efficient manner. I’m able to communicate well with the front desk staff through calls and texts as I work through ordering contacts and lenses. I definitely plan to continue to use urban eye care in the future.

Me and my brother have been going here for years absolutely love Dr. K and everyone at Urban Eye! We drive in from Tucson to see him because he is that good and personable and I will not go anywhere else. He no longer takes my insurance however I was able to work with me and give me a discount so that I could keep coming here. Definitely worth the drive and always able to help fit me in the schedule.

I had a great experience here! The girl at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She even made the dreaded puff-of-air test way more tolerable—giving me time to re-adjust and reassuring me that everyone jumps a little, which really helped me relax.

The doctor was also fantastic—knowledgeable, approachable, and even recognized scars from a previous retinal repair. He explained how it had been treated, which I really appreciated.

I had someone else call in and make my appointment and they were able to assist very quickly in getting me in the same day. I had a small cut in my eye and they were able to look at me very quickly to assess the situation and everyone was kind and respectful. Was a very quick process and very smooth. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses- 1 for daily, everyday wear and 1 for the computer. I specifically requested the more expensive lenses for everyday and the cheaper lenses for the computer glasses. The sales girl only gave me 2 options so that’s what I went with. Anyways she messed up my order and got it backwards; when I called after noticing the mistake on my receipt they said they would fix it. Fast forward 2-3 weeks later my glasses are ready. I go to pick them up and given a brief overview. I trusted that they got my order right the 2nd time. Well here I am 6 months later and fed up with wiping my lenses 50x day because they are ultra smudgy. I should have taken them back when I first noticed the error, but seriously I don’t have time to keep going back to the same place and hope they get things right, or worse- be told that these are the higher quality lenses that I paid for, when I know they’re not. How can one even tell the difference between a cheap lens and the more expensive kind? Am I just supposed to take their word? It was a lose-lose situation in my mind. So I’m never going back there again, they lost me as a customer.

Everyone here is always so friendly! Brought my grandkids in to get new glasses and they always take their time to explain and make sure they feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I recently visited Dr. Dina for an eye exam and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Dina was very thorough and took time to explain everything during my comprehensive exam. After the time, Edward helped me to pick out my new glasses. He was incredibly patient and made the process of choosing frames easy and enjoyable. Overall, the entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Dina and her amazing staff are for anyone who needs outstanding eye care .

A note for folks with Cigna vision: check to see if your Cigna Vision plan is administered by EyeMed. (It probably is.) Once you confirm, make sure to tell them the EyeMed part. EyeMedis accepted at this fabulous place (at time of writing, at any rate), but just saying “Cigna” might make behind the scenes folks think that you’ll have to pay out of pocket. It’s the EyeMed part that’s key. As a new patient, I called rather than filling out the online form, so it was all good. I did get a text later indicating they don’t take Cigna, but after using the EyeMed language, it was sorted out with many apologies. I have no complaints about this, but I wouldn’t want anyone else to miss out on excellent care because insurance companies are so wonky.

I avoid displays at all cost They will try to rip you off. I told him I do not need to check my eyes because I wear one and 3/4 glasses and I told them I do not have insurance. I cannot afford to pay $180 for a check up. I know what I need and I know my lens size I buy my glasses and dollar store for one dollar and the perfect for me. I see clear and I can read clear and I told them clearly I need one and all I needed is a lens and I told him the size all I wanna do is rip me off to charge me $180 do not go to this place horrible place

Love coming here for all my optical needs. And learn they do light spa treatments. I came to discover a whole new staff after a two year stint and everyone here was lovely. Thank you.

I bought a pair of glasses at Sassy Glasses about 10 years ago that I absolutely loved. Since then I’d moved elsewhere and replaced my glasses with mediocre pairs that just did not meet my visual needs in the same way. However, I returned recently (drove up from Tucson) in desparate need of new glasses and went back to Sassy Glasses having remembered their excellent selection and service.

I had such a great experience at Sassy Glasses! They repaired my glasses for free, which completely blew me away. In a time when most places charge for everything, it really means a lot when a business goes out of its way to help someone without expecting anything in return.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and all smiles. You can tell they truly care about their customers and love what they do. They were incredibly helpful, and the service was fast and professional.

I am petite and frames never fit me right. I stopped into Sassy Glasses for them to take a look at my previous glasses. They were not a good fit. Lynn welcomed me and wow she sat me down and brought the coolest frames that fit me well. She seemed to also know what color was good on my face. She is the best. The staff is also kind and knowledgeable. I am so HAPPY with my purchase and glad I stopped in. FINALLY, frames that fit me and look awesome on me. They have very hip frames.

I purchased the most amazing frames from Sassy last week and there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t receive multiple compliments. Lynn was the person who helped me choose my frames and expedited getting my glasses made quickly because I was traveling internationally two days later.
