I recently had the pleasure of working with Logan and Preston from Moxie Pest Control, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. After a large corporate pest company left us unimpressed during a bug crisis, I called around to about 10 different bug companies to try to find help. Karen spoke with me on the phone and spent 15 min giving me information and advice (at no charge and never pressured me to sign up for service). She helped me more in 15 minutes than our normal company helped in 3 home visits. We immediately switched over and just had our first home visit with Bill’s today. Our tech, Fantasia, was amazing. If I hadn’t already signed up for recurring service, she would have convinced me. I have been so impressed by everyone so far that I have dealt with. I had called Scott for a second opinion on my home. Scott did an amazing job educating me on termites. He took the time to show me how the treatment was going to be done around my home and what product was going to be used. Although I didn’t end up using Bill’s pest and termite, due to already having a warranty elsewhere, I’d like to say their plan of treatment and reasonable pricing is a company I definitely would’ve went with.

Bill’s came out for a free termite and general pest inspection. Bobby, the technician, came out and checked everything just for preventative maintenance. No issues were found. Bobby was outstanding, very friendly and highly professional. He arrived on time and conducted a very thorough assessment of my exterior property to determine the root cause of my pest control issue. He educated regarding the rodent holes near my foundation and suggested I place a bait trap near the area and monitor for a few days. After only a day I could see that the bait was half gone and I have had no evidence of rodent activity at all. I am grateful that Bobby didn’t try to hard sell me on a treatment plan etc. and based upon my positive experience, I will certainly recommend Bills Pest Control to others.

Brandon was my inspector and he is great too! Very funny guy. These guys know what they are doing and made the process so easy as a first time home owner. I had three inspections done before choosing Budget Brothers. Best price for the most comprehensive service and peace of mind. Joseph even went in my crawlspace on my mobile home, which no company I’d talked to prior had been willing to do. He is great! So thankful to have found this company. Technician was great. Started the job before I was able to meet up the tech. (I was assisting another client of mine). He finished exterior and was able to wait a couple more minutes for me to arrive. Before he left and he explained where and what was done. The price for job was reasonable the piece for warranty is on the higher side. I do appreciate having the warranty cost coming out automatically as I have had issues with other companies not sending notices and losing the warranty.

This company has been great. We moved into a new build and I got stung by scorpion in my sleep! Blue Sky quickly came out and started their service and I have noticed a vast improvement in quality of life. Troy has been the technician on both visits so far and he is so polite and treats his work professionally. Great company and team!

My technician for my first couple of treatments has been Christopher M. He is very attentive, responsive, and friendly. Anytime I’ve mentioned to him something I see as an issue, he never once brushed it off as ‘no big deal.’ Any questions I’ve had, he’s answered with expertise that shows how committed he is to helping out the people whose houses he treats. I hope for future treatments I can still have Christopher as my technician, as I really enjoy his work ethic and friendliness. I will definitely be recommending Blue Sky to friends and family!

Nathan was awesome / given all the rain we’ve recently had, the bugs went crazy! With this he was here for approx 2 hours, did an amazing thorough job all around the property, And it’s not a small place, And we chatted before he left and he gave me a full report of everything he had seen. He also talked about further removal of the bugs if needed and to keep a watch on them and he’d happy to come back Great job!

We have been using Insectek for several years now. They have always been friendly and helpful when we call them, and they make scheduling very easy. We have had several different technicians come out over the years and not once have had a bad experience. They have been very thorough, responsive to our requests and trouble areas outside, and let us know when they are done (as well as make sure the gate is closed so our dogs don’t get loose). Great company and always love supporting local small businesses.

These guys are awesome! They check in with me before they do the service to see if I have noticed any unusual pest activity. They thoroughly apply treatment and check back with me when done to let me know how everything went and if they noticed anything unusual. Between treatments if there is a problem I give them a call and they come right out to fix it at no charge. Great company and great service.

Techs are always friendly and responsive. I usually only have the outdoors treated, but any time I’ve found bugs on the interior, Insectek is always happy to come do additional treatments to fix the issue.

Dave was friendly and communicative. He gave an eta the night before and was right on time the next morning, which was very appreciated. He was attentive to the ants I pointed out in the yard and was great about making sure the dogs were safe around the treatments. He was respectful and even put on shoe covers when walking in the home. He seems to care about his work. This was an excellent experience!

I recently had spraying done at my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. When the tech arrived and didn’t get an answer at the door, customer service proactively called to confirm I still wanted the spraying done, which I really appreciated. The technician then patiently waited for my confirmation before proceeding. Once confirmed, they did a fantastic job, thoroughly spraying the entire house. It’s rare to find such attentive customer service and a dedicated technician. Highly recommend!

The technician was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure all the anthills were hit, and set up a two week follow up to make sure they don’t return. He also gave some good advice on dealing with the flies at this time of year. Excellent service!

I love these guys! It’s been at least 3 years that they have serviced my home for pests and weeds. Their prices have increased. But reasonably. They are do friendly on the phone and in person. You don’t have to know anyone or be related. They are good to everyone. I’m still VERY satisfied and I highly recommend this company.

However, bcuz someone new seems to come every time, I would like them to know how to access our backyard. This info should be in our file but this employee did not know. As you should be aware, with a pool in Arizona, we must lock our gates. We can’t always be present when your techs arrive. This shouldn’t be a new issue for you. I shouldn’t have to do your job for you. You need to communicate better with your techs.

I’ve been using Greenleaf for years now and I absolutely love them. The pricing is good and I love that they offer more than just basic extermination. I’m disabled so it’s very hard to do any kind of yard work so I have them take care of my weeds as well. The workers are incredible, they are very friendly and knowledgable and always make sure you are informed and will come out at no cost if there are issues or even if you just would like them to come and spray again. I highly recommend them to anyone. There are too many creepy crawlers in Arizona so it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Tony our bug guy is great! He is dependable and provides great service every month. My favorite attribute is how well he communicates. He texts me day before our service…and then day of when he is on his way. That’s very important to me. We have been using Western Exterminating for 10+ years. I highly recommend!!!

Al Gallagher our technician is EXCELLENT! He is very customer service oriented and goes the extra mile to resolve problems. Recently he resolved an issue of pack rats that invaded our patio. He went above and beyond until he was comfortable that the pests would not come back. Traps were set as a precaution. He even checked the neighbors patio to ensure no nests were built over there. Al is always happy working and truly makes his customers part of his team. Key is he always listens very carefully. We have loved our techs especially Gary! Maybe due to a territory change we have a had some new ones and it wasn’t until Tony showed up last month that I had this feeling again. He is extremely thorough and I noticed right away. He did not just move quickly through our home and outside but I saw him checking every space and it immediately stood out to me.
