This was the best i could hope for. 4 years ago, I had to have my parents’ house packed up and moved into storage. Finally I got to move their stuff into their house. After hearing about Moving Team Six (honoring our soldiers) on the Mike Broomhead Show, I called them. After several friendly reminders in the days leading up to the move, they showed up prepared, ready to work and got to it. Two trips later we were done – they did everything, and accomodated me in every way. They set up the house, fixed the furniture, made sure all was the way I wanted it. STOP DONT USE THIS COMPANY They promised to blanket and shrink wrap my 6 pieces of wood furniture. That didn’t happen. I moved 10 doors down in an inside entry apartment. They brought my glass 8 ft cabinet in with nothing wrapped, than here one comes down the hall with my nightstand carrying it with my drawers open so you could see all my things about to drop out. The worst is I have a very old Cherry Wood dresser as they brought it in I said you broke the leg ! I could see the would pieces falling to there filthy runner they put in my home I also could feel a fresh break with splinters . I asked for the chunk so maybe I could fix it they denied doing it. As I looked more it was split up the leg. I believe they dropped it. When these guys started I told them these wood pieces mean a lot to me please be very careful. They assured me they would.
This was a horrible experience. There is no doubt they broke m dresser. I don’t even have a maybe they didn’t because they did and they know they did.
I never even saw Shrink Wrap. They moved very little 6 pieces of furniture and 16 boxes.
I called and spoke with a manager he blew me off saying they didn’t do it. Although he did give my apartment manager $50.00 off her bill. My Apartment choice and paid.
I have given them 5 weeks to respond. Nothing from them so now I will begin m reviews.
The runners and blankets they used were filthy full of animal hair, dirt and who knows what else. If you look at the pictures you can see pieces of my dresser on there filthy runner.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY management is rude and accused me of never noticing it. Terrible Company. RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!

I can’t remember the name of the wonderful people that picked up our belongings in Arizona. However, every single one of them were professional, kind, and helpful. In the new state Ra’ad, Marcus, and their team delivered our furniture. Although I had some issues with the state of some of my belongings Ra’ad and the other gentleman were helpful and efficient.

I will be contacting muscular moving men next week hopefully with a final list of missing and or damaged items. It’s not 100% on muscular moving men but they need to be more careful with who they hire in other states to deliver to. When they showed up in Arizona their team was professional and very careful and considerate with my items. I know that this damage did not come from the team that packed my items. However, I have numerous pictures of torn and damaged boxes, some obliterated boxes, broken items (including to family heirlooms that I cannot replace). Boxes marked fragile and this side up were turned side ways, upside down, smashed and torn. I spent $12,000 trying to make sure that I went with a reputable company that would not try to charge me more upon delivery or have my property be delivered in the state that it actually was delivered in. To say I’m not happy as an understatement. I will let them know when I call them but muscular moving men you should find people with your same quality and work ethic to partner with because this was sad and unacceptable to say the least. We are paying way too much money to have our property delivered ridiculous state.

I booked this moving company based on a referral and was told they were not like other movers — that they weren’t a broker and were in full control of my move. That was completely false. I experienced the same disorganization and lack of accountability I was trying to avoid.
Pickup was okay, but the driver wasn’t even aligned with the office. I live three hours from the pickup location and gave them a specific delivery window based on when I could be there. They tried to move it up last minute, which I had to push back against.
After pickup, they told me delivery would be two days later — even though my delivery window wasn’t supposed to start for 10 days. I had to correct them. I flew down on the agreed delivery date, arranged childcare for my one-year-old, and then they delayed me again because the driver had other deliveries. I asked for a manager to call me to confirm we wouldn’t be delayed further — no one ever called. At booking, I explained my situation and timeline, and they told me “it would be fine.” That was clearly just to close the deal.
To their credit, the driver who finally delivered my items was kind and arranged a late-night drop so I could still make my return flight. The driver Jay, was honestly very great. If I just dealt with him the entire time, I would be very happy. He actually cares and takes the time to listen and offer solutions. Unfortunately, the resolution is out of his hands what I need.
That said, what showed up was unacceptable. Nearly every single box was damaged, open, dirty, and personal belongings were exposed. I’m missing multiple items and am still waiting to hear back from a manager.
They cost about the same as other movers I got quotes from, and I wish I had gone with literally any other company. Between the broken promises, delays, poor communication, and damaged/missing items, this was a nightmare.
Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: finally spoke to a manager who couldn’t care less. He was abrasive and rude. He offered no help other than to wait until Thursday, ANOTHER FOUR DAYS. I’m not surprised since every step of this process has been a nightmare with their customer “support” team.
Also, for them ruining my couch, I still have to wait 45 days for an answer on how they are going to resolve this. I’m expecting next to nothing, but please please please, save yourself your important items and aggravation, and book literally anyone else.
Still waiting. Zero follow up. Horrendous company, horrible customer service. AND they only respond to positive reviews and block on social media. Extremely extremely telling.

CAUTION! This place scammed us! We were scheduled to move at 6:30AM and no one showed up. We called. We emailed. NO COMMUNICATION. I drove to the address listed on their website (3411 E Corona Avenue, #102 Phoenix, AZ 85040) and it does not belong to them. No signage. It is used by Hana Dispensaries. After no way to get a hold of anyone, we had to move ourselves. This company put us in a real pickle. I cannot imagine if we were not moving locally, had ended our utilities, had work/a place to be, etc. This lack of courtesy and communication is at the responsibility of the owner. DO NOT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS. They took our money and ran. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

I have used Soft Touch Moving in the past, and they were good. I used them this past month for another move, but my experience this time with their customer service was extremely poor. The two movers themselves did a decent job with the actual move. However, I scheduled the move several weeks prior to the move date, no one called to confirm the 3 hour time window prior to the move day. When I called to confirm on the day of my move, I found out that they changed my moving time window without telling me from 9a-12p to 10a-2pm. I know that changes happen, but it is always helpful to let the customer know especially on a day as stressful as moving can be. I paid for their moving service, and realized I never received a receipt after the move. A few weeks later, I needed the receipt to show another person, and when I contacted the company during their business hours I was told I called after hours when it was still 4pm and they close at 5pm. Then I was told it would be emailed to me in the morning because the worker was remote and didn’t have access. I said that would be fine. I called the next day when I still hadn’t received it, and the worker said they don’t have access to it, and that the manager wasn’t there. He talked over me and hung up on me. When I called back he wouldn’t allow me to speak to a manager and was extremely rude. He wouldn’t even let me ask a question, said we will get it out to you today and hung up on me, who is the customer, again. I still don’t have a receipt from my move and need it. This horrible experience with how this staff member treated me showed me this isn’t a company to utilize again for a move.

An absolute must for your move! I can’t recommend this team highly enough—they were incredible. They arrived early, communicated clearly and professionally, and tackled a big job with ease. They moved three massive 10-foot cabinets, doors, desks, large credenzas, and over 50 boxes quickly and efficiently—even up and down multiple flights of stairs—without a single complaint.
As a woman managing the move alone, I felt completely safe and confident that my belongings were in great hands. Even when a flimsy IKEA-style piece ran into trouble, they calmly came up with a solution on the spot. I booked two weeks in advance and they accommodated my preferred date and time without issue. I also appreciated that they background check their employees—it shows their commitment to professionalism and safety.

I had a great experience with Dose because of Kiwi and Steven. They were amazing- super efficient, hard-working, and worked so well together as a team. These guys showed up on time and were quick and efficient. Everything in the move went really smoothly until they brought in my TV. I didn’t think much of it until after the guys had me fill out the survey and left. Then I noticed that the tv was placed where I wanted it but that the screen was facing the wall (which should have been a good indicator that something was wrong) . When I turned my TV around, I noticed that the screen was damaged. Once it was turned on, the damage was more noticeable and it was clear that the TV screen was ruined. The entire picture was hazy and had lines running thru it and where the screen was damaged there were black spots with even some of the picture not showing up. Now I put down a hefty chunk for the move, even added a 3rd mover on the recommandation of Carrie which cost me $30 more an hour. The guys showed up at 840 am and finished closer to 3pm for a one bedroom apartment move about a mile from where I was living. It cost me $520 more than what I put down (which was $600 initially) plus each mover got a heafty tip ($40 each) because I appreciated everything they did, until I saw my TV. I only went with the basic insurance and I will be lucky if I get $15 for my tv in their insurance claim. Had the guys just been honest with me instead of trying to hide the fact that they dropped or damaged my tv, I would have given a more favorable review. Accidents happen and this wasn’t malicious. But in my opinion, they tried to hide the fact that they damaged/ruined my TV. I could have used some of that tip money I gave to get a replacement to be honest because I was more than generous in the tip I gave the 3 guys. My advice, if you use Dose Moving & Storage upgrade the insurance just incase something happens to your items. Dropping a tv is just careless when it comes to hiring professional movers

I was a bit worried because I’m moving across states in a U-Haul but they made moving a little less stressful. They were super respectful and worked great as a team! We just had the best moving experience we’ve ever had! Our family of five (plus two dogs) recently moved from a single-story to a two-story home, and this crew made the entire day stress-free. They wrapped everything carefully, nothing was broken, and neither our old home nor our new home had a single scratch. With five movers and two trucks, they were efficient, affordable, and incredibly professional.
What really stood out, though, was how friendly and fun they were. They worked seamlessly as a team and went out of their way to connect not just with my husband and me, but also with our kids—telling them jokes, making them laugh, and even keeping the mood light with great music all day (shout out to whoever was the DJ!). A huge thank you to Steven, Kiwi, Dereck, Jade, and Brandon—you all were amazing.
In 17 years, we’ve moved 10 times (including an international move to Australia), and this was by far the easiest. This company somehow makes you want to move because the experience is that smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I’ve used a few moving companies over the years and this one was hands down the best. They showed up early, had all the right gear, and moved my entire two bedroom apartment without damaging anything. The crew was friendly and didn’t just toss stuff around like others I’ve seen. They wrapped all my furniture and even helped take apart the bed. Got everything to the new place without a single scratch. Only thing I would say is confirm the time slot the night before cause mine got adjusted last minute. Other than that they were awesome. No hidden fees and they actually worked fast without dragging it out. Worth every dollar. I tipped them well and already recommended them to a friend. This was the 3rd time I have used Low Budget Movers and I am very happy to say I will always use them. Pete & JD arrived right on time and had my home in Ahwatukee loaded up in no time. We then went to 2 storage units nearby and the truck was completely full. The final destination was in Fountain Hills and we ran into an obstacle. The home is a new build and the driveway was not yet paved and it is very steep. JD & Pete brainstormed with us to find a solution. We had a flatbed trailer that we used to unload the contents from the truck onto, then drove the load up to the house and unloaded it again. This took 8 trips back and forth to unload the truck. Pete & JD kept a great attitude and made the move happen. We have one more move to make into the Fountain HIlls home and called up Low Budget Movers and requested JD & Pete for that move. I called another company that wanted over $600 for 2 hours plus 200 and some odd deposit. Low budget was my second call and I was amazed with their prices. This was the first time I have ever hired movers and Andrew and Brion made it an amazing experience. The guys at Low Budget movers did a wonderful job getting us moved out of our little apartment and into our new house we got! We hired two movers and a truck (26’) to help us out. We were scrambling to find movers because schedule conflicts and last minute changes meant we couldn’t use the movers we initially paired up with. We also had already organized cleaners for the home and apartment so Friday was our only day we could move out.
We called Low Budget Movers on Thursday afternoon and Ricky was able to get us in the schedule for a move (which was set to start in less than 24 hours)! He did a nice job setting up and account and getting all the moving details over the phone.
They wrapped up our big pieces and loaded all of our little boxes nicely in the truck. It worked out beautifully. We labeled the boxes and they helped to move it to where it belonged in the house once we got there.
Thanks again for helping us out in our time of need. I’ll recommend them to my friends that need moving assistance in the future too.

UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL! This is long but I wanted to be sure to provide all of the main details. This was such a horrible experience and I don’t want to see anybody ever have to go through this. #1. Fraudulent charges were made without consent (they forged my signature on contract for charge ($345) for packing materials), lied about deposit charges (paid the agreed $119.00 deposit fee and charged an additional deposit of $150.00 without my consent/authorization. Was only supposed to be charged $50 travel and was charged $250.00. That is only the start. #2. They did not finish the job or listen to instructions (they loaded large empty boxes and boxes meant for Goodwill which was costly because we had to pay by sq ft. with truck co.). They left behind many of the boxes we needed, drawers were left behind, one speaker from surround sound system was left on the floor, my commercial printer (which I repeatedly told them I needed loaded for my business) was left upstairs. I had to call them to come back to load it. The bigger guy returned and was not happy about having to return. He was rude/disrespectful. #3. They handled items roughly and broke an antique secretary desk into pieces, and severely damaged my baby grand piano. They did not use new (still in plastic) U-haul blankets we provided but instead used my pricey white rug as packing material. It seems as if they just threw the boxes in the truck; nothing was done by weight distribution and many things got crushed. My baby grand piano, I had asked Justin upfront if they were experienced in moving pianos and I was told that they were very experienced in this area. Again, I had paid extra for the move of it and for the piano board. When the piano was on the moving truck, they said they could not strap in the piano because they did not know how to use the straps in the truck. They said, to secure it, they used the deck board of the truck (which has a sharp bottom edge) pushed it down into the side of my baby grand piano (cutting into the wood of my baby grand piano). They left it placed on a 4 wheel dolly (yes…with wheels that roll around) and which later crushed (because it could not handle the weight of a 6000lb piano). My baby grand piano fell at a 45 degree angle; and was severely damaged before ever leaving the property. At that time, I could not see how bad everything was packed behind the piano. The movers put the piano in front of the truck’s security wall and used the security as a support wall for the boxes behind it. When the guy from the trucking company came to lock it up and drive to our location, he said that the movers did not have a clue what they were doing. He said that the trucking company could not be held liable for any theft because they could not get to the security wall (which prevents theft of goods in case someone is able to break lock on outside of truck and get in). When the truck arrived, we took photos and documented everything. When calling Brian to get reimbursed for damage, he would not apologize, would not take any responsibility, hung up on me, would not take calls. Finally, he took my husband’s call. After addressing the forged signature on contract, and that piano was damaged before leaving property, Brian (owner) said he would give us $360.00 (.60/lb for damage of piano). He then raised it to $560.00 after addressing fraudulent travel charges and additional charges. We were sent email to sign a letter from him stating that he was in no way responsible for any of the damage and after we signed he would pay us. We are left with no choice but to file a suit at this point.

I had a great experience! We moved from a third floor apartment to a house and the movers were very professional and quick. They got to work right away and unloaded the truck even faster. Arizona Discount Movers were polite, professional, responsive, careful, and communicated frequently before and on the day of the move. The really went above and beyond to move my elderly sister from Prescott to the valley. We had to change the date, had a huge storm causing delays the day of the move, we had some not boxed items when they showed up and the movers were calm, polite and hardworking every step of the way. They wrapped furniture with blankets and plastic wrap from top to bottom. The delivery men were respectful and quiet to not bother other residents in the senior apartments. We had everything measured and mapped out to be ready to show them where to place items and they put everything just where we wanted. It was sort of an emotional day for me and my family as my sister is having health issues and we were trying to make everything nice for her. This is the second time that we have used Arizona Discount Movers. The men were professional and obviously experienced. They shrink wrapped every piece of furniture so that nothing was damaged. They knew how to dismantle our adjustable bed and how to reassemble it. Our art work arrived without any damages as did our 75 inch TV. We labeled our boxes as to where they should go at the new location and they all ended up in the correct rooms.

I just had the most seamless move with Terrence and Daron. They brought a ginormous truck which I didn’t need but was grateful to know it was big enough for all my stuff. They were so quick, moved me in 3 hours from my third floor apartment to my new ground floor 2 bedroom. They were communicative, efficient, fast and awesome to work with. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to shout out A&C Brothers Moving Company because they were phenomenal from start to finish!
First of all, they arrived right on time, within the promised window and got straight to work. I was moving from a third-floor apartment (with no elevator) to a second-floor unit, and let me tell you… these guys were like a well-oiled machine! So fast, so efficient, and most importantly, they weren’t trying to milk the clock like some movers do. You could tell they respected my time and were there to do the job right not drag it out.
They handled all my things with care, packed up everything that was ready to go, and didn’t leave behind a single scuff or scratch. Orlando was amazing he broke down my bed frame, moved it, and put it back together in the new apartment without batting an eye or charging extra. That kind of service is rare!
Terrence was also incredible he gave me a 30-minute heads-up call before arriving, and was kind and patient with me when I ran into a small payment issue at the last minute. He never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. The truck they brought was huge, way more space than I expected for a one-bedroom move, which just goes to show how prepared they are.
Also, major shoutout to whoever is behind the scenes at corporate. I almost went with another company, but A&C offered me a better rate and followed up consistently without being pushy. That sealed the deal for me, and I’m so glad I chose them. I felt like a valued customer from the very first call.
And let’s not forget it was 110°F on my move day, and they STILL got the whole job done in about three hours flat. That’s superhero-level stuff right there.
If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and hard-working moving team, A&C Moving Company is it. I would recommend them 1,000% worth every penny!

Don’t hire this company. They damaged my new house walls and furniture Art Lopez said will receive a check from there so called insurance company still nothing after almost a year. Check out there address on this post. Maybe drive by the address is a different company’s address. Please be careful they took my money damaged my furniture and still nothing almost a year later, I have hired an attorney and the address that you can see on Facebook and on yelp is not a correct address. They are no longer at this address. There is a new company. So now I am now dealing with Attorney General of the state of Arizona.

Terrence and his partner did an amazing job moving my things from my third-floor apartment to my storage unit. They were very respectful, handled my belongings with great care, and worked quickly and efficiently. When it’s time to move my items out of storage and into my new place, I’ll definitely be using their services again!

Absolutely amazing experience with A&C Brothers Moving! The movers showed up right on time, super polite, and worked nonstop. They disassembled and reassembled everything with care. Not a single scratch on any of my furniture. Plus, the hourly rate was way better than most other quotes I got. Highly recommended!

The office staff was incredibly friendly and explained their service in detail. We received all of our courtesy calls and the movers were fantastic. They broke down our beds and set them up for us which was amazing watching them how fast they are. My main concern was the handling of my Piano, which was protected properly and handled with care.
