Strum University

I have been a Strum University voice student since 2021. I continued my lessons with Janna remotely via zoom after I moved back to Maryland. It was so much fun performing last night as I am in town celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday. I loved the other performances. It was a room filled with love and encouragement. I highly recommend Strum University to all ages.

Strum University is the best. Kieran Lynch is a great guitar teacher, and the studio is always clean and welcoming. The adult Rock Band with Scotty Spenner is always fun and I enjoy the opportunity to work with other players to develop our set for performance. The extras ( Jam Sessions, Song Nights, etc) are fantastic. If I could rate 10 Stars I would.

My son has been taking electric guitar lessons at Strum for the past few years, and the teachers (Mike , Tyler, and Kieran) he has had are all amazing! They are very talented, friendly, patient, and care about their students. Ashley and Nick are welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable in music education. They run a really nice music school conveniently located in North Phoenix. It is really neat to see the talent among Strum students! Highly recommend for kids and adults to learn a variety of instruments!

What an incredible night at the Strum University Studio last night: Open Mic Night. Incredible turn out of parents and family members turned out to watch the young and the old perform. I had a blast as I got to perform with my teacher and mentor, Nick Jensen. Thanks to all!!! JS

Strom University the best!! They pour so much into their students and it reflects in all of them. I love the showcases, and open mics because it allows us to see the talent and growth of the students. ❤️ Strongly recommend them to anyone wanting music lessons.

My children have taken piano lessons from Janna at Strum for over a year, and we love her and the entire Strum family! Janna is so sweet and patient, yet she challenges my kids to work hard in their lessons. It has been such a positive experience for our family. We also love all the staff at Strum. They have created a culture of support and fun among the students and staff. We 100% recommend Strum for music lessons!

We love it at Strum! They communicate very well. We get weekly reminders of our class schedule and they are very nice about makeups and even offer zoom lessons when your kids are sick. Strum has fun events, workshops and games with prizes. We have Janna for piano and both of my kids really like her. She is so patient, makes it fun to learn, takes the kids' lead on what songs they want to learn and always has a positive and friendly attitude. Thanks Janna!!
