5 stars all the way!! It’s so hard to find trustworthy trades people and these guys are the best!!! Jason came to fix our dishwasher and dryer. He thought we would need a pump for the dishwasher, but when he came back after cleaning it out, he told us we didn’t need it. He could have easily just installed it anyway, we would not have known the difference. Instead, he very honestly said we didn’t need it and refunded us the money. We plan to use these guys again and would recommend to anyone!!

Our service call to appliance care and repair was great! They were able to schedule us quickly and Jason was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! He was able to diagnose several problems through testing protocols and then observed my normal use of the washer and identified and investigated additional findings. Very thorough and courteous! To be fair, the initial consultation was prompt and on time—no issues there. However, the overall service left a lot to be desired. They charged $125 just to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a straightforward replacement of a roller/belt/felt gasket kit. These parts are readily available on Amazon for around $49 (delivered). When the technician called to say he was on his way with the parts, I asked how much of the additional $350 due was for the parts alone. He told me $225—more than 4.5x the retail price. The actual repair time would’ve taken less than an hour. So when you break it down, that's a 450% markup on parts, and $250 for under 1.5 hours of labor. They advertise a "lifetime warranty," which I now understand—at that markup, they can afford to come back once or twice and still make a hefty profit. I asked to discuss a more reasonable price for the parts, but the technician left immediately after giving me the manager's contact info. I never received a phone call—only a text reply about 15–20 minutes later—saying they will not negotiate the part cost, and I’d be charged an additional $75 for the tech to return. Unfortunately, this reflects a growing trend of poor customer service in the trades. Many are skilled technicians but make very questionable business decisions. I won’t be using this company again, and I’m sharing this review to help others make informed decisions.

Raymond was prompt, polite, professional. He communicates very well and is friendly. He did a great job on the repair and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me helpful tips and suggestions that I really appreciated.

Their honesty was commendable. Service speed was within 24 hours. The repair necessary for my clothes washer exceeded the cost of a new one. $125 saved much more than throwing money at a dead horse. Thank you!
