Delicious almost-fine-dining seafood experience. Definitely a cut above Red Lobster! The food is delicious – I highly recommend the sushi.

The wait staff are well-trained and I felt respected with every interaction. Also, the food came out reasonably fast, and that was on a busy day! Those cooks know how to work under pressure.

Why do I say it isn’t fine dining?
-There is a bar with sports playing on the TVs
-It’s more affordable than most fine dining experiences
-The plating showed effort on some dishes but was standard on others

But make no mistake, it’s a great place for a nice date or to bring your work friends! And I’m giving it 5 stars because it felt the prices were fair for the experience given.

I recommend the Maine Lobster, and the Creme Brulee dessert was delightful

I had an amazing time here! We ordered the Gemelli Pasta and the Lobster Roll. Both were delicious! Not to mention, we also got the shrimp and potato scallops for starters. And the mojito was very refreshing.

Our server was so kind and on top of it.

Lots of parking as well and wheelchair access.

I was looking for best sushi rolls in Phoenix and found them! This beautiful restaurant had a sushi bar separate from the dinning room. This large room had tvs at either end in a bar-room style. The large size sushi rolls on the menu could be customized to be gluten free. The chefs understood my dietary restrictions and used fresh crabmeat. I was pleased to find GF beer available. I’m definitely returning to try the rest of the menu!

I’ve dined here many time. It’s always fresh and delicious! Service is always good. Great New England clam chowder. Great sourdough bread. Good sushi.

Full disclosure, tonight I had my first dish here that I didn’t care for, the Oysters Rockefeller. Typically a dish I love. Here the oysters were too briney and they had too much Parmesan cheese. Not bad but not my preference.

This place is honestly such a hidden gem and really underrated! I had one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Phoenix here. The Hawaiian jerk chicken was bursting with flavor and tasted like absolute heaven, while the fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. The atmosphere was another highlight—it felt cozy, pretty, and calming, which made the whole dining experience even better. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which added to the good vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending it to my friends.

Give this place a shot! The vibes are cool and the food was so good. We got tuna and white fish tacos with the potstickers. Everyone’s food around us looked so good too. It was packed with happy fun customers. People working at the bar too which is cool.

If you’re near the Phoenix airport and craving bold island flavors with a modern twist, Hula’s Modern Tiki is a must-visit. Tucked away just minutes from the terminal, this vibrant, tiki-inspired spot offers an unexpected escape with tropical vibes, exceptional food, and one of the best happy hours around.

We stopped in recently and were seated and served incredibly fast a huge plus when you’re on a schedule or just looking to unwind quickly after a flight. The atmosphere is fun and inviting, with modern tiki decor that hits the perfect balance between playful and polished. Whether you’re sitting at the bar or in a cozy booth, the place immediately feels like a getaway.

The happy hour here is nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we sat down, the energy was upbeat, the service was on point, and our bartender was absolutely incredible. Personable, knowledgeable, and quick on the pour, they made the experience even better with excellent drink suggestions and spot-on execution. The cocktail menu is filled with tropical classics and creative twists, and each drink we tried was perfectly balanced strong enough to feel it, but smooth and flavorful.

Now onto the food and wow. We started with the ceviche, which was light, bright, and absolutely bursting with citrus. It had just the right amount of heat, and the fish was fresh, tender, and perfectly marinated. It’s easily some of the best ceviche we’ve had in Phoenix.

Next up were the fish cakes, which were nothing short of phenomenal. Crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside, they were perfectly seasoned and served with a zesty aioli that brought everything together. The texture was spot on not too dense, not too soft and every bite was packed with island-inspired flavor.

The menu has a lot of tempting options, but these two appetizers alone would be reason enough to come back. Combined with the attentive service and upbeat atmosphere, Hula’s makes you feel like you’re on a mini vacation without ever leaving the city.

Whether you’re a local looking for a great happy hour or a traveler passing through Phoenix, Hula’s Modern Tiki delivers a memorable dining experience. It’s fast, flavorful, and full of good vibes a rare find so close to the airport.

Final Verdict: A tropical oasis in the desert don’t miss the ceviche, fish cakes, or happy hour cocktails. Cheers to great food and even better service!

The fish bites appetizers were tasty but I wasn’t a fan of the edamame. For dinner, the BBQ ribs with mango bbq was tasty, but unfortunately it was too grisly for me. The cocktails were delicious!

Just flew into town and it was a nice first stop. It was sunny and clean. The waiters were attentive and the food came quickly. Cute patio, assuming it’s used more for fall or winter. Lol. Unique Tiki drinks. Drink menu has a ton of options.

Love the atmosphere. Good music gets played here. This is also hidden in between an alley. However, service can be very slow especially when there’s only 2 people on the bar who can take orders for both food and drinks and there’s a long wait sometimes to order and get your orders. It would be good if there was a waiter to make it faster.

I attended Barflies event and had a great time! Unique venue and worth a visit if you’re in downtown Phoenix. Tasty cocktails with a story behind each name. Didn’t try any food; bartender service was slow with little eye contact nor friendly bantering. Customer service is lacking across all industries; maybe the lack of consistent friendly service is we are living in apathetic times….

Valley Bar is one of my favorite spots in Phoenix to catch live music and hang out. The vibe feels gritty and intimate, you’re close to the stage without losing comfort. Sound is solid (especially for local bands), drink options are decent, and staff are welcoming. They offer a variety of events, from indie concerts to DJ-led dance nights, so there’s usually something that fits your mood. If you want a place where live music feels real, not overly polished, Valley Bar hits the mark every time.

it’s listed as not having a wheelchair accessible entrance but for shows when you go to the front door, security will show you around to a room that has an elevator that takes you down into the basement. there’s a little gated off space for wheelchairs so you can actually see the stage. i had a really nice experience when i went, security was very kind and accommodating 🙂

Went tonight for a show and the sound was a mess, it way too loud for a venue of such small size, at one point my decible reader was reading 117dB. At no point should it have been that loud. The mix was rough, I could hardly hear the singers half the time and I noticed there were multiple issues with cabling and connections throughout the show. This is by far one of the worst sounding venues I’ve been too in the Phoenix area, if you do attend a show here I highly recommend you take ear plugs and be prepared to not be able to hear your favorite artist singing.

this place used to feel inviting but last two times ive gone the service wasnt good. the bartenders in the table side ignored us n just kept standing around talking to each other. they def make eye contact with you and just ignore. guess we dont look like their type theyd want to help… but then other people would come up and theyd take their order. had to wait for the original bartender who helped us to take our order. i had a tab open and just closed it after that interaction. dont wanna spend my $ where i dont feel invited.also want to add the venue side isnt disability friendly. i have pots so i need somewhere to sit for bit to settle the spells i get. maybe a layout change would ne better to add chairs inside the venue.

Went for a LOLO Ella Red Concert. To be honest we had a hard time finding it. Going down an alley we see a red light over a door advertising Valley Bar. Going in we head down a flight of stairs to this basement to wait for the concert to start…. Honestly I couldn’t think of a better atmosphere. The vibe was amazing we had so much fun. looking for other events to attend

Went here twice in a row while visiting Phoenix and it was just phenomenal! The bruschetta was amazing and the variety perfect if you can‘t easily decide!
Everyone was so welcoming and helpful that you‘d feel right at home.
Also very lovely to sit outside on a hot Arizona night.

Postino is a classic Phoenix spot! I’ve been coming here for years and the food just keeps getting better! Postino is a calm, casual, cute spot where you can dress up or dress down! The drinks are great and the service is friendly! I recommend sitting outside in the Spring or Fall when it’s cool out!

Rachel was our server and she was great! Her recommendations were spot on and everything was great. We got got olives as an appetizer, shared a pitcher of their version of hard apple cider (amazing) and had salads. Though quite noisy (it was brunch-lunch time), it was still super nice. We sat inside and had plenty of space around us. It’s been years since I’d been to Postino (Scottdale and Gilbert) but, my first time at this location and will definitely go back.

This was my first time at this restaurant and this location. It was hard to find parking and we had to wait for a car to leave before we were able to park. The customer service was good. The food was delicious. However, the menu options were appetizer size, board, sandwiches, and soups, which is too pricey to not get a full protein meal with all the sides. We ordered the shrimp and salad because we didn’t want a board, sandwich, or soup. We also ordered the brownie dessert. If you like finger foods, sandwiches, soups, and salads, this is a good restaurant. However if you like full portions of protein with sides, this is not the restaurant for you. This restaurant is what I consider a ‘Happy Hour’ restaurant and foods. This is not a restaurant to get a full protein meal and sides. There is no steak or grilled chicken breast options on the menu. I was hungry when we arrived and I was not satisfied when we left. I am not a bead crab, sandwich, or soup eater. If you love bread carbs, sandwiches, and soups, this restaurant is for you. This restaurant is expensive for the small portions.

We had a large crowd of 12 people. Came in didn’t have a reservation. Was a bit of a sit but not long. Our waitress was wonderful & so was the service. I tried the board and bottle for like $30 maybe $35 but it was worth it. My bottle was moscato it was delicious and sweet! From left to right on the 3rd picture is French onion, artichoke, apple& fig last one was pesto and salami. I recommend them all but the artichoke. The Brest was soft for the French onion. And a sweet taste for the apple and fig. For a salami and pesto the bread was hard crunchy but still good definitely recommend five stars!!!

Hubs and I hit up Postino recently and it was a bit of a mixed bag, TBH.

First off, the drinks! I’m not usually an Old Fashioned person, but their Smoked Old Fashioned was surprisingly good – super smooth and kinda sweet (they use Buffalo Trace, Johnnie Walker Black, honey, and citrus). My hubs got the Tre Cucumber (vodka, limoncello, cucumber, honey) and loved it, but it was a little too cucumber-y for me. BUT the Prickly Pear Margarita? OMG. Loved it. Had this cool smoky thing going on and wasn’t overly sweet. Definitely get that!

We shared the Bruschetta Board. Some hits, some misses. The brie, apple, and fig was kinda meh – mostly just tasted apple, and the pieces were huge. The sweet ‘n spicy pepper jam with goat cheese? Now THAT was tasty! Sweet with a little kick and a nice burn at the end, plus the goat cheese was a good counterpoint. The French onion? Not my jam at all. The burrata, bacon, and arugula (no tomato on ours) was okay, smoky flavor was there, bread was crunchy, but overall kinda “eh.” Maybe the tomato would’ve helped.

For the main event, we split the West Coaster Panini (got it on focaccia with a side salad). The salad was your basic romaine, tomato, feta, oil and vinegar. The sandwich? Just alright. The ham tasted like regular lunch meat and that’s all I could really taste on my half. The garlic aioli was nice, the arugula gave it a good bitter bite, and the avocado was super ripe. But the Calabria chili and pickled onion? Didn’t really notice ’em. It was basically a ham sandwich. Also, they called it a panini, but it looked like they just grilled the bread and then slapped everything in – no real panini press action.

Now, the service? Freakin’ awesome. Our server Morgan was a rockstar – answered all our questions and even brought me a sample of the orange wine when I asked about it. Another person, Katelyn, who helped us was also super friendly.

Bottom line: Cool cocktails (especially that prickly pear marg!), some tasty apps, some not-so-much, and a pretty average sandwich. BUT the service was top-notch. Might go back for drinks and apps, but maybe skip the panini next time.

We had a fantastic experience with Postino Central in Phoenix! Special thanks to Peter for taking our order with patience and delivering true customer service. He made the process easy and pleasant. Huge shout-out to the entire team working the morning shift on Thursday, July 31—everyone was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful when I arrived right at opening to pick up our order.
And compliments to the chefs—our office lunch was absolutely delicious and a hit with the entire team. Everything was prepared perfectly and packaged with care. We’re already looking forward to our next office lunch from Postino on Central!

My daughter and I came here four years ago durning a volleyball tournament. We enjoyed the food back then so now that we’re back in town we made a point of coming back and it was well worth it! The food is reasonably priced, service is great, and the food was delicious!

Located in downtown Phoenix, this establishment is a hidden gem. It’s the perfect spot for late night drinks or satisfying any food cravings. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the atmosphere is lively, and the food is absolutely delicious. For starters, we had the chicken wings, which I would rate 4.5 out of 5. The Corned Beef and Cabbage dish was truly delectable, earning a solid 4.5 out of 5. The Irish Boxty and fish and chips both received a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The portion sizes were very generous, making it a challenge to finish everything. Additionally, they offer a selection of authentic Irish beers and scotch for those looking for a true taste of Ireland. I highly recommend this place based on my fantastic experience.

Loud metal music was playing, but the staff was great, the beers were great, the food was excellent, and all at very good prices. I went with a Smithwick’s, which I’m always happy to find on tap. Several menu items sounded great, but I went with the Irish nachos. Wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out to be great. Large heap of thick cut spiral fries perfectly crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. Was expecting some cheap canned cheese on top; but if it was canned, it sure was delicious, way beyond what I expected. Overall, it was a great choice.

Excellent meal. Had the steak & Guinness boxty & a Guinness, which was well poured. The stew potion was generous & the meat was amazingly tender.

The service was excellent, one of my dining companions almost ordered the fish & chips but our server pointed out that it would be a heavy & greasy meal on such a hot night, especially as out of towner’s. She also ordered a boxty & enjoyed it, as did. The rest of our party.

We had called ahead for reservations (but we were early so they weren’t necessary). Matt the manager came speak with us for several minutes & treated us to delicious apple pie shots and a piece of Irish rum cake to share. He’s a charmer and made us feel very welcome.

If you’re in Central Phoenix, check it out. Bonus – live music!

Came in for a Green Spot (ordered a double, got a hefty pour thank you!), a solid Irish pub great atmosphere, not too busy on a Sunday but I just wanted to chill and sip. They have a ton of whiskeys, Irish, Japanese, American and of course Scotch. Green Spot was very good priced. Staff is great. Hung out for a couple of hours. Would come back. As a heads up, they have 3 Irish beers on tap, Smithwicks, Harp and of course Guinness, but no Kilkenny.

A must-visit for football fans and food enthusiasts, blending a vibrant atmosphere, excellent food, and great service and hospitality. This pub is a home for Manchester United supporters, with a bunch of screens ensuring you catch every thrilling moment. They open early for all United games, making it the go-to spot for Red Devils fans to cheer. The energy during matches is electric, perfect for enjoying “real football” with fellow fans.

The breakfast menu shines, with the English breakfast as the star. It’s a hearty plate of crispy bacon, perfectly cooked eggs, sausages, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, and beans, delivered with quality and generous portions. Other breakfast options are solid, but this classic is a standout.

Pair your meal with cold beer, served refreshingly chilled, from lagers or a hot coffee. The great service ensures drinks and meals arrive promptly, with staff whose warmth and efficiency enhance the experience.

The interiors are a treat, merging Irish pub charm with football passion. Adorned with club flags, scarves, and souvenirs, the decor creates a cozy, spirited vibe, with Manchester United flag in front on gameweeks. There’s plenty of seating, accommodating solo visitors or groups, and ample parking adds convenience for stress-free visits. The hospitality here is exceptional, with staff making you feel like part of the community, whether you’re a regular or a first-timer.

I love this place for its infectious energy, superb breakfast, and unwavering dedication to football. George & Dragon is more than a pub—it’s a welcoming hub where great food, drinks, and match-day excitement come together. Whether you’re a United fan or just seeking a lively spot with outstanding service, this pub delivers an unforgettable experience.

I’ve been wanting to visit George and Dragon for so long and we finally stopped in for lunch. As soon as we walked in staff and customers invited us to sit. It was a great welcoming for our first time in! We shared the dinner size fish and chips, came with a side of coleslaw. The fish was delicious flakey and crispy and plenty big enough for us to feel full. The beer was cold with a lot of options. Would be great to hang out & shoot pool, watch a game or have a nice dinner with friends & family. Looking forward to going back if not for the food, for the friendly people!

4.5/5 stars because we had weird vibes from our server. But the food was great – the fish and chips were phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had. The fish was perfectly breaded (not too thick), and the fish was so moist/tender without being oily. We also got a Cornish Pastie with a side of curry – which was a great choice. The pastie was well seasoned and cooked, and having the curry as an added flavor was a great addition.

A friend recommended George and Dragon to me so we went by. The atmosphere was cool and themed well. They have a great selection of drinks and the server was good for recommendations. I ordered the fish and chips which had huge portions! The only semi frustrating thing was that the service was slow. I’ll for sure be coming back soon though

Huge shout out to Brittany for making my experience as perfect as it was. I walked in off the streets and as a dark beer drinker, I wanted something other than Guinness. She recommended Founders Porter and it was perfect. Thick, creamy and smooth.

There’s a good amount of lunch specials, but I asked what she recommended and she went with the Shepherd’s Pie. It’s a generous size for lunch and very filling. It comes with a flavorful gravy that goes nicely with the entire meal.

I ordered a hot custard at the end of my meal and it was one of the best custards I’ve ever had. It was made fresh, not served too hot, thick, smooth, not too sweet.

Restaurant is pretty big; they did a great job utilizing the space and not overcrowding the tables. There’s a gaming area with pool and darts as well.

MY FAVORITE PLACE!!!!! The best wings, fish tacos, bangers and mash, and drinks!!!!
I was coming here before my daughter was born, but even after she was born she has became a regular with everyone! The atmosphere is amazing especially if you’re a football fan. ALSO SHOUTOUT TO JAMES FOR ALWAYS BEING CONSISTENT WITH THE GAMES!!!!

First time trying George and dragon…..and it was on a Manchester United match day . It was a really cool experience to see so many fans show up early to support their club. We showed up a few minutes before opening. There was a group of about 5 people before us with white jerseys on. Then as the doors opened like 10 more people showed up with red jerseys on. Still oblivious to our surroundings,we see the TV’s are all showing a soccer pregame and there’s a local banner for their chapter of Manchester United fans. That’s when we connected the dots. If you’re on the fence about visiting, please go on a match day. That alone is worth the visit(Beware it gets loud). Within 15 minutes the restaurant was jammed packed with more people entering and standing, waiting for a chair or table to open up. On to the restaurant visit itself, dark dining room with a large bar. The server was as attentive as she could be but with what seemed to be 100+ people we saw her 3 times. When she first took our order, then we had to flag her down for a refill and flag her down for the check. Great service for the amount of people and tables she was serving. We tried the fish and chips and the shepherds pie that day. The fish was great, big chunky slices with a thin flaky battered shell. The fries unfortunately were not good, some were soggy, some were hard (semi cooked) and have a frozen food taste. The shepherds pie was good. Overall cool experience for the futbol club angle, the food didn’t match the experience.

Stopped in here for lunch on a weekday with a coworker… There were 2 servers working the dining room and service was very slow… seemed like it took forever for us to be greeted and then each step of the way it took a long time for food, etc.
The items we ordered were really good though. Their pretzel is soft and tasty. Their chicken club sandwich was great and the cole slaw that came with it was nice too. The venue resembles a dive, all the way to the restrooms.

Overall, it was ok… not that special.

Downtown Phoenix! Their kitchen stays open until around 10:30 pm, and the menu goes beyond basic pub fare. I love starting with the Bavarian pretzel or mussels, followed by hearty dishes like pork belly sliders, fish & chips, or loaded fries. The food always arrives fresh, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Service is friendly and relaxed, with knowledgeable staff who make the experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy but lively, warm wood tones, comfy booths, and a bar that feels welcoming. Whether you’re craving solid comfort food or a late bite with good company, this place hits every mark. Highly recommend!

Impressively horrible! Our meal here was inedible. We ordered the ahi tuna salad and chicken wings, and both were shockingly bad.

The tuna had zero fish flavor—dry, tasteless, and so old I wondered if it was fake vegan “fish.” The chicken wings were just as bad. How do you mess up wings? These were dry, tough, and barely edible—I usually eat every part (skin, meat, even soft bones), but I couldn’t even take proper bites.

The worst part? The staff clearly knew the food was bad. Our server never asked how our meal was, and when I tried to speak to someone, the bar guy literally ran away after saying he wasn’t a manager. No offer to help, no manager check-in—just avoidance.

We were starving and forced ourselves to eat some of it, but we left feeling ripped off. I never send food back, but this was a scam. Do not waste your money.

We ate here some four years ago and remembered the food was great. Well I am glad to report nothing has changed! The food is delicious and the service was spot on! We were greater at our table and given water right away. Our order was taken and brought out to our table in short period of time and was well worth the short wait. This Kettle Black Kitchen & Pub is a must when in downtown Phoenix.

My friends and I ate here on the first night of our visit and the service and the food were both so phenomenal we made a point to go back a second time before the end of our trip.
We told our waiter we were doing a round of shots for an “Irish goodbye” for a friend back home who had passed earlier that day and they gave us the last shot on the house. <3 Amazing food and drinks and even more outstanding service. I will recommend this place to everyone traveling to Phoenix.

This is a must visit cocktail bar that I would recommend to anyone in the area! Their menu is extensive and the bar itself is super lovely to see. Our bartender did not seem too enthusiastic to be there but it was a lively experience, regardless. The drinks were super interesting and yummy!
They also have a cute Photo Booth.

After a wonderful dinner at Wren & Wolf, we decided to end the night with our very first visit to Bitter & Twisted — and it was definitely a fun way to wrap up the evening. The atmosphere is vibrant, creative, and full of personality. The unique décor, playful menu design, and lively energy immediately make it a memorable spot for a nightcap.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the gentleman at the front door, who set such a positive tone for the night. He was incredibly kind, made sure to ID everyone, and carried himself with a professional, friendly energy. I respect the fact that he took safety seriously while still making guests feel welcome — it’s a great first impression for the venue.

Our waitress was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the drink menu. As someone who doesn’t drink often, I appreciated how she walked me through different options, explained the flavors, and gave great recommendations. Her suggestions were spot-on, and I ended up loving my choice.

One of the highlights was their complimentary Photo Booth, which was such a fun and unexpected touch. It was free, easy to use, and you can have the photos sent straight to your email — a great way to remember the night.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to the pricing and group policy. The drinks are on the pricier side (though very good), and for larger parties (anything over six), they require one bill — which can only be split into four ways. They also add a 22% gratuity automatically. As someone who’s worked in the service industry, I understand the reasoning, especially for big groups, but it’s worth noting for anyone planning to go with a large party.

Overall, Bitter & Twisted is a really cool spot with great service, a welcoming and safe environment, and a unique vibe. It’s worth visiting for the atmosphere, creative cocktails, and fun extras that make the night memorable.

Bitter & Twisted is a must‑visit for cocktail lovers and foodies alike. It pairs expert mixology and creative bites with historic charm and attentive service. Yes, it leans premium, but the experience more than justifies it. Ideal for special occasions, romantic evenings, or impressing out‑of‑town friends—all in the heart of Phoenix.

The vibe hits a sweet spot—perfect for date nights or small gatherings with people you want to have a laid back but polishes time with.

If you’re looking for bold flavors, ingenuity, and a bar with personality – it is definitely worth the line you may encounter on a busy weekend night.

Food menu is creative, diverse and reads like an elevated fusion dining spot. Service is well thought out and timed. You can see the attention to detail and will be appreciated.

Eat and then come here for drinks.

Definitely come for the drinks. We all got a variety of cocktails and none of them disappointed us. I don’t remember all the names seeing as the drink menu is a whole booklet. Servers were very knowledgeable about the drinks though and were very helpful.

Tiramisu Cup was FIRE! Food was good but my fish was a little over done and the katsu sliders were very dark and the dumpling burger you can tell the patty was fully cooked on one side but barely cooked on the other side. Fries were delicious but need salt if you don’t get the seasoned ones. The appetizers were good, we got the Korean Nachos (pretty tasty) and the Hurrican Popcorn (less impressed needed more furikake)

If Willy Wonka traded chocolate for cocktails and opened a bar inside a historic bank, you’d get Bitter & Twisted. This place isn’t just a cocktail lounge—it’s a full-blown experience.

From the moment you walk in, the ambiance grabs you. Moody, playful, and ever so slightly theatrical—like stepping into a story where every drink has a plot twist. The menu? It’s not a list, it’s a novel. Seriously. Equal parts creativity, mixology, and magic trick. You’ll want to try everything, and somehow, you won’t be disappointed by a single pour.

I had cocktails that were smoky, floral, spicy, and downright mind-bending—each one executed with precision and flair. The bartenders here don’t just make drinks; they perform them. You can tell this crew takes pride in every shake, stir, and garnish.

And let’s not overlook the food—it’s not just an afterthought. From elevated bar bites to full-on flavor bombs, every dish complements the drinks with intention. It’s that rare place where the food and drinks dance in sync.

Whether you’re deep in cocktail geekdom or just want to sip something incredible in a wildly cool space, Bitter & Twisted is one of those unforgettable spots that earns its reputation and then some.

A true Phoenix gem—bold, stylish, and twisted in all the right ways.

We got there right before they opened so no wait on a Saturday night. Was a lot smaller than we expected compared to other reviews and pictures I’ve seen. The food was good, cheese bread was so fluffy and good and the charcuterie board was good as was. Definitely recommend the Lava Flow drink was so good. I must warn you in the Zombie drink, it was incredible strong, the sweet fruity look is deceiving. Overall wasn’t terrible but was surprised how small it was. Glad I experienced it but probably wouldn’t do it again.

Well we called to ensure they served late. Got here bartender gave us the menu and our drinks. We go back to the bar 5 min later after deciding what we wanted and was told they closed the kitchen 15 minutes ago. I told the guy we just got the menu and he said well we closed the kitchen early. ***So don’t go at 10:30 and expect food*** went to Chambers – very nice place and environment.

It’s cute, but, if you’re not getting bottle service or a hookah you’re going to wait for your drink if it’s not dead. Inconsistencies with security make every visit different, it really sets the tone for your time there. This place is not dog / pet friendly.

You can rent the back part of the bar and have your own event so you don’t have to worry about security.

They don’t have food very late.

We stopped in to go to the Ghost Ship after a show right before 7pm on a Sunday. We noticed the door was blocked by a potted plant so we asked the main bartender if it was closed. She replied that the guy should be there shortly and then followed up with “he’ll here by 7:30”, note that the website says they open at 5pm. OK… we decided to order some carne asada fries and wait…. after an hour we called it and left. So frustrating… the bar was completely dead and the bartender was kicked back in a chair on her phone. I get that it’s a Sunday and maybe they didn’t want to open the bar for three people, but I would’ve appreciated them saying as much. We went to The Pemberton, felt welcome, and had a great time. Go there.

Inside the Churchill. We’ve been here several times and have always had a fantastic experience. Bartender is very experienced, drinks were mixed and poured beautifully

Apple Blossom Jeans-has a pleasant leather aroma and taste, almost like a boot store, but in the best way. Pleasantly sweet but not overly so, floral and light. 10/10 would recommend

Cold Brew-tini- pretty standard espresso Martini, well mixed, very smooth and chocolatey

Tried a sample of the Belching Beaver draft, which is a blueberry wheat beer. I’m not a blueberry kind of gal, so not for me, but my husband loved it

La Fin du Monde- Belgian tripel, so smooth, slight sweetness, very nice, nice aroma of honey and yeast, slightly hoppy, but well balanced

My partner found this place while searching before our trip. I wasn’t exactly enthusiastic about going at first because I didn’t know what to expect. It ended up being a surprise for me because I enjoy live music. The atmosphere of this place is relaxing. If we didn’t want to explore while we were on vacation I could have stayed there all day. There are several food vendors, bars, and small businesses in an open air area. Everyone was friendly.

This is a cool place, but pretty loud. The location has a few places to eat and several places to drink. We didn’t have to wait too long for a drink and eventhough it was pretty busy we found a areas to sit and socialize. I thought it was pretty cool that they have several corners were people were playing darts. The chruchill is surrounded by so many interesting bars and restaurants. I might pick another place to checkout if I’m in the area again, but still not a bad spot for drinks.

Really a fun outdoor designed atmosphere with a massive variety of food and drink options. Expect to pay the “food truck premium” food and drinks were a little bit more than one would expect at a place such as this. A great outdoor lounge experience to hang out with your friends. I would not plan to watch any games here, TVs were very limited, and music was loud, all in all, a great spot to hang out!

First time stopping at The Churchill. Pretty cool spot with great music. It’s an outdoors place with a roof. Today was a bit chilly and you could feel the breeze since it’s not a closed off building, but they do have heaters all over the place which was nice. There are a couple places to order drinks from and a couple places to order food from. We ordered a pepperoni pizza from one place and a quesadilla from another. Everything was pretty good. We then ordered a mixed drink and a beer from one bar, then just a beer from the other. Overall good experience and a cool place to come hang out.
