This company is exceptional in all aspects! There are no questions left unanswered because communications are consistent from the contract, material selection & scheduling to the work itself. We insisted on Dunn Edwards paint and we were glad to see that they exclusively used that brand.
What we first noticed was that Eric’s crew cleaned up so thoroughly each day. Prep days were messy (30-year-old house) but they got it all every time. The crew was professional, efficient, worked great together as a team and, if they had any questions, never hesitated to talk to us. There were no surprises or do-overs. Eric let us know when they were finishing up for the day and when they’d start the next day. They’re just a great bunch of guys who really know what they’re doing.

His attention to detail and leadership ensured that things ran smoothly. Shanon, our Project Superintendent, kept in touch with us daily through email. The photo stream was an extremely helpful way to see the progress visually.

We’ve had Crash of Rhinos do our paint job twice. Both times they did amazing. Our first time was almost 10 years ago for our home. It was time to get it done again and we were not disappointed. The crew were very friendly and informative. They cleaned up and left the yard looking like it was before they started. We will be returning again when it’s time for another refresh. By the way we have chosen an olive green paint both times and have been impressed with the no fading. Call for your next job, you’ll love them.

The same crew showed up every day, led by an on-site manager who was kind, communicative, and clearly cared. Every single worker was polite, respectful, and a total pro. They paid incredible attention to detail and treated our house like it was their own. They even carefully removed and reinstalled our brand-new sunshades and protected our new light fixtures and ceiling fan without us having to say a word.

Another thing I appreciated: we didn’t pay a dime until the job was done. No deposit, no materials fee—just a final invoice after everything was completed to our satisfaction.

We also have some brick on our house, and they were the only company that offered to paint it in a way that gives it that rich, “wet look” permanently. It looks incredible and really elevated the whole exterior.

They walked us through every step—what to expect on Day 1, Day 2, etc.—and gave us a fair, comfortable price. The paint quality they used was top-of-the-line, and now looking at our before and after photos (even up close), we couldn’t be happier.

I had Mr Electric install two hanging lanterns on my back porch. Everything turned out great! Kenny my electrician was very professional and took time to figure out the best way to hang the lanterns. The lanterns were antique and needed to be rewired and connected to an indoor switch. Mr Electric was first class service and would highly recommend their services. Lowe’s sold us ceiling fans that had clearly been returned and restocked with missing parts. They made excellent product recommendations and helped us get the correct items needed for installation.

I want to thank my electrician Luis for the time he spent determining the electrical issues on the home I purchased. He was on time and explained everything he did as he fixed the doorbell, installed surge protectors and fixed a problem at the meter outside. I would definitely recommend him. 5 stars all the way!! It’s so hard to find trustworthy trades people and these guys are the best!!! Jason came to fix our dishwasher and dryer. He thought we would need a pump for the dishwasher, but when he came back after cleaning it out, he told us we didn’t need it. He could have easily just installed it anyway, we would not have known the difference. Instead, he very honestly said we didn’t need it and refunded us the money. We plan to use these guys again and would recommend to anyone!!

Our service call to appliance care and repair was great! They were able to schedule us quickly and Jason was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! He was able to diagnose several problems through testing protocols and then observed my normal use of the washer and identified and investigated additional findings. Very thorough and courteous! To be fair, the initial consultation was prompt and on time—no issues there. However, the overall service left a lot to be desired.

They charged $125 just to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a straightforward replacement of a roller/belt/felt gasket kit. These parts are readily available on Amazon for around $49 (delivered). When the technician called to say he was on his way with the parts, I asked how much of the additional $350 due was for the parts alone. He told me $225—more than 4.5x the retail price.

The actual repair time would’ve taken less than an hour. So when you break it down, that’s a 450% markup on parts, and $250 for under 1.5 hours of labor. They advertise a “lifetime warranty,” which I now understand—at that markup, they can afford to come back once or twice and still make a hefty profit.

I asked to discuss a more reasonable price for the parts, but the technician left immediately after giving me the manager’s contact info. I never received a phone call—only a text reply about 15–20 minutes later—saying they will not negotiate the part cost, and I’d be charged an additional $75 for the tech to return.

Unfortunately, this reflects a growing trend of poor customer service in the trades. Many are skilled technicians but make very questionable business decisions. I won’t be using this company again, and I’m sharing this review to help others make informed decisions.

Armando and staff are family. We first met 5 years ago when they redone the whole bathroom and replaced the main waste line going to the city. I mean everything, even installed new floor tile. We stayed in touch here and there. Until recently, the main water going to the house had a leak. It was 830PM, and Armando returned my call. Was able to schedule a visit the next day. Mitch was a great Electrician to work with! I had a home inspection done and Mitch found an inaccuracy in the report which referred to my exterior RV outlet “as a 240v that didn’t go to ground” but said it was actually a 120v/ 30amp that was installed and functions correctly . We had a partial remodel done on our 1940’s house 4 years ago but one wall still had old wiring to (3) outlets which didn’t go to ground but Mitch swapped out the outlets with GFI to satisfy this instead of me opening up walls to run new wire. Well done Mitch! Super good dude too!

I had called Scott for a second opinion on my home. Scott did an amazing job educating me on termites. He took the time to show me how the treatment was going to be done around my home and what product was going to be used. Although I didn’t end up using Bill’s pest and termite, due to already having a warranty elsewhere, I’d like to say their plan of treatment and reasonable pricing is a company I definitely would’ve went with.

Bill’s came out for a free termite and general pest inspection. Bobby, the technician, came out and checked everything just for preventative maintenance. No issues were found. Bobby was outstanding, very friendly and highly professional. He arrived on time and conducted a very thorough assessment of my exterior property to determine the root cause of my pest control issue. He educated regarding the rodent holes near my foundation and suggested I place a bait trap near the area and monitor for a few days. After only a day I could see that the bait was half gone and I have had no evidence of rodent activity at all. I am grateful that Bobby didn’t try to hard sell me on a treatment plan etc. and based upon my positive experience, I will certainly recommend Bills Pest Control to others.
