Great stay at Hilton at the Peak! We had such a great time at Hilton at the Peak. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. The resort itself is beautiful and has a fun, laid-back vibe. The best part was the River Ranch water park. The lazy river and slides were a hit with the whole family, and there was plenty of space to relax by the pool. We also enjoyed grabbing food and drinks right on site, which made things super convenient. The location is great too, close to hiking, shopping, and easy to get around Phoenix from here. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway

We arrived at the Hilton Phoenix resort for a birthday overnight and was greeted by Michael at the front desk who immediately offered to upgrade us to a beautiful suite. He was also kind enough to recommend a top tier Italian restaurant and even offered to arrange our transportation. Throughout our stay we were able to text the front desk questions about the pool, room service ….anything we needed. The property is under construction but the charm and cute architectural details make this a hidden gem in the desert. No doubt when this remodel is complete this property will be hard to beat. Thank you Michael for making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay!

The water park was the only part of our stay that we actually enjoyed, however, they allow day passes for the water park so there is absolutely no parking for paying hotel guests. There were no chairs available and the park itself was over crowded. The hotel seems to be under construction (which is very much needed) but because of this, they have blocked off certain areas of the parking lot, limiting even more parking spaces. The hotel pool was extremely unsafe. It needs to be completely resurfaced. It’s rough and you get scratches and cuts along the edges and bottom of the pool. The stairs leading down to the pool are unstable, loose and broken. The room was absolutely disgusting and was "cleaned" with zero effort. There were left over underwear from previous guests in the corner, the carpets are filthy and stained. The couch smelled of pee, were stained and dirty and just plain gross. The bath tub didn’t drain properly and when showering, we were standing in about 8 inches in water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Your listing of this hotel is the definition of false advertising. We are Hilton Honors members and booked our 21st wedding anniversary through the Hilton Honors app. The app shows pictures of the lobby, pictures of the workout facility, meeting areas, a convenience store, and a patio seating area...this hotel does not have any of that. The app says that the only hotel advisory there is, is that you have to be 21 years old to check in. No where did it say that the entire hotel is under construction, super outdated, filthy carpeted floors, staff that could care less, and a waitress at the only restaurant you have explaining to everyone that the breakfast included with your stay is unlimited. As in eat and drink whatever you want, charge it to the room and at the end of your stay the front desk will refund the breakfast. That is NOT true! It is a max of $25 per person. The Russian lady waitress was very rude, not pleasant and is not happy working there. All the workers hid in the back and didn't offer to refill the ridiculously over priced $7 small cup of coffee. This was suppose to be a getaway... this was a complete waste of money. We chatted with others at the pool and they were sadly disappointed that they booked a Motel 6 vacation. Very misleading pictures and not worth the money at all. Bulldozers and very loud construction EVERYWHERE! The rooms' air filter has not been changed in years! The lazy river hardly even pushes you, you have to walk the river to get going. The pool is unkempt and old. And there is no restaurant or swim up bar at the hotel. We asked one of the workers, that restaurant swim up bar has not been open in 8 years! And the front end staff are all monotone and not excited or enthusiastic to be there. This hotel needs to be shut down and rebuilt from the ground up.

Is this really still a Hilton?!! What a horrible excuse for a "resort"!! We have so many wonderful memories of many stays here in the past we thought it would be great to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary here. We're long time Hilton Honors members and we've spent decades enjoying their facilities. I heard there was construction going on at this location so I called (twice!!) to verify the amenities and all would be unaffected, especially food & drinks at the North Point pool. I stressed it was a special occasion I was assured everything was the same, all amenities were available just like always, and the only difference was the South Point section under construction. The last time I was at a resort with major construction going on (not a Hilton) it was handled so professionally we barely noticed it at all. I figured it would be the same here. My mistake!! There were almost NO amenities! The North point pool had ZERO service available, the lazy river food service ended at 4 and drinks ended at 6. The Rodeo gift shop had been converted into a make shift restaurant that closed at 8. There was a trailer hooked up outside for a kitchen and no bar to sit at and enjoy an evening drink. Both other restaurants had been demolished. The ice cream parlor was gone and you had to find your way around construction sites to get anywhere. The one night we ate at the "restaurant " there were 5 tables with guests and five waitresses. How they all remained in such good moods I can't explain. We paid extra for the breakfast package which- surprise! - wasn't really included. You still ordered off a menu, paid $7.00 for a cup of coffee, and received a credit to your room that didn't cover the meal. The room had a clean bed, but the carpet was so disgustingly gross we were afraid to take our shoes off. The sofa and chair were equally filthy. Whose idea was it to renovate 1/2 the hotel while letting the other half fall into unkempt grime? If the people on the phone had been honest we would have never stayed here. We left after one night, which probably pleased the miserable guy who checked us in. I have never been so disappointed in a Hilton facility. Thankfully the Hilton we switched to provided the resort experience we had hoped for our 35th anniversary. Close this place down! What an incredibly disappointing dump.

The lobby is a mess visually when you walk in. Not appealing at all. The main elevator wasn’t working. All of the rooms are outdoors so lugging your things around wasn’t enjoyable or using stairwells. I was notified about the water being shut off for a period of time due to construction, which wasn’t ideal. The rooms are just motel quality along with the level of noise you hear. It was awful. The back up beeping of vehicles doing construction all day. There are wires exposed to each room that look horrible and Diamond members pay for late checkout. But when I paid. They never told the cleaning crew so multiple times I had knocking on my door and having to answer it and they not knowing it’s late checkout. Not enjoyable at all.

Upon check in at the make shift lobby the front desk lacked enthusiasm and seemed ready to get off shift and the grab n go food counter was being covered with sheets. It made for a very unwelcoming arrival. The hotel was half under construction for a much needed update. The pictures are deceiving, this place is falling apart. Thought the elevator would break every ride. The room was a good size but was dirty. We killed a huge cockroach in the room. The couch was sticky and carpet very stained. The pool was awful. Tiles were falling off, the swim up bar was rotted and the rust was staining the bottom. The lounge chairs were in poor condition. I would highly recommend against staying here until their remodel is complete (hoping the remodel goes beyond just a new paint job).
