Atomic Construction has done amazing work for me and my family on 2 separate occasions. We had Vinyl Plank flooring installed on our stairs and then decided to get the whole up stairs done as well.
They were quick to come out and give me a fair estimate in writing along with a detailed explanation for each charge and everything that was included in the charges. Once everything was agreed upon they were quick to get someone out to do the work.
They have done an incredible job and I would highly recommend them for any of your home projects.

We had a great experience replacing our flooring with Atomic Construction. Atom, the owner, took the time to personally speak with us on several occasions, make recommendations, explain the process, listen to our preferences, and communicate during the installation. Luke provided as many samples as we needed to help narrow down our options. Lalo and his crew that installed the laminate and baseboards were top notch and communicative throughout. And the carpet installers arrived early and stayed late to get it installed on time. We are so pleased with the results and highly recommend this company. We will for sure be reaching out in the future if we have more flooring needs.

Atomic Construction is the bomb! We just had Atomic install new luxury vinyl plank flooring in our entire house. The folks at Atomic were friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and willing to make adjustments on the fly.
Luke was the estimator on the job and helped us make our product selection. He kept us informed along the way and was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Ruben, Augustine, and Jonathan were the installers. They know their craft well and did a magnificent job. Would highly recommend Atomic, they came in with an extremely fair estimate and did a fantastic job on our kitchen floor transitioning from our living room and kids play room. Very easy to work with, and any time I had question I always got text back.

I just purchased my 1st home, the carpets were very old, and smelled really bad due to pet stains EVERYWHERE! Also asbestos was discovered in the kitchen vinyl floor.

Everyone at Atomic Construction was understanding and patient waiting for the asbestos to be removed. Once that was done they worked very quickly and communication was always open to make sure everything was done correctly and to address any concerns I had. They did the entire house (it’s 2 bed 1 bath).

The house looks GREAT now!! Also the smell is completely gone, I’ve got a lot of compliments on the floor already. They really turned my house from nightmare, to a true home. Thank you so much guys!!

I added a picture of what it looked like before, you can see where the kitchen asbestos floor was removed and the nasty carpet. The other picture is the new floor, it was taken at night and I don’t have much light since I still haven’t moved in. I’ll try to add more pictures later if I can.

Southwest is a top-notch company all the way from sales, to construction, to follow through. They went above and beyond on several occasions! The county and our engineer caused a significant delay with our building project and Southwest was so understanding and called us regularly to see if there was anything they could do to help us and just kept track of everything. When we finally got to building, their staff was very efficient. David Montoya kept us informed, answered all questions quickly, and made sure we were happy at all times. He is one of the most efficient, professional, and kind people we have ever met. Matt is also an amazing employee of Southwest. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and ensured we were happy with EVERYTHING!

One of our contractors that was working on our house build asked if we were happy with Southwest because he was building a steel building at his personal property too. We told him everything Southwest did for us, and he stated, “Man, I knew I should have gone with them.” Well, I can truthfully say, everyone should go through them for their build!

Southwest Buildings was a stress free total turn key build. From start to finish; they were great to work with. There were no surprises throughout the build, they came in on budget and ahead of schedule by 2 weeks.

I had a 40×50 shop built by Southwest Building Solutions, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, both my project manager, David Montoya, and my salesman, Craig Johnson, were professional and honest. I got everything I was promised with no hassle. The entire process—from signing the contract to passing final inspection—was completed in just four months.

The quality of the build is incredible. I’d confidently put my shop up against any competitor’s—I know mine is better.

Like anyone making a big purchase, I was nervous at first, especially about the layout I had chosen. This is where Craig really stood out. He was extremely helpful and patient, even when I changed things 50 times. His support made the whole experience a lot smoother and gave me confidence in my decisions.

My wife and I obtained detailed bids and a list of services, from other metal building companies. After meeting with Aaron at Southwest Building Solutions (SBS), and obtaining a detailed list of services we chose SBS. The cost for our RV garage/ metal building was outstanding. I am the type of man who values, truth, service and companies keeping their word. SBS took the ball and scored touchdown after touchdown by providing timely service, and expert construction of our RV garage. SBS assigned an individual, project manager and site superintendent to oversee the construction of our building. SBS kept us informed during the entire process. SBS obtained the necessary building permits, submitted all of the required architectural drawings to the City of Surprise. This process was so simple and easy it was fun to watch this company work. After pouring the concrete foundation, SBS completely assembled our 60’x40′ RV garage in 12 days, and we passed the final inspection two days later. The only problem we had was when a sub-contractor arrived earlier than scheduled (if that’s really a problem). Southwest Building Solutions is the answer to your metal building problems. A very professional and trustworthy organization. My sales person, project manager and construction team were great. Their goal was to produce superior results which they did. The process started in December 2023 when I signed the contract for a 34’ x 32’ steel garage. Southwest obtained the permits, materials, and civil engineer/drawings (which was required in my case due to the location of the garage and possible drainage issues-unfortunately this delayed the permit approval). I was promptly updated by the project manager throughout the building process and any issues (which were minor) were quickly resolved. The garage was completed mid August 2024. Following construction, a minor deficiency was found by their quality inspector. A repair person was dispatched two weeks later to replace a defective panel. Thank you Southwest!

One of the best decisions I made was to go with SBS for my building. I reached out to other contractors but could never get anyone to come out and discuss the project. Matt from SBS came out the next day and the ball started rolling. He was extremely informative on the way SBS constructs their buildings and why they lead the industry. We quickly began the design stage and moved on to every step during the process. Our project manager David always kept us informed and always over delivered; from permits, building delivery, concrete pour, building erection and finishing touches everything went extremely smooth and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend SBS when looking at getting a shop or building constructed.

We had an our toilet supply line burst and flood our entire home so we called vizcom to come extract water and set in fans to dry everything out. They were very prompt thorough and professional, we later found out our home had Asbestos and they removed all the asbestos dried everything out,removed all the mold that started to build and rebuilt everything back to normal.

Kyler and his crew did an outstanding job in a complex and very tight attic. They were punctual, professional, clean, friendly and their work product couldn’t have been better. The planned scope of work was projected to take 4 days and they stayed longer each day to get it done in just 3 days, helping us avoid an extra day with open doors in the peak heat of summer. They do a tough job exceptionally well – we strongly recommend their services.

We contacted Attic Construction to remove very old dusty cellulose insulation, clean our attic and install blown in fiberglass insulation. They were amenable to providing their services in two phases. We were delighted that they were also able to install a folding attic access ladder on the first phase. They returned at a later date to install the insulation which allowed us time to have other attic services completed. The crew was excellent. They were friendly and cleaned up work areas before leaving. THE BEST⚡️‼️ Jeff and his crew are incredible. They treated us like actual people who were in a summer time crisis. Which is exactly what we were: in crisis without power during an excessive heat warning. The degree of seriousness in which Jeff and his crew, Mike and Gabe take their job is like nothing you’ve seen these days. Our scope of work was involved. Demo existing system, install new copper ground wiring, move/install new system (new panel, breaker board, etc.) And this is the time line. Lost power at 10am Tuesday. SRP recommended a few contractors as the breaker board is homeowner responsibility. We ended up calling Jeff. He was out here the same day. By the next morning, he had SRP out here, a blue stake ticket in, an estimate emailed and the required permit from the city of Phoenix obtained. By Thursday at 8:43pm our power was on and working in the house. They worked from dawn until 9pm. From first phone call to completion was approximately 58 hours. That’s miracle status Make no mistake, Jeff knows the right people in all the right places. This wasn’t cheap because they don’t do cheap work. But worth every single penny and I have zero regrets. Also, we told Jeff we were getting solar panels and he had a switch specific for that put in. Be mindful when you get new fencing, satellite dishes, tankless water heaters or anything else installed near the electrical panel. It may be too close. Call your electrical company first. Thank you Jeff, Mike, Gabe and everyone else for everything you did. You cleaned up and even recoiled my hose after you used it. You’re great people working professionally to a point it’s artful.

We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! Another Contractors lack of professionalism and the I cannot do that attitude led us to Jeff Finley Owner of Phoenix Contracting Services.

From the initial meeting to the last Emergency Exit signed installed Jeff and his Team were the ultimate professionals. Dealing with City permits, Utilities Company, inspectors, workmanship and off course their Electrical knowledge, Jeff and his Crew were there to ensure that the project stayed on target and on Budget.

The major challenge of the project was converting single phase power to 3 phase Jeff and his Crew hit it out the ball park, which allowed for us to start producing good quality product for our customers on the first try. In our market “Time is Money”

We woke to a Friday morning with weird lighting fluctuations. I checked the service panel to find a burning smell and melted bus bar under AC breaker. Since bus bar was melted, I contacted SRP who provided some certified electrical companies and we decided to give Phoenix Contracting Services a call. Jeff showed up the same day to provide a full diagnose of the issue. He pointed out that the main breaker was also showing signs of burning in addition to the burnt breaker / bus bar I had seen. Jeff indicated based on age of home along with these two factors, we’d need a complete service panel replacement. I was concerned as we were going into a long holiday weekend and our home was only partially powered. Thankfully the weather going into weekend was going into cool down so we didn’t need AC. Jeff walked me through all the steps to complete the job and got the ball moving quickly by getting permit, requesting Blue Stake services, inspections and working with SRP for power disconnect / reconnects. Jeff and his team completed the work very fast with only minimal total power outage. His crew was very professional and answered any questions I had. Jeff even added an additional garage circuit for my tools which I’d wanted for a while. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeff and his team for your electrical needs.

Day 1 of moving into my new home, and the electricity in the Garage stopped working. Most importantly, this affected our water heater, so a quick fix was needed. I called Jeff, and he spent the next 30 minutes over the phone troubleshooting with me. He was able to figure out the issue from a few pictures and trying a couple of different potential solutions. In no time, electricity was up and running, and he did not charge us for his time. His customer service was top notch. We will definitely utilize him and this company for any electric issues in the future.

Give you a one star as I cannot rate a negative negative star I saw your crew today off of Southern 231st Avenue cuss out a mixer driver for trying to get to his job driver was trying to make a left turn onto 231st Avenue off of Southern where there was clearly no marking of no left turn then they motion him over to cuss him out Lord knows I would never use you just because of the way I saw your crew act today completely unprofessional uncalled for and disgusting

Saw one other trucks pull out of a Circle K right in front of the high profile vehicle dump truck and then I saw the back of his tailgate where it says think Safety First. All because he didn’t want to be behind the dump truck. That made my decision not to do business with them.

Johnny did a great job coming through and building this shower for me in a second floor condo where everything had to be run up and down stairs repeatedly for cuts to be made to tile correctly. He painstakingly worked in a very small space which was difficult to work in, and took the extra time to make sure things were done correctly. Johnny also was willing to take on additional project scope such as adding insulation that the restoration company had removed.

After cutting me off he sped up and cut the car to left of me off and slamming on his breaks. I ended up making a right but I would not be surprised if the car he cut of hit him. Terrible drivers! Who like to cut off semis almost getting pit maneuvered just to get in front where there was slow traffic anyway! Driving a company vehicle in this manner is insane.

I must say I’m not impressed with a safety management team. Especially the safety management team out at vantage data center in Arizona. Just another poster board company lacking integrity in their safety division exposing subcontracting companies employees to known hazards. All because they get behind on their schedule.

Dangerous drivers. Knowingly drove on the road, at night, with an entire front tire missing, putting everyone else in danger. When the vehicle’s driver was finally confronted at a traffic light, all she could say was “Sorry”. What is wrong with people?

So apparently their drivers have no problem parking their trucks in handicap parking spaces!

116 degrees on 8/04 at 2:10pm…this guy in a work vehicle license plate number 01A27S is alone with room in his truck driving with his two dogs in the back of his cab. How irresponsible and cruel.

A male mid 30s or 40s and his wife were in this companys vehicle driving reckless and almost ran me over at the pumpkin patch with my family and 1 year old child. License plate: S5A7DLA
