Yesenia has been helpful, courteous, and enthusiastic about my move! She has helped me feel comfortable with the process, and kept in touch whenever I had any questions or needed reassurance. I hope that I do not have to move across the country again, but if I do these guys are my trusted partners. On moving day, Marcus and his team took really good care of us and our stuff! He let me have my moment of stress when he showed up, and then made sure that the rest of the day was stress free! Thank you so much, Marcus!!

Highly recommend Muscular Moving Men! They showed up on time, and prepared. They were meticulous, careful, asked questions if something wasn't clear, and worked nonstop. It was a long HOT day here in Phoenix, packing one home, and unloading in two different places. Well done Q, Xander, and Jose! I highly recommend Muscular Moving Men. From the estimate/quote process to the actual move, everything has been fantastic. Odie and Raheem showed up on time, and ready to work. They were efficient, helpful and very friendly. They move every piece of furniture with great care, and we had absolutely no damage. They placed everything exactly as we wanted it and reassembled everything. Odie and Raheem are a great team, they did excellent work, and we’re very nice to work with! Muscular Moving Men is an excellent company!

I can't remember the name of the wonderful people that picked up our belongings in Arizona. However, every single one of them were professional, kind, and helpful. In the new state Ra'ad, Marcus, and their team delivered our furniture. Although I had some issues with the state of some of my belongings Ra'ad and the other gentleman were helpful and efficient. Added 6/29/2025 I will be contacting muscular moving men next week hopefully with a final list of missing and or damaged items. It's not 100% on muscular moving men but they need to be more careful with who they hire in other states to deliver to. When they showed up in Arizona their team was professional and very careful and considerate with my items. I know that this damage did not come from the team that packed my items. However, I have numerous pictures of torn and damaged boxes, some obliterated boxes, broken items (including to family heirlooms that I cannot replace). Boxes marked fragile and this side up were turned side ways, upside down, smashed and torn. I spent $12,000 trying to make sure that I went with a reputable company that would not try to charge me more upon delivery or have my property be delivered in the state that it actually was delivered in. To say I'm not happy as an understatement. I will let them know when I call them but muscular moving men you should find people with your same quality and work ethic to partner with because this was sad and unacceptable to say the least. We are paying way too much money to have our property delivered ridiculous state.

I booked this moving company based on a referral and was told they were not like other movers — that they weren’t a broker and were in full control of my move. That was completely false. I experienced the same disorganization and lack of accountability I was trying to avoid. Pickup was okay, but the driver wasn’t even aligned with the office. I live three hours from the pickup location and gave them a specific delivery window based on when I could be there. They tried to move it up last minute, which I had to push back against. After pickup, they told me delivery would be two days later — even though my delivery window wasn’t supposed to start for 10 days. I had to correct them. I flew down on the agreed delivery date, arranged childcare for my one-year-old, and then they delayed me again because the driver had other deliveries. I asked for a manager to call me to confirm we wouldn’t be delayed further — no one ever called. At booking, I explained my situation and timeline, and they told me "it would be fine." That was clearly just to close the deal. To their credit, the driver who finally delivered my items was kind and arranged a late-night drop so I could still make my return flight. The driver Jay, was honestly very great. If I just dealt with him the entire time, I would be very happy. He actually cares and takes the time to listen and offer solutions. Unfortunately, the resolution is out of his hands what I need. That said, what showed up was unacceptable. Nearly every single box was damaged, open, dirty, and personal belongings were exposed. I’m missing multiple items and am still waiting to hear back from a manager. They cost about the same as other movers I got quotes from, and I wish I had gone with literally any other company. Between the broken promises, delays, poor communication, and damaged/missing items, this was a nightmare. Avoid at all costs. EDIT: finally spoke to a manager who couldn’t care less. He was abrasive and rude. He offered no help other than to wait until Thursday, ANOTHER FOUR DAYS. I’m not surprised since every step of this process has been a nightmare with their customer "support" team. Also, for them ruining my couch, I still have to wait 45 days for an answer on how they are going to resolve this. I’m expecting next to nothing, but please please please, save yourself your important items and aggravation, and book literally anyone else. Still waiting. Zero follow up. Horrendous company, horrible customer service. AND they only respond to positive reviews and block on social media. Extremely extremely telling.

Our movers, Michael and Michael, were great. Showed up right on time, worked hard all day including extra hours to complete everything we asked them to do. Great service, communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Their team arrived on time, handled all my items with extreme care, and worked quickly without ever compromising quality. Heavy furniture? Fragile decor? They tackled it all like total pros. On top of being strong and efficient, they were kind, respectful, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Moving is never fun, but with Muscular Moving Men, it actually felt manageable — even enjoyable! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers who show up, communicate clearly, and truly care.
