Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Will always rent from Enterprise, after the exceptional experience I had with my last rental at the Phoenix airport location. This is a great place to turn customers into enterprise loyalists, as mentioned in other reviews, since a rental car is often so important when traveling this area (and Las Vegas). I hadn't thought I would become loyal to one car rental agency, but Enterprise is it. Best possible experience. Wouldn't even try another agency when in the area.

I had the best car rental experience at this Enterprise. Now I'm an enterprise loyalist, and have been to many many enterprises and I have never had a bad experience. But this one was just over the top amazing. James at the counter was incredible and very kind!! And the manager Ryan, also just the nicest guy. I decided to upgrade to a Mustang convertible, and they helped me do that and explained everything. And when I returned the car, Ryan was the one who helped me return the vehicle and again was so very kind, and helpful and made the whole process so smooth and I can't wait to be back again.

We had an amazing experience renting a Mustang Convertible from Enterprise! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The car was in perfect condition and an absolute joy to drive. We did a road trip from Phoenix to Los Angeles, with unforgettable stops in Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce National Parks, and Las Vegas. Special thanks to Andrew at the Phoenix location—his customer service was absolutely outstanding and made the pickup experience seamless. Dropping off the car at LAX was also incredibly easy and quick. Overall, we’re very happy with Enterprise and would definitely rent from them again

We had a great minivan for our family trip from Phoenix to Tucson. It had excellent gas mileage and was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. I had a mild panic attack when I got to the Enterprise counter and saw the long line, but they were so efficient, it only took 10 minutes to get through it. Everyone we encountered in both Phoenix and Tucson was very friendly and professional and the van was great. We chose Enterprise because of the Military discount, but we will come back for the great service and nice cars. Highly recommend!

I love to travel, especially to national parks! Enterprise is always my car rental of choice and finds me a car that will work with the terrain I’m traveling in. My friends and family know I only ever go with enterprise. I love that I can show up to the podium tell them I checked in and they immediately get me my car. Sometimes it is so efficient it feels like I am stealing a car. The return process is always just as efficient as well. Staff are always super friendly too. Already have had 3 car rentals from them in the past month and have two more lined up this summer!

I have not used a car rental company in about 2 years. I chose your company because in the past I had always received great service. The pick up was smooth. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful. When the car I chose was not filled with a full tank of gas, I was quickly moved to a new car. After using the car all week in the AZ heat without worry, my return before flying back to Philly was handled quickly and again by very congenial attendants. I will definitely continue to use your services.

If you’re looking for a hassle free car rental to meet your needs, this is the place! Amazing customer service that go above and beyond! Friendliest and joy filled staff I’ve ever met. The enterprise in my state could use some training from the staff here at Sky Harbor. The car was in great condition. Well kept and clean. Very quick process! I was shocked at how wonderful this experience was and highly recommend this Enterprise to everyone traveling in this area and in need of a rental car!! I’ll be back! Thanks for making my trip complete!
