Crystal Optical: Dina Hamideh, OD

Crystal Optical was recommended to me by one of my friends. She said that she had seen several doctors and she was very satisfied with Dr. Dina's prescription glasses. I recently visited Dr. Dina for an eye exam and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Dina was very thorough and took time to explain everything during my comprehensive exam. After the time, Edward helped me to pick out my new glasses. He was incredibly patient and made the process of choosing frames easy and enjoyable. Overall, the entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Dina and her amazing staff are for anyone who needs outstanding eye care .

The staff was welcoming and they have the latest equipment and technology. Dr. Dina was kind and paid attention to the smallest details. I recommend this doctor, but they are a little bit pricey.

Outstanding service, expert care and great selection of unique and high quality frames. I would highly recommend Dr. Dina. I drive for 45 minutes to go here because I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eye care.

Thrilled. I'm absolutely thrilled by the service at Crystal Optical. Dr. Hamideh is thorough in her exams and takes the time to answer questions. Up front, David and Anna keep an upbeat vibe while making sure clients' needs are met, and they seem genuinely delighted to be at work. That speaks volumes! A note for folks with Cigna vision: check to see if your Cigna Vision plan is administered by EyeMed. (It probably is.) Once you confirm, make sure to tell them the EyeMed part. EyeMedis accepted at this fabulous place (at time of writing, at any rate), but just saying "Cigna" might make behind the scenes folks think that you'll have to pay out of pocket. It's the EyeMed part that's key. As a new patient, I called rather than filling out the online form, so it was all good. I did get a text later indicating they don't take Cigna, but after using the EyeMed language, it was sorted out with many apologies. I have no complaints about this, but I wouldn't want anyone else to miss out on excellent care because insurance companies are so wonky.

I avoid displays at all cost They will try to rip you off. I told him I do not need to check my eyes because I wear one and 3/4 glasses and I told them I do not have insurance. I cannot afford to pay $180 for a check up. I know what I need and I know my lens size I buy my glasses and dollar store for one dollar and the perfect for me. I see clear and I can read clear and I told them clearly I need one and all I needed is a lens and I told him the size all I wanna do is rip me off to charge me $180 do not go to this place horrible place

Love coming here for all my optical needs. And learn they do light spa treatments. I came to discover a whole new staff after a two year stint and everyone here was lovely. Thank you.

Dr. Hamideh was very nice and really took time with my wife and I. Her other staff were great as well.
