We hired Tidy Casa for a move-in/move-out cleaning and it was great! Over the course of 4-5 hours every inch of our home was deep cleaned making it seem like a brand new house by the time we got back! In addition to the move-in/move-out cleaning we requested the inside of the cabinets to be cleaned as well. When it was complete there was very little debris left in both the cabinets and the home ensuring our move in was much smoother and cleaner! great company, this is the second time I have used them. The first time was a rental I had where no matter what I tried I just couldn’t get rid of these tiny ants. I cleaned and cleaned, sprayed some store-bought organic pest control, but within a few days the ants came back. Roger (the owner of the company) came with his flashlight and figured it out in minutes. He put a few traps and sprayed some stuff and I never saw the ants again for the duration I lived in that rental.

Now in my new home I’ve got some crickets, they are outside but still make a lot of noise. It’s a brand new stucco home I didn’t know that there is a gap between the foundation and the stucco, this is done on purpose so the stucco “can breathe” but it also makes a good nesting area for crickets. Roger & Porter came together and figured out a plan. They sprayed chemical in that exterior gap that runs all along the entire building. Then Porter dropped some “green” pellets in the crushed stone that is near the foundation. He said these are pet safe. They decided we didn’t need any treatment inside the home for now (which is good because I have a pet and a kid).

In both cases the price was extremely reasonable, just barely over $100. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company. Thank you Roger! (and Porter)

Have been using Molly Maid twice a month the last few months.
It appears they kind of strive to hire the best. My fav team is with Jasmine as the team leader. They’ve had other teams like her. She is excellent. Excellent. Used time well. Did everything right the first time. If she has extra time, she covers extra areas. This is twice in a row that I’ve had her as team leader. Carpet and floors are my biggest issue. She goes above and beyond my expectations. The other team member was excellent too. The areas that I asked for help with were cleaned perfectly. Never a streak in the mirrors. Didn’t have to ask for assistance with this one glass door. She covered areas that were above and beyond. I’m told Im retentive when I clean. I’m not. But I do believe in cleaning perfectly. Do it right and you don’t have to do it again for a while. For Jasmine and her team the fee is very fair.
Once I was kind of disappointed with the work from Molly Maid. I called the office. On the next visit Jasmine was support. Everything was much better. Jasmine just does everything to the standard I would if I could move better. I do request the Jasmine team.

They needed more time to clean so wanted me to pay more. The kitchen was not deep cleaned just surface cleaned. I was told they would clean cabinets but they only did the level of their height. Bottom of drawers were still sticky requiring me to clean them myself. They ran out of time so did not sweep and mop either. **in response to MM’s feedback- you offered to come back between 1pm-4pm, 6 hours after you opened, not “within the hour”, and yes that did not work for us due to all of our family being in town at our home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Your idea of “fair” compensation for needing to re-do the bathrooms, kitchen, and the floors in a 30 min timeframe, is asinine considering it took a team of two people, THREE HOURS to initially do just that and they missed the mark so heavily. My husband and I already cleaned after you all left to make the house presentable. So yes, I don’t need you to come back Friday to clean what should’ve already been cleaned… and what we have since already cleaned ourselves. Like I said, I spent $494 and I still had to clean my own home.

Absolute SHAM of a company. Highway robbery- $494 to clean my 1,100 sqft apartment (that we clean often, so it’s in pretty decent condition as is). My husband and I were quoted $262, and wanted to treat ourselves to a clean house, ahead of hosting our first Thanksgiving with our newborn and extended family. The team of two people were responsible for only 1 of our 2 bedrooms, 2 small bathrooms and the kitchen/living area (which is the same room). They were here for 3 hours!!! The photos/videos taken less than 10 minutes after they left just speak for themselves. As soon as they left my husband and I scoured our home, covering what they missed so terribly to make it suitable for our guests. “Customer service” offered to reimburse me $75, which equates to 30 min of work, as that what she quantified as enough time to fix all of the issues. My question is- how on earth did it take them THREE HOURS ($152 per hour) and leave things in such bad shape? I’ve sent all of the photos and videos to management and they stand by their service. It was overwhelming, especially since I work six days a week and could only do so much on my own. My mother-in-law recommended I call Merry Maids—and I’m so glad I did.

merry maids has quite a few good reviews online. so based off that I decided to use there services. Filled out the information they requested online and after a day or so I received a phone call to schedule a walkthrough through my home. which then she gave me accurate quote for first time deep clean and repeated weekly services. 1st one time fee for deep clean was $1,100 And after that once a week $299 per week. They said if you do a agreement that you will keep us on for 6 months. We will discount $400.00 off the 1st deep clean service at that I said sure we were planning to keep them on board for the long run then she said but if you decide to cancel before the 6 months we will charge your card the $400 for not keeping your agreement. after they did 5 repeated cleanings to my home. I received a call notify me that they needed to increase the weekly payment by $144.00 more which would bring my total to $443.00 a week. they mentioned that their employees were taking way too long to clean my home and due to that that they needed to charge me more money and that if I wasn’t OK with the new price then I can go ahead and cancel my service and that they would just charge me the additional $400! to my credit card, for not keeping my agreement. I said but I’m not canceling my agreement you’re forcing me to cancel and the Lady said it works both ways if we cancel or you cancel! don’t hire these Marry Clowns to clean your home. they don’t honor their own agreement and if they can get more money out of you they will.

She was very thorough as she cleaned light switches, door jams, dusted the area between the wall and ceiling, baseboards, primary shower was sparkling clean, ceiling fans, microwave, exterior surfaces of cabinet doors/drawers/, exterior surfaces of all appliances, and degreased the fan vent screen above the stove. She, of course, of dusted, vacuumed, and mopped. She also may have cleaned other areas that I was not aware of! I was so appreciative of her hard work and attention to detail. I heard about Maid Easy through a friend recommendation and was really excited to use them because I heard great things! However I am really disappointed with the way things went. The housekeeper I had Sandra was amazing I am super thankful for her work as she was really great and did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment. However after the service I received a phone call to ask how everything was and I said I’d like to tip Sandra and after that I realized I had been charged 5 or 6 times on my card random charges by them and so I called and at first they didn’t know what was going on and said it was a glitch in there system but said I would get a call back and didn’t so I called again and they finally apologized and said they will take those charges off and give me a complimentary service for the inconvenience. However after that, there was still one charge needing to be taken off and I didn’t receive the complimentary service email so I had to call AGAIN and they finally took all the wrongfully made charges off but am STILL waiting on a complimentary service but now I don’t even want to use it because of all this hassle!! The maids are great but service is frustrating
