Great stay at Hilton at the Peak!
We had such a great time at Hilton at the Peak. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and check-in was quick and easy.
Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. The resort itself is beautiful and has a fun, laid-back vibe.
The best part was the River Ranch water park. The lazy river and slides were a hit with the whole family, and there was plenty of space to relax by the pool. We also enjoyed grabbing food and drinks right on site, which made things super convenient.
The location is great too, close to hiking, shopping, and easy to get around Phoenix from here.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway

We arrived at the Hilton Phoenix resort for a birthday overnight and was greeted by Michael at the front desk who immediately offered to upgrade us to a beautiful suite. He was also kind enough to recommend a top tier Italian restaurant and even offered to arrange our transportation. Throughout our stay we were able to text the front desk questions about the pool, room service ….anything we needed. The property is under construction but the charm and cute architectural details make this a hidden gem in the desert.
No doubt when this remodel is complete this property will be hard to beat.
Thank you Michael for making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay!

The water park was the only part of our stay that we actually enjoyed, however, they allow day passes for the water park so there is absolutely no parking for paying hotel guests. There were no chairs available and the park itself was over crowded.
The hotel seems to be under construction (which is very much needed) but because of this, they have blocked off certain areas of the parking lot, limiting even more parking spaces.
The hotel pool was extremely unsafe. It needs to be completely resurfaced. It’s rough and you get scratches and cuts along the edges and bottom of the pool. The stairs leading down to the pool are unstable, loose and broken.
The room was absolutely disgusting and was “cleaned” with zero effort. There were left over underwear from previous guests in the corner, the carpets are filthy and stained. The couch smelled of pee, were stained and dirty and just plain gross. The bath tub didn’t drain properly and when showering, we were standing in about 8 inches in water.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Your listing of this hotel is the definition of false advertising. We are Hilton Honors members and booked our 21st wedding anniversary through the Hilton Honors app. The app shows pictures of the lobby, pictures of the workout facility, meeting areas, a convenience store, and a patio seating area…this hotel does not have any of that. The app says that the only hotel advisory there is, is that you have to be 21 years old to check in. No where did it say that the entire hotel is under construction, super outdated, filthy carpeted floors, staff that could care less, and a waitress at the only restaurant you have explaining to everyone that the breakfast included with your stay is unlimited. As in eat and drink whatever you want, charge it to the room and at the end of your stay the front desk will refund the breakfast. That is NOT true! It is a max of $25 per person. The Russian lady waitress was very rude, not pleasant and is not happy working there. All the workers hid in the back and didn’t offer to refill the ridiculously over priced $7 small cup of coffee. This was suppose to be a getaway… this was a complete waste of money. We chatted with others at the pool and they were sadly disappointed that they booked a Motel 6 vacation. Very misleading pictures and not worth the money at all. Bulldozers and very loud construction EVERYWHERE! The rooms’ air filter has not been changed in years! The lazy river hardly even pushes you, you have to walk the river to get going. The pool is unkempt and old. And there is no restaurant or swim up bar at the hotel. We asked one of the workers, that restaurant swim up bar has not been open in 8 years! And the front end staff are all monotone and not excited or enthusiastic to be there. This hotel needs to be shut down and rebuilt from the ground up.

Is this really still a Hilton?!! What a horrible excuse for a “resort”!! We have so many wonderful memories of many stays here in the past we thought it would be great to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary here. We’re long time Hilton Honors members and we’ve spent decades enjoying their facilities. I heard there was construction going on at this location so I called (twice!!) to verify the amenities and all would be unaffected, especially food & drinks at the North Point pool. I stressed it was a special occasion I was assured everything was the same, all amenities were available just like always, and the only difference was the South Point section under construction. The last time I was at a resort with major construction going on (not a Hilton) it was handled so professionally we barely noticed it at all. I figured it would be the same here. My mistake!!
There were almost NO amenities! The North point pool had ZERO service available, the lazy river food service ended at 4 and drinks ended at 6. The Rodeo gift shop had been converted into a make shift restaurant that closed at 8. There was a trailer hooked up outside for a kitchen and no bar to sit at and enjoy an evening drink. Both other restaurants had been demolished. The ice cream parlor was gone and you had to find your way around construction sites to get anywhere. The one night we ate at the “restaurant ” there were 5 tables with guests and five waitresses. How they all remained in such good moods I can’t explain. We paid extra for the breakfast package which- surprise! – wasn’t really included. You still ordered off a menu, paid $7.00 for a cup of coffee, and received a credit to your room that didn’t cover the meal.
The room had a clean bed, but the carpet was so disgustingly gross we were afraid to take our shoes off. The sofa and chair were equally filthy. Whose idea was it to renovate 1/2 the hotel while letting the other half fall into unkempt grime?
If the people on the phone had been honest we would have never stayed here. We left after one night, which probably pleased the miserable guy who checked us in. I have never been so disappointed in a Hilton facility. Thankfully the Hilton we switched to provided the resort experience we had hoped for our 35th anniversary.
Close this place down! What an incredibly disappointing dump.

The lobby is a mess visually when you walk in. Not appealing at all. The main elevator wasn’t working. All of the rooms are outdoors so lugging your things around wasn’t enjoyable or using stairwells.
I was notified about the water being shut off for a period of time due to construction, which wasn’t ideal. The rooms are just motel quality along with the level of noise you hear. It was awful. The back up beeping of vehicles doing construction all day.
There are wires exposed to each room that look horrible and Diamond members pay for late checkout. But when I paid. They never told the cleaning crew so multiple times I had knocking on my door and having to answer it and they not knowing it’s late checkout.
Not enjoyable at all.

Upon check in at the make shift lobby the front desk lacked enthusiasm and seemed ready to get off shift and the grab n go food counter was being covered with sheets. It made for a very unwelcoming arrival.
The hotel was half under construction for a much needed update. The pictures are deceiving, this place is falling apart. Thought the elevator would break every ride.
The room was a good size but was dirty. We killed a huge cockroach in the room. The couch was sticky and carpet very stained.
The pool was awful. Tiles were falling off, the swim up bar was rotted and the rust was staining the bottom. The lounge chairs were in poor condition.
I would highly recommend against staying here until their remodel is complete (hoping the remodel goes beyond just a new paint job).

We stayed one night. Had to change rooms because the ac wasn’t cooling at all. The rooms felt dark and like people go there to use. I wouldn’t bring my family here if I had kids. We left as early as possible and didn’t even shower there. The people how work there were nice and accommodated our request to move rooms. So I was grateful for that. But there loud blaring music outside the whole place. Not peaceful at all. The parking lot was not accessible easily from the hotel, you have to go all the way around to the front entrance. It’s also open and doesn’t seem too secure. I definitely would not rebook this place. Pay a little more and go somewhere else. 6 am there were odd people just handing out in the lobby going in and out from the parking lot. This place is not it.

The people.
That work there are really wonderful but the place has a lot of what you would call deferred maintenance.I had the poll to myself. It’s absolutely beautiful but there’s a lot of maintenance needed inside of the rooms and at the facility in general.
It felt a little like a ghost town.Because very, very few people were there and it was just a little sad because I was expecting there to be a restaurant and a spa.And there was neither. The bed was very comfortable. But because of the continuous music at the pool, starting at 8:30 AM until 10 PM it was a little vexatious.Quite honestly to me.I liked a little more quiet.Actually a lot more qubut again the pool is really lovely and I appreciate it.

Very hip/kitsch hotel with great service and an awesome restaurant and bar. Big heated pool and huge hot tub. I had a large room with king size bed and a small living room at the entry. The only thing I didn’t like was how everything echoed in the room. Hardwood floors and brick walls made everything seem much louder. If they added some carpeting or rugs and fabric art to dampen the sound, the rooms would be perfect. Oh, and another thing I didn’t really care for was the tiny bathroom with the sink and vanity outside of the bathroom.
I must say that the staff is really awesome and helpful. I did enjoy my stay and plan to be back.

Easily my new favorite. The pool is actually heated! 75 degree water on a 100 degree day is like a small taste of Heaven! It’s like an oasis inside with vines along one of the walls next to the cabanas, the other wall is glass with water running down so it looks like a waterfall wall!! It’s beautiful. The rooms are decorated differently, there’s a small free breakfast with coffee, muffins and oatmeal. A rooftop lounge which I didn’t get to see but the string lights along the top gave the whole place this beautiful glow. Absolutely best hotel I may have ever been to. The customer service was excellent as well

had high hopes for this hotel based on the reviews it being classified as a four star hotel. The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful, but immediately told us the restaurant was closed for the summer. The lobby smelled dirty and the floors were sticky. The elevator’s mural was peeling and there was something spilled on the floor. The carpet in the breezeway was pulling up and paint chipped from the exterior wall as well. The pool was extremely dirty to the point that we thought it could have chips in the plaster, but upon looking further, it was dirt and belongings. When we got to our room, the door didn’t appear to be completely shut and we could barely open it. It appeared to have been kicked in at one time. The odor in the room was so bad. It smelled like filth covered up in cleaner. The floors were sticky and the bed and couch had dirt and debris on it. There were pubic hairs on the bathtub ledge and the bed platform. We ended up checking right back out and went to another hotel down the street.

This place has gone downhill significantly since I last visited. Their website is completely out of date, and no one will respond to your email inquiry if you send one. To clarify for others: there is no restaurant, spa, or rooftop bar whatsoever. The room was clean enough, but everything else was dim and musty. It felt no different than staying in a Motel 6, and I wouldn’t have booked the room in the first place had I had this information. Go elsewhere.

My partner and I needed to book a hotel close to the Pheonix airport due to an early flight I had back to Michigan the next day following my birthday weekend. ||The staff is dope, friendly in a way that doesn’t come off as too “staff like” if you know what I mean. |I don’t know if I’m the only one but I appreciate a relaxed kindness. ||The price was reasonable, booking the room over the phone was smooth and painless. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and competent. ||Given the overall experience we had during our short stay I would say that the price we paid for king bed room was more than fair and I would go as far to say quite a good deal compared to the rest of the hotels in the area.|| We are really glad we stayed here.||It seemed like there was a cute little coffee shop/cafe to the right of the lobby but we didn’t go in there. There must have been a separate restaurant somewhere else because I overheard a man go out of his way to compliment the chef as we were checking in. I looked at the menu that was displayed in the elevator and the choices looked appetizing. ||The staff were extremely polite, warm, and made us feel very welcome. |The lobby and all areas leading to our room were exceptionally clean and had a particularly pleasant smell. |Our room was also very clean and comfortable. The sheets were very fresh and clean.||I do wish there was a microwave in there because we had some leftovers that would have been better heated up but that’s not a big deal. ||We didn’t have a chance to visit the pool and hot tub downstairs since we were there to sleep and catch a flight but if not for the nature of our stay serving a purpose we would have loved to take a swim and a soak. There were some cool colored lights giving the area a fun vibe, some folks down there having some fun, a section with cabana style lounge beds, and the hot tub was gigantic.

First time in this hotel. The service was excellent. Employees were very attentive, cordial and professional. Especially Jorge in the restaurant. Convenient location near airport. We used their shuttle service couple times. Front desk agents were very helpful. The only negative thing will be the small refrigerator that wasn’t cold enough.
I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this DoubleTree for a quick work trip, and while the hotel itself is a bit older, it was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The real standout was Gina at the front desk. I spent some time in the lobby waiting for a coworker and got to witness her in action—and wow, she is a total pro. She was the only one at the desk, juggling phone calls and a line of guests, and still managed to stay calm, friendly, and completely on top of it.
There was one moment where a particularly rude guest was complaining about the (very clearly posted) breakfast hours. Gina handled it with grace—she let the guest voice her frustrations without letting it rattle her or change the policy. She stood her ground in the most respectful and professional way, and then turned right around and continued helping everyone else with a smile. Honestly, I was impressed.
The hotel is lucky to have someone like Gina—she made my stay better just by being awesome at her job. I hope management sees the gem they have at the front desk!

I selected the breakfast buffet. Everything was stocked fully and super organized. The food selection was great from a made to order omelette… I had a mushroom, bell pepper, onion and cheese one… to pastries, fruit, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and more. |Jorge was an outstanding server. Very attentive and extremely courteous. He checked tables frequently to be sure he asked if anything was needed. Moreover, he was friendly with guests as they also engaged him in a positive way. They bussed the tables frequently keeping the place in tip top shape. Bien hecho!

Great hotel, clean and spacious. The check in process was efficient and I was greeted with friendly staff. Anthony a server in the restaurant provided exceptional service and the food was tasty and good quality. Location near the airport was my main reason for staying here but careful around the Circle K up the street. I have never seen so many toothless meth heads in broad daylight.

Hilton For The Stay For Sure, I have membership benefits with several Hotel chains and I must say that this was an excellent example of how guest should be treated especially when we encounter travel delays. Hilton you would be proud of your employees due to the care and attention to detail they extended not only to myself but with every guest that walked through your doors. Stellar employees deserve to be recognized and complimented for doing what they obviously love and it shows. Thank you all for your care and kindness. With that being said there are a few employees that need to pay close attention to their co-workers and do as they do all five of them understand the true meaning of hospitality. I COULD SAY MORE BUT I do not want the negative to overshadow Whitney A, Steven, Michael, Nicole and GeGe, Shine!! Shine on guys you all were fantastic host.
Thank you Kindly for a lovely experience

Started out a little rough – once new shift change very grateful for Gina front desk customer service was 100 she did get us the room we had reserved (bottom level) handicapped and did get us checked in quickly. She was professional, took her time to look into the matter. She should be front desk manager teaching the others customer service. She is an asset to your hotel! Food was amazing! Room was nice. Pool area nice. Front desk first people you see and interact- you need more employees like Gina!

We spent two nights at this Doubletree hotel for an outbound and inbound stop during our travels. Overall, this hotel is attractive, clean, well-maintained, and has a very helpful staff.
The room was spacious and includes two adjoining rooms, a bed, a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The bathroom is particularly attractive and the shower is quite spacious. The bed was comfortable. There is also a mini-refrigerator and microwave oven for those leftover food items that you couldn’t quite finish off the first time around.
The grounds of the hotel are attractive. There is a pool available plus a variety of sitting areas with plenty of shade.
We also enjoyed dining at Brix, the on-site restaurant. We enjoyed the blackened salmon tacos, the chips and guacamole, and a chicken flatbread. All were delicious and well-presented.
Finally, this is very affordable hotel and it is also situated near the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

The staff from the minute we got there was amazing. The front desk ladies were really kind and helpful. The General Manager Larry Magor was such a kind man. Due to the bad weather the day before, the pool was closed. He promised it would be open the next evening and it was. I met him for now more than 5 minutes, and he remembered my family’s names. The hospitality that was displayed was something I have never experienced. Everyone we encountered were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The best stay ever. I hope his staff knows how great our stay was.

While I didn’t have the issues some did…I should have read reviews before booking. Everything was fine but it could have been disastrous. I didn’t appreciate that breakfast wasn’t free and I’m glad we didn’t try and eat there because reviews stated the breakfast was exactly like the free ones you get at other hotels. We did use the pool 2 nights in a row and that was nice. No issues to complain about so that’s good.

Forced to stay overnight because American airlines sucks, but was happy for this hotel. Bryan, the shuttle driver, was friendly and thoughtful, seemed to enjoy his job – which is rare nowadays, and we much appreciated his kindness. Destiny, at the front desk, was quick and efficient, and very friendly. Both are stars in my book. Room was awesome, clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was $15, a bit steep but worth it – food was fresh and of quality, and great coffee imo. Only negative I have here is the bartender, who was short, curt, and bordering on rude. I’d stay here again on vacation if I passed through.

Oh boy, where do I even start? Took deposit. Which is completely fine and I’ve done 1 million times at other hotels, but for some reason, this one took my deposit off, but it doesn’t show up on your statement, but I couldn’t access the money as well because it was taken out or on “” hold. But wouldn’t show up on my statement. Long story short I never got that deposit back after a horrible stay at this place.
Had to go down to the front desk, too redo my key, literally five or six different times in the four days that I stayed .
I had requested linen exchange my sheets changed out the entire time I was there and that never happened . I came into my room one day after requesting it and they had left me a quilt and all my garbage was still there that I had piled up throughout two days so I left it out in the hallway..
I then walked down to the front desk to tell them that my room is still not serviced, and my trash was just sitting there, but was left the quilt that looked used and dirty, which I’ve never seen in any hotel when I request linen service .. zero change out of towels, literally had to buy my own brand new one. The end result is I never did get my deposit credited back to my account after numerous calls to the hotel and to my bank I literally ended up closing my bank account with Chase because they said they wouldn’t refund it because it wasn’t on my statement. It never showed up on my statement, has anybody else ever heard of this and I could see that it wasn’t on my statement as well but literally the second he swiped my card at the front desk to take the deposit. It was taken out of my account. I could not even see the amount nor could I use that money that he took off the card. then I got a charge for my $16 breakfast that I had eaten days after leaving the hotel , but how did they have my card number if they didn’t use it for a deposit? Somebody please let me know this place needs to be looked into for sure.

First off, I was lied to about not needing a deposit. I understand hotels take deposits, but I’ve had my card stolen from one of these transactions, so I won’t do it anymore. I am a direct bill customer (corporate lodging), so it’s all handled internally. When I checked in, I was told I needed to provide a credit card by the same guy who told me five minutes earlier that I wouldn’t need one. I got a little upset, and he decided to waive the deposit.
The hotel is nice on the surface. The pool is nice, the rooms look good, the lobby is presentable, and the halls are clean with nice-looking artwork. However, after I got into my room, I put something in the refrigerator. It’s a so-called “smart refrigerator” that read 52°, which is just cool, not cold. There was also no microwave, which you find in even the cheapest hotels these days. The room temperature was a comfortable 68°, which I appreciated.
I then did something I’ve started doing
recently: I checked the corners and under furniture to see how clean the room really was. (Pictures enclosed) The bathtub/shower combination is only a shower. When I turned the water on, I expected it to come out of the faucet, but it came out of the shower head, making the bathroom wall and floor wet. The button to turn the shower head off was jammed, so if you want to take a bath, you’ll have to use the shower head to fill the tub.
The linens and towels were clean, but the floor was disgusting. If you come here, bring your own broom and dustpan.”

The staff was professional and friendly. They were very helpful as well. The room was clean. The only issue was the temperature in the room could not be adjusted. The bedroom was nice but the living room area was freezing with the vent blowing cold air directly on my brother. If I had to stay longer, I would have had someone come evaluate it but since it was one night only, we managed. Your buffet was excellent.

We had a flight delay that stalled our trip overnight in Phoenix. It was a late night and we were exhausted, but The Radisson had our back and made the whole thing not only bearable but enjoyable. |The staff were so kind and accommodating throughout. The night staff made sure we had the accommodations we needed and gave us a late checkout so we could get a good rest. The beds were so soft and comfortable I could have slept the day away. |At checkout time we realized we wouldn’t be able to check bags at the airport for a couple of hours after checkout and would be stuck at the airport for hours dragging luggage around. With two young kids in tow, this sounded miserable. The morning staff welcomed us to relax in the lounge instead. What a relief. The kids were much happier relaxing and watching the lounge tv vs being stuck in the airport for hours. A kitchen staff came out and offered the kids a candy (kitchen wasn’t even open yet).|We were able to relax there until their happy hour started and get everyone fed before heading out. The French fries and fried cauliflower were excellent and the burgers were delicious. The prices were better than the airport and the food was so much better. |The whole experience became exceptional as the manger got the kids a drink and another staff brought them a cookie. We were able to leave for the airport at the appropriate time (not hours too early) with full bellies and happy kids. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.|From the bottom of my heart, thank you Phoenix Radisson at the airport for taking such exceptional care of us and turning an otherwise stressful and difficult situation into a very pleasing experience.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I attend a club/warehouse show in Downtown Phoenix. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always very nice with comfy rooms. I love how close this hotel is to the lightrail. Jordan at the front desk is very friendly and happy to make conversation whenever I’m there. The on-site restaurant is great too. The onsite restaurant is super convenient too for me to grab dinner before heading out to the show. It has a great bar counter and I love the waffle maker at breakfast.

Nice hotel!
Stopped overnight in Phoenix and stayed here for convenience. Discovered there is a police substation across the street. Nice! And Matt’s Big Breakfast is two blocks away within easy walking distance.
Ramped curbside entry made it super easy to get in and out with rolling luggage.
Had interactions and got help from five different staff (including on the phone with front desk). Everyone was professional, friendly, and really nice. I’d stay here again just because the staff were so nice.
10/10 would stay here again.

My daughter and I spent a week here and for the most part were very happy. I used my Hilton app to check in prior to our arrival and had my room and digital key ready when we arrived. We bypassed the front desk and went straight to the room we chose. The room was nice and the AC worked really well!! The only issue with the room is the lack of dresser space to store our clothes. Definitely not enough for a room that sleeps up to four. Anytime I spoke with the hotel staff I received fast friendly service. I will definitely keep this location in mind if I ever come back to downtown Phoenix.

Location wise it’s great, I went to Phoenix for a concert and it was a quick straight 8min walk. Some real good restaurants in the area too.
I was a bit surprised at first of the no water bottles in the room, especially in Phoenix. While they were at the desk, so not much of an issue.
Room wise was great. Bed was soft and room spacious.
The one downside is that there is no business centre in this hotel. I had to print something off and the method available was to email my document to the front desk employee and they could print it off, which if your document contains any sensitive info, might be an issue. Luckily mine didn’t and they provided everything I needed.
I would stay here again

I decided to stay here mainly because of its location—close to restaurants, breweries, and bars. Everything is easily walkable, just maybe not during the heat of the day! Fortunately, taxis and rideshares are readily available.
The hotel itself was great—comfortable, clean, and well-kept. I didn’t give it five stars only because the parking was super, super expensive. Other than that, no complaints.
If you’re looking for convenience and easy access to the local scene, this is definitely the place to stay.

Close to Chase Field (the purpose of our visit). If it wasn’t a bazillion degrees in AZ, we could have walked to the park LOL Super convenient to ASU if you have a student on campus. The room was clean but lacked dresser storage (we ended up not unpacking our suitcases as we had originally planned for our 4 night stay). The bed was a little too firm for my comfort. Would have been nice to have the room stocked with more than 2 bath towels (most women I know use a hair towel). Housekeeping was happy to oblige when I requested an extra towel – just hate that I had to ask. The have a free coffee/tea/cocoa bar all day which is nice. Their little market pantry was not well stocked, and was limited to diet Coke and Coke Zero most of our stay. The had breakfast each day of our stay, but one day was towards the end and they were out of most items. The bar staff was lovely, but they only serve beer and wine, which was a disappointment to many others as we sat drinking our beers. I was also disappointed to realize they didn’t have a pool, which is my own fault for for not looking when I booked the hotel. I just assumed all Arizona hotels would have pools! Lesson learned on my end. Overall a positive experience and would recommend the hotel to others.

I am exceptionally impressed with the valet attendant, Joey. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition checking into my room. Joey also provided excellent dining options and things to do during my business stay while here in Phoenix. I have been in business for over 30 years And can honestly say that the valet experience overall has been one of my best. I will definitely be using valet services in the future. In addition to recommending this five star top-tier service to my colleagues, friends, and family. A job well done and exceptional customer service.

Nice hotel, if a little dated. Parking was good, handicap parking was easily accessible. Check in was easy, room was very clean. Toilets are low flow though, need to hold lever for at least 5 seconds. A/c was a little noisy, but nothing bad. Breakfast was very good, hot and decent choices.

Wifi is slow,
Accessible parking and entrances.
Rug in the room and walkways must be over 12 years old.
Staff are approachable and courteous but facilities are outdated.
Location is good enough for access to eateries and shopping malls.
One good thing is that when I called for an electrical fault, despite the person at the reception sounding rude and claiming she did not understand, a technician was there within 10 minutes.

Decent, clean. Feels open and modern inside, with a large lobby. Continental breakfast every morning, and there’s an indoor/outdoor pool. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The only things we noticed was some of the rooms are little more worn out than others. Not bad or anything, but noticeable. We also had a balcony, which was pretty nice.

This is an okay hotel, I was sent here for work and I don’t mind it. The location is convenient but it’s not pretty. There’s some crazy characters lurking around the area but that’s a public policy failure not the hotels fault. Still good to know.
The breakfast was very mediocre, the only hot food is eggs and potatoes. There’s a waffle machine too but other than that it’s a bit depressing.
I like the elevator design though, it’s set in the center and you can see it from the lobby. There’s a lot of comfortable seating in the lobby as well. Not a lot of food for sale there but there’s food within walking distance.

Do not stay here. “Kaye” at the counter has the communication skills of a snail. She is inept at her job and unable to decipher debit from credit cards. Lobby doors are locked until approval for a reason. Holiday Inn by the airport is much better for the same price AND free airport shuttle. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Area is a bit sketchy but they are doing their best by having a gated fence around the property. Front desk lady was kind and patient. Elevator worked fine and hallways were clean. Room smelt clean and everything looked up to par. Good channels on the TV and a lot of outlets. I was a bit lost finding the iron and the board but it’s behind the mirror. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste but that’s a me problem. Pillow were alright could add 1 more. Shower was good and the free products were good brand and smelt great. Breakfast smelt good but couldn’t get any. Good hotel for a good price and would stay here again 8/10

Great stay at La Quinta PHX/I10. Receptionists were all helpful and polite, no stress check-in/out. I found this LQ location to be genuinely pet-friendly, pets were allowed practically everywhere without the bat of an eye. Loved the overall cleanliness here, so impressive— I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay in this regard. The location itself was decently contemporary overall, not dated or run-down. Amenities were of good quality, I liked the basic variety offered. Their gym was pretty impressive, and the breakfast bar was good. I also appreciated that my room was decently stocked with basic necessities and minor wants. Room AC and blackout curtains were great, and good cable TV was available to pass the time although WiFi was bad. I felt generally safe at this LQ location, security measures like well lit public areas and key card entrance absolutely everywhere put me at ease. I will say I found the hotel to be rather small overall. I also felt the green turf around back for pets was a little too musty for comfort, bare rocks would’ve felt more sanitary. All in all, I’m content and impressed with my experience here— I’m happy to stay again 🙂
UPDATE:
Had my second stay here and most of the above still applies, love consistency. Room cleanliness was not AS great as before— bathroom floor was sticky, crumbs on carpet, crumbs in the sheets. Main/only? kitchen crew member has been notably rude each stay (older brunette woman, raccoon eyes). My first stay, she was openly annoyed when I simply asked her when breakfast ends as she put out more food. My second stay, she was outright respectful when I let her know I finished the waffle batter as she came out to survey the dining area. I told her out of courtesy (to her), but she cut off the far back end of my sentence with a loud/cold “OKAY” and rolled her eyes away from me. She was openly polite and friendly to the following guests that approached her. I’ve never interacted w this woman outside of what’s been mentioned here. That said, I don’t understand what her personal issue was with me a total stranger. She needs to work on her professionalism and customer service skills as a hotel employee.

Great hotel, we had a two room suite with a shared bathroom. Worked great for my family. Had a desk so I can get some work done while on vacation. But the parking lot was tight and the area around the hotel is sketchy. Lots of homeless and transients around. Had to lock up my ice chest and tools inside the truck. Would not trust leaving them out. Staff was really cool. Did not catch their names but both ladies at the front desk were great.

We vacationed here for the MW concert. Our stay was great, room was clean, location was safe and secured. We were well taken care of by Mehak, she made us feel very welcomed, helped us with anything we needed, great communication while on our way to this location coming from out of town, all our needs were met, all the staff is very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! It was a pleasure staying here.

Room was garbage. Flooring when you walk in room was cracked and there was a piece of tile cracking and was lied to about the price and the the guy on the was lied about a quote for 3?days. When checking in he keep asking how we were going to charge for the nights and asked 3 times. And the manager this morning Had a major attitude when we were checking out and had no decency to listen. I will be calling corporate this is ridiculous this is how you treat paying customers

Overall, the hotel is well maintained and clean. Our room was spacious and well equipped. We had a family suite which had 2 separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. My room overlooked the busy street however where I could see sketchy characters shouting obscenities, arguing, urinating, etc. The police were called to the building our first morning (IDK why). The staff lock the front door during breakfast to keep out free-loaders trying to steal food. The food wasn’t great but not terrible either. During check-in the receptionist didn’t believe me that I was a guest and gave me attitude until she realized her mistake. During check-out, I was told to park in the fire zone by the side entrance because they had locked the front doors for breakfast. The hotel is decent but they have to run it like a maximum security prison because the neighborhood is in the ghetto. It’s also near the I-10 freeway which was convenient.

Far enough but close enough to the event sections of downtown, this hotel left me want for nothing. The rooms, dark and chill ambiance, (kings-sized bed comfy as they come!). The breakfast, pool area, and enclosed small basketball court – all very cool. Front desk staff; yes and yes!
Recommended.

I’m a Best Western Rewards member and booked here for one night. I checked in around 2 AM, completely exhausted, just wanted the keys so I could sleep. I only stayed about 8 hours, but instead of the $112 I was supposed to pay, I ended up charged $112 + $18 (parking) + $250 for a “dog fee.”
Every other Best Western I’ve stayed at has allowed dogs with no problem, and that’s why I booked here. To be hit with an unexpected $250 charge after the fact is insane. The manager tried to explain it as a dog charge, but there was no clear communication up front.
This is a rip-off and not how you treat loyal rewards members. Best Western, you just lost a loyal customer.

We stayed here for almost two weeks when my mom had heart surgery. We were convenient to the Banner University Hospital. The breakfast was great with many options. Evening Front desk staff- *****
Morning front desk staff-***
Clean room – **
Front area outside the doors- Smokers heaven as they allow people to smoke right outside front doors – this is against federal law btw. I told the morning front desk person and her response – oh they can smoke right outside the doors. Basically you will get huge amount of second hand smoke just walking into the hotel/motel.
I checked in and noticed the following-My Room was not cleaned . Bathroom had long women’s hair alll over the floor. The remote was all chewed up and no buttons worked. I told the front desk staff and she immediately apologized and came upstairs to the room with new remote and paired with the tv. Room was cleaned by the crew afterwards as well. The cleaning crew should have noticed it but they didn’t even bother, very lackadaisical attitudes . So cleaning crew gets 2 stars.
The front desk staff for the evening- She deserves a raise- she has excellent customer service skills.

Rooms are not tidy. Toiletries are missing ( only conditioners instead of shampoos , not bathing soaps etc..) . There is an additional fees of 425 , if you check out at 11.30 am instead of 11.00 and this not clear anywhere when you are booking or checking in . Some of the staff at the reception can be more courteous especially for foreign tourists.

Hotel was ok. Loved the idea of available coffee all day. Super convenient! ||Rooms very out dated, screaming to be remodel. Bed was comfortable but pillows too flat (had to double). Breakfast in the morning was ok, good variety. ||The hotel itself is very conveniently located. On Saturday, the farmers market is just across the street (diagonally). There are many restaurants within walking distance.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel close to the airport, this one fits the bill. It’s definitely an older style hotel but is very clean and the staff is pleasant. It appears to have been recently remodeled. So Lots of security cameras in the parking area as well as a nice well-maintained but smallish pool area. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited but overall a pleasant stay.

We were a little put off upon arrival at the location of the hotel — not a nice area— and also that it is a motel, just a door with gaps around it between us and the outside world. That being said, the bed was super comfy, and the room was very clean, and surprisingly quiet. We had an early flight and the free shuttle is great, so we didn’t try the breakfast. Staff was also very nice and helpful. I can’t give 5 starts though because of the location.

I had an overnight layover at PHX and decided for this hotel. It’s very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service carried by Sky Harbor airport Parking and runs very often from every terminal. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport have to be reserved the night before of checking out and runs every hour.
The room was very nice, clean and spacious! Nice bathroom, big flat screen TV, and good AC unit. Check out time is 11:00 am, but if you ask nicely, they can let you do it at 11:30 am 🙂
Breakfast was ok, but limited to cereals and bread… No eggs, ham or cheese…. For kids it’s maybe fun enough, but I would have like a bit of protein offered.
All in all I enjoyed my stay there and had a good rest before my next flight.

The ONLY reason we stayed here was because we were flying in late and getting up early, this was 60 bucks. though its in kind of a crappy area, it was relatively close to the airport. However, we will not stay here again. The whole place seemed recently renovated, everything was newer and had a modern look. The room curtains didnt go low enough or wide enough so the immense lighting from the parking lot lit up our room all night. (See video) The ac was so insanely loud (see video) but when it cycled off I heard others making the same noise so we didnt bother saying anything. The rooms have no sound deadening between them. You hear everything people around you say. You hear every car drive by. The breakfast was at best a snack to get you by until you can stop and get a real breakfast. The bed was super loud every time you moved in it. I understand it was a cheap place to get a few hours of sleep, but id honestly sleep in my car than stay here again.

New remodeled interior rooms, clean, comfy beds, comfy chairs, convenient bathroom and shower only room with door and sink outside for convenience and open concept with bedroom, inside a safe gated community where you can freely walk around without strangers that are not checked in or staying at hotel to walk through the area or be worried about. Car is safely parked inside the gayed community along your room near your window. Homeless stragglers stay outside on the street, road, walking by, front desk near gate area one way in/out with huge windows for front desk to see who comes in and out. Breakfast is OK. Nice workers. Peaceful sleep, no bedbugs, stayed two nights, and was well rested. Very comfy. Breakfast is in the main check-in building where the front desk is. It is a walk away. ♀️

7.5/10. Value for price. I’m grateful for the truck parking. Pool seemed nice and maintained but it was too hot to try it. There were a couple of stains but the room looked clean overall, or as clean as you can get for $60 a night. The TV quality was terrible but again… $60. Parking at a truck stop costs $25 and shower is around $20. So…. Yeah I enjoyed my stay overall. Couple of restaurants nearby too! Way better than motel 6

I recommend not coming hereThere is zombie people all over the place fighting screaming while me and my girlfriend we’re trying to sleep and random people would come up to the door and jiggle the door knob to our place also while we were trying to sleep and as soon as we walked in the door, we have found five cockroaches, not clean. The beds are like sleeping on the rocks outside and I asked for a second room key because I have a dog so my girlfriend can take them out whenever I’m not here and they said no I highly recommend not coming here.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!! I booked a room last night and was met with horrible customer service and absolutely disappointing room quality. When we walked to our room I was met with stained sheets on the bed and a non working shower. Went down to the front desk and they moved me to a new room, in the new room all the lights were flickering and there was no security lock on the door as well as no working bathroom light and again a non working shower. After going down to the office for a 3rd time in utter frustration and disgust of service I demanded a refund and was given attitude by the front desk! Highly disappointed in the quality and service! Would NEVER recommend anyone staying here!!

I know this was a budget stay and wasn’t expecting a lot. I got in late around 1230pm and just needed to get a few house of sleep and only stayed one night thankfully. ||The night clerk wasn’t very friendly and handed me a key and walked away with out giving me directions to my room. So after wondering around I finally found my room on the 3rd floor. ||The room smelt of marijuana and was a typical low buck room. I went to turn he light switch for the bathroom and discovered it was broken off. So I had to shower and going to the bathroom in the dark. Smoke alarm chirped all night. Tried to call the front desk but received no answer. Went to get in bed and found the sheets were to short to cover all the mattress (I was given a king bed with queen sheets) so the bottom two feet were on the mattress. ||Then about 7am a loud banging started so loud I thought someone was banging on the door. Turns out they were re doing the roof and I happened to be on the top floor right under where they started. After about an hour of banging and a loud beeping from trucks backing up. I Finally had enough and went to get breakfast only to find out they no longer have breakfast and only coffee.||Did not sleep at all and one of the worst hotel room I ever stayed at. I have never left a review on any hotel room and am not a person who normally complains about anything. Do yourself a favor and book else were.

When my co-driver chose this location, I was expecting the worst based on the reviews. I was online trying to book at Comfort Inn next door, sold out (just my luck). We were given room 108 facing the pool. The room smelled clean upon entering. I checked the microwave, fridge, bedding, bathroom, and drawers. Besides cosmetics, overall the room was cool. Definitely would not have been my 1st 2nd or 3rd choice but when you need truck parking and the better hotels are sold out this one will do. Will update my review after checkout tomorrow.
Update: I was still a little nervous to sleep in the bed due to all the reviews about bed bugs. I have fibromyalgia, so my nerves are constantly pinching, itching and jumping- needless to say I was a few hours turning on the lights checking the bed. NO Bed Bugs in my room. Slept well after my body relaxed. The beds are firm which I like. There is a crack at the bottom of the door, light and bugs from outside can come thru.
Overall my experience was nothing like the negative reviews. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
