The Doctor was excellent. Very nice, professional, she was better than my original Doctor who fitted me for my hearing aid. Every time I wore my hearing aids I’d have blood and a sore in one of my ears. That has been completely eliminated with this Doctor.

If I could give them no stars I would. I’m very disappointed with them and had I known what I know now I would’ve gone somewhere else. Initially they were very helpful in getting my mother hearing aids, but once we purchased them, there was absolutely no customer service or support. They never even had the common courtesy to return any of my many calls. You pay all this money and if you need help with them you are out of luck. Very disappointing.

HearUSA is do wonderful very professional but so open and friendly. The front office is so friendly and very helpful. Got first hearing test and hearing aids here loved the service

I met with Dr Elissa Kawamoto for a my requested follow up appt yesterday so that I could ask several questions I had regarding my new hearing aids. Dr. Kawamoto listened to my various questions with great patience and provided answers that helped me better understand how to care for my hearing aids, how best to charge them and gave me information that has made me feel even more comfortable with my new aids. A big thanks to Dr. Kawamoto.

I recently bought hearing aids from HearUSA. The office I visited was at the store at 3rd Street and Bell Road across the street from Target. The audiologist was extremely professional and gave me a very thorough hearing test and then discussed the results. I ordered the aids on my computer at home and they were sent to the same office. Yesterday, I was fitted with the aids already set up to meet my hearing needs. They are so comfortable and work quite well. I would recommend this company and this office in particular because the entire experience was pleasant and stress-free.

Excellent service and care. Front desk person Trush is excellent. Audiologist Dr Kawamoto is excellent and takes time to explain everything. New Allure hearing aids replaced older ones. Very pleased.
