Friendly House

The name Friendly House came to mind. Looked it up. It was in the 1970s remember hearing the name Friendly House so often during the families immigration process. My family made so many trips from Mexico to Phoenix. To hear it's still here to help others is amazing. My grandparents, dad and my uncle's all were helped by the Friendly House receive their resident green cards. I remember all the loopholes the goverment had and fees. Friendly house answered questions and were always there to make the process easier. It was the goverment offices that was a forever process..We'd leave one office to be sent down street for more copies of this or that, or to another building for more photo passport pictures,back to the same building and wait.. so many visits. It was a success. Thank you for all who work here to help with the process. Because of your help our family are American citizens 3 generations of us. Keep up the great work.

This place is unprofessional. My brother submitted a waiver for a pardon and it was not not done correctly. They did not submit the paperwork properly. When asked to submit the form again they did not cover any expense nor attempt to make things right. I could not believe this. Do not visit this non profit please do your research when going. Poor client experience. I want them to see this. Wasted money on a service that wasn’t done correctly. What a joke, do better next time.

My Aunt went to this free Immigration services and was on the process of getting her papers. However when Immigration sent her a denial on her case, she still had opportunity to fight the case. Unfortunately friendly house didn't care about her, because she only had 33 days to respond to USCIS and this Place called her to let her know about the denial 45 days after. This place should care more about people looking for a little help and at least respond and contact customers about these important cases. My aunt is the limbo trying to figure what to do now. Now, because of this my aunt is suffering having no opportunity to at least fight the decision. I would never recommend their Immigration services to anyone because they dont care helping people !! 🙁
