The staff from the minute we got there was amazing. The front desk ladies were really kind and helpful. The General Manager Larry Magor was such a kind man. Due to the bad weather the day before, the pool was closed. He promised it would be open the next evening and it was. I met him for now more than 5 minutes, and he remembered my family’s names. The hospitality that was displayed was something I have never experienced. Everyone we encountered were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The best stay ever. I hope his staff knows how great our stay was.

While I didn’t have the issues some did…I should have read reviews before booking. Everything was fine but it could have been disastrous. I didn’t appreciate that breakfast wasn’t free and I’m glad we didn’t try and eat there because reviews stated the breakfast was exactly like the free ones you get at other hotels. We did use the pool 2 nights in a row and that was nice. No issues to complain about so that’s good.

Forced to stay overnight because American airlines sucks, but was happy for this hotel. Bryan, the shuttle driver, was friendly and thoughtful, seemed to enjoy his job - which is rare nowadays, and we much appreciated his kindness. Destiny, at the front desk, was quick and efficient, and very friendly. Both are stars in my book. Room was awesome, clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was $15, a bit steep but worth it - food was fresh and of quality, and great coffee imo. Only negative I have here is the bartender, who was short, curt, and bordering on rude. I'd stay here again on vacation if I passed through.

Oh boy, where do I even start? Took deposit. Which is completely fine and I’ve done 1 million times at other hotels, but for some reason, this one took my deposit off, but it doesn’t show up on your statement, but I couldn’t access the money as well because it was taken out or on "" hold. But wouldn’t show up on my statement. Long story short I never got that deposit back after a horrible stay at this place. Had to go down to the front desk, too redo my key, literally five or six different times in the four days that I stayed . I had requested linen exchange my sheets changed out the entire time I was there and that never happened . I came into my room one day after requesting it and they had left me a quilt and all my garbage was still there that I had piled up throughout two days so I left it out in the hallway.. I then walked down to the front desk to tell them that my room is still not serviced, and my trash was just sitting there, but was left the quilt that looked used and dirty, which I’ve never seen in any hotel when I request linen service .. zero change out of towels, literally had to buy my own brand new one. The end result is I never did get my deposit credited back to my account after numerous calls to the hotel and to my bank I literally ended up closing my bank account with Chase because they said they wouldn’t refund it because it wasn’t on my statement. It never showed up on my statement, has anybody else ever heard of this and I could see that it wasn’t on my statement as well but literally the second he swiped my card at the front desk to take the deposit. It was taken out of my account. I could not even see the amount nor could I use that money that he took off the card. then I got a charge for my $16 breakfast that I had eaten days after leaving the hotel , but how did they have my card number if they didn’t use it for a deposit? Somebody please let me know this place needs to be looked into for sure.

First off, I was lied to about not needing a deposit. I understand hotels take deposits, but I've had my card stolen from one of these transactions, so I won't do it anymore. I am a direct bill customer (corporate lodging), so it's all handled internally. When I checked in, I was told I needed to provide a credit card by the same guy who told me five minutes earlier that I wouldn't need one. I got a little upset, and he decided to waive the deposit. The hotel is nice on the surface. The pool is nice, the rooms look good, the lobby is presentable, and the halls are clean with nice-looking artwork. However, after I got into my room, I put something in the refrigerator. It's a so-called "smart refrigerator" that read 52°, which is just cool, not cold. There was also no microwave, which you find in even the cheapest hotels these days. The room temperature was a comfortable 68°, which I appreciated. I then did something I've started doing recently: I checked the corners and under furniture to see how clean the room really was. (Pictures enclosed) The bathtub/shower combination is only a shower. When I turned the water on, I expected it to come out of the faucet, but it came out of the shower head, making the bathroom wall and floor wet. The button to turn the shower head off was jammed, so if you want to take a bath, you'll have to use the shower head to fill the tub. The linens and towels were clean, but the floor was disgusting. If you come here, bring your own broom and dustpan."

The staff was professional and friendly. They were very helpful as well. The room was clean. The only issue was the temperature in the room could not be adjusted. The bedroom was nice but the living room area was freezing with the vent blowing cold air directly on my brother. If I had to stay longer, I would have had someone come evaluate it but since it was one night only, we managed. Your buffet was excellent.

We had a flight delay that stalled our trip overnight in Phoenix. It was a late night and we were exhausted, but The Radisson had our back and made the whole thing not only bearable but enjoyable. |The staff were so kind and accommodating throughout. The night staff made sure we had the accommodations we needed and gave us a late checkout so we could get a good rest. The beds were so soft and comfortable I could have slept the day away. |At checkout time we realized we wouldn’t be able to check bags at the airport for a couple of hours after checkout and would be stuck at the airport for hours dragging luggage around. With two young kids in tow, this sounded miserable. The morning staff welcomed us to relax in the lounge instead. What a relief. The kids were much happier relaxing and watching the lounge tv vs being stuck in the airport for hours. A kitchen staff came out and offered the kids a candy (kitchen wasn’t even open yet).|We were able to relax there until their happy hour started and get everyone fed before heading out. The French fries and fried cauliflower were excellent and the burgers were delicious. The prices were better than the airport and the food was so much better. |The whole experience became exceptional as the manger got the kids a drink and another staff brought them a cookie. We were able to leave for the airport at the appropriate time (not hours too early) with full bellies and happy kids. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.|From the bottom of my heart, thank you Phoenix Radisson at the airport for taking such exceptional care of us and turning an otherwise stressful and difficult situation into a very pleasing experience.
