Al Gallagher our technician is EXCELLENT! He is very customer service oriented and goes the extra mile to resolve problems. Recently he resolved an issue of pack rats that invaded our patio. He went above and beyond until he was comfortable that the pests would not come back. Traps were set as a precaution. He even checked the neighbors patio to ensure no nests were built over there. Al is always happy working and truly makes his customers part of his team. Key is he always listens very carefully. We are very thankful that Al helped us out and we know he will be ready to assist if any other problems arise. Ron

We have loved our techs especially Gary! Maybe due to a territory change we have a had some new ones and it wasn’t until Tony showed up last month that I had this feeling again. He is extremely thorough and I noticed right away. He did not just move quickly through our home and outside but I saw him checking every space and it immediately stood out to me. He is clearly someone who performs out of integrity every time. Excellent work ethic, friendly and I hope we stay on his route. Although I know Maricopa is the one drive that no one loves! lol Thank you for always hiring the best City Wide! It’s why we have stayed with you for so many years!!! And of course because we can enjoy a pest free yard and home!

City Wide is a great company. I have used them for years. They are very reliable and trustworthy. I would and have referred them to friends and family over the years. Steve is our technician and he is one of the best out there. Always on time. He really cares about our dog as well and is sensitive to her allergies. We all look forward to seeing Steve every month! .

Bill was great today. He was very polite and helpful. I appreciate that he sprayed my entire yard, even though it was still muddy, and he even got the bugs around my patio ceiling and up my front door entrance. I will definitely be scheduling monthly services.

I have worked with Citywide for over 10 years all over Phoenix. I love the great service I receive from the knowledge and expertise of the technicians to the professionalism and caring service I receive from my rep, Aubrey. She is always accommodating with scheduling and she always gives fantastic customer service, making it a pleasure to work with her. Not to mention they do not price you out and are very reasonable.
