My aunt had such a wonderful time here! All the staff are very welcoming. The facility is very clean. My aunt also mentioned how much fun she had during the activities with Daisy, Pari, and Debbi. They always had something fun planned for the residents.

Excellent staff, both medical and support. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is take care of, and needs and wants are met. Unfortunately this has been a bad year for me, have spent more time in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities than at my apartment, this time when asked where I wanted to go for in house phyical therapy I said "back to Haven on 20th Ave". My lucky stars that they had room for me. Food is pretty good too!!

had a wonderful experience at Haven of Phoenix. The entire facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which gave me great peace of mind. The care provided was top-notch. Staff is attentive, compassionate, and truly patient centered. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make me (or my loved one) feel comfortable and cared for. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality skilled nursing care in a warm and supportive environment.

This place is fantastic, and the staff here provides world-class care for those residing on premise. So much so, you can see it in their client's day-to-day interaction with others. Lots of activities occur daily, adding to the overall positive culture of the facility. It's also very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for in home care for a loved one.

I had a buddy of mines received care from the facility. He had nothing but good to say. Nurse Kelly and Carrie helped explain things to him the Cnas were very helpful. Andrea and Amber were helpful when it came to billing questions. Transportation was not something he was familiar with but they went above and beyond to transport him to his appointments. I enjoy being here at Haven Health. Staff doessuch a great job at patient care. Some of the staff is always there when you need them. Activity staff is very patient with rude residents and they always have a smile on their faces all 3 of the girls in activities. Activities always doing cool stuff with patients and keep us entertained.

I was in rehab here for shingles mengitis. It was ok. Most of the nurses were attentive. Food was good. The activity directors had a array of activities planned for the residents. A barber comes and offers haircuts for cheap. The negatives were long wait times for calls during some night and weekend shifts. Only one bathroom shared for 2 rooms which meant 4 residents had to share the one bathroom. The shower was elsewhere in the facility. Overall Haven Health Phoenix is ran well. I would recommend it, it is better than a lot of skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes.
