I had a great experience at Haven Health Sky Harbor. The facility was always clean and well-maintained, which really gave me peace of mind. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely set up—much better than I expected. The staff was consistently courteous and professional, and the case management team truly stood out. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to support both patients and families. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for quality care in a clean, welcoming environment.

Staff is fantastic, Too many to list but a couple stand outs: Samantha, Justin, Sarah, Olga, the list goes on. The facilities are nice and well kept. They go above and beyond my expectations and I am grateful for it. Even if there is a problem they work to resolve it efficiently and quickly. The food is good, portions are reasonable. Alternatives are equally as good. I have been to many other facilities this by and far the best. Far as Staff, far as accommodations, if there is a better place I haven’t found it.

We support more complex cases, including patients who require ventilator support, tracheostomy, and hemodialysis. The staff at Haven of Sky Harbor is AMAZING starting from the girls at the front desk always greeting you with a smile! The clinical staff is on top of their game and provides great care. The respiratory and therapy teams deliver care with a passion for their field, this isn’t just a job for them and it shows in the superb care that they give!! Case management offers discharge support even in the toughest of discharges, always doing their very best to ensure the safest possible discharge. They are easy to work with and quick to respond to an email or returning a phone call. I would send my family member here without a showdown of a doubt !! Not to mention how beautiful the building is - the rooms are large and spacious You must check them out !!

Haven Health Sky Harbor provided exceptional care and support during a difficult time. The staff was always kind, attentive, and professional, making sure every need was met. Compassionate and attentive staff, clean safe and comfortable environment and good communication with family. Possess the par excellence Doctors and Nurses ,which makes the residents feel safe, loved and well-cared for. Multiple success stories of patients recovery from traumatic brain injury , motor vehicle accident, stroke, geriatric age related medical conditions etc. This recovery and miracles was possible due to the caring hands of their medical professionals. They specialize in this kind of treatments. It’s a 24 hour care that’s above and beyond. Staff has tremendous amount of patience and are the most qualified and skillful to care for the residents. Each residents are valued and have specific plan of care. The difference in their operations is noticeable and incomparable, which is built around what is best for the residents , something that is lacking almost everywhere. It’s a wonderful feeling of home plus having the quality of care at its best.
