Southwest is a top-notch company all the way from sales, to construction, to follow through. They went above and beyond on several occasions! The county and our engineer caused a significant delay with our building project and Southwest was so understanding and called us regularly to see if there was anything they could do to help us and just kept track of everything. When we finally got to building, their staff was very efficient. David Montoya kept us informed, answered all questions quickly, and made sure we were happy at all times. He is one of the most efficient, professional, and kind people we have ever met. Matt is also an amazing employee of Southwest. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and ensured we were happy with EVERYTHING! One of our contractors that was working on our house build asked if we were happy with Southwest because he was building a steel building at his personal property too. We told him everything Southwest did for us, and he stated, "Man, I knew I should have gone with them." Well, I can truthfully say, everyone should go through them for their build! Our 50 x70 shop to house our 45 ft motor home and all our toys was done as promised on time before the Northern Arizona winter arrives. We could not be more happy with the Team that made our dream a reality Craig and Grant were professional and the crew was outstanding we could not be more pleased with our shop it came out better than we ever could have expected my color choice was spot on too. i highly recommend Southwest Building Solutions they even added a special touch for me to the building. Southwest Buildings was a stress free total turn key build. From start to finish; they were great to work with. There were no surprises throughout the build, they came in on budget and ahead of schedule by 2 weeks.

I had a 40x50 shop built by Southwest Building Solutions, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, both my project manager, David Montoya, and my salesman, Craig Johnson, were professional and honest. I got everything I was promised with no hassle. The entire process—from signing the contract to passing final inspection—was completed in just four months. The quality of the build is incredible. I’d confidently put my shop up against any competitor’s—I know mine is better. Like anyone making a big purchase, I was nervous at first, especially about the layout I had chosen. This is where Craig really stood out. He was extremely helpful and patient, even when I changed things 50 times. His support made the whole experience a lot smoother and gave me confidence in my decisions.

My wife and I obtained detailed bids and a list of services, from other metal building companies. After meeting with Aaron at Southwest Building Solutions (SBS), and obtaining a detailed list of services we chose SBS. The cost for our RV garage/ metal building was outstanding. I am the type of man who values, truth, service and companies keeping their word. SBS took the ball and scored touchdown after touchdown by providing timely service, and expert construction of our RV garage. SBS assigned an individual, project manager and site superintendent to oversee the construction of our building. SBS kept us informed during the entire process. SBS obtained the necessary building permits, submitted all of the required architectural drawings to the City of Surprise. This process was so simple and easy it was fun to watch this company work. After pouring the concrete foundation, SBS completely assembled our 60'x40' RV garage in 12 days, and we passed the final inspection two days later. The only problem we had was when a sub-contractor arrived earlier than scheduled (if that's really a problem). Southwest Building Solutions is the answer to your metal building problems. A very professional and trustworthy organization. My sales person, project manager and construction team were great. Their goal was to produce superior results which they did. The process started in December 2023 when I signed the contract for a 34’ x 32’ steel garage. Southwest obtained the permits, materials, and civil engineer/drawings (which was required in my case due to the location of the garage and possible drainage issues-unfortunately this delayed the permit approval). I was promptly updated by the project manager throughout the building process and any issues (which were minor) were quickly resolved. The garage was completed mid August 2024. Following construction, a minor deficiency was found by their quality inspector. A repair person was dispatched two weeks later to replace a defective panel. Thank you Southwest!

One of the best decisions I made was to go with SBS for my building. I reached out to other contractors but could never get anyone to come out and discuss the project. Matt from SBS came out the next day and the ball started rolling. He was extremely informative on the way SBS constructs their buildings and why they lead the industry. We quickly began the design stage and moved on to every step during the process. Our project manager David always kept us informed and always over delivered; from permits, building delivery, concrete pour, building erection and finishing touches everything went extremely smooth and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend SBS when looking at getting a shop or building constructed.
