In fairness I never got to have my appointment. In the effort to reschedule, I had two phone calls that I was on hold before speaking to a person for 15 + minutes. Hung up on the last one finally. Unable to cancel the appointment which will be an inconvenience for the doctor.

I truly appreciate the care I receive here, but their phone line is horrible! You can never reach a live person. It is so frustrating!! If it weren’t for admin staff, I would leave 4 stars. Please pick up your phone because the automated line does NOT WORK!!

Dr Tourville is great. She takes time to answer questions an is very competent. Trying to make an appointment by phone or reach the front desk is terrible. I waited 15 minutes trying to get the operator and hung up. I called back on the appointment line and waited 10 minutes before I hung up. I have heard simular complaints from others.

I have been a patient at Affiliated Urologists since July 2021. Recently, however, there have been ongoing issues with maintaining consistent appointments for my care and treatments. Since December 2024, I have experienced eight (8) appointment changes — with two appointments being rescheduled twice.

It has been very frustrating to have my care and treatment continually moved. When I am able to get in for my appointments, the care and treatment are excellent.

I spoke with the office manager regarding these scheduling issues and was given two explanations:

1. A contracted anesthesiologist canceled, causing disruptions in the schedule.

2. The doctor took time off after appointments had already been scheduled.

I understand that the scheduling staff has no control over these situations, but it remains very frustrating.

Great experience with my medical assistance and provider, by the time I got back there. Warm, responsive. I was scheduled with a female doctor which I appreciated. Shout out for great care behind the front office. Thank you! Nonetheless, If I had to do it again, I would go with a different clinic for reasons below.
Affiliated Urologists on Central front desk staff seemed flat and not friendly. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk was maintaining a line 5 deep of patients. Most offices I’ve been in seem to manage this by having patients sign in and then call up patients but here, I stood in line for 10 minutes. Further, I had to wait 45 minutes for my morning appointment. Not the front desk’s staff fault I presume, practice management decisions. Still frustrating. Further, when I did check in I was told that my wait shouldn’t be long from the front desk.
The bulk of my experience at this clinic was with the front office who was not top brass. It means a lot when the office staff simply are nice. People come to see the urologist for serious and sometimes scary personal medical issues. So, care from the front office matters. Not to mention, this is American healthcare, so we pay hundreds of dollars for specialists’ appointments and procedures which the front desk collects from us. I hope they get it figured out.

Had to see many different doctors in 23, this office is the only one that I would worn others to avoid. You will ALWAYS wait. Last time we came here they canceled our appointment while we were in the office (over a part of the equipment they knew they didn’t have) ask to talk to billing (we had met our deductible for the year and couldn’t get a appointment till after year end never got a call) at the new appointment first thing first ( give us that $, which is typical and fine but I had some grievances that were met with pay us now or your appointment will be rescheduled in office smug by Maria) It seems toxic working there by the beatin dog vacant demeanor of the office.(I actually feel bad for them, they could probably do better)Really didn’t like Maria lying to my face over why it was canceled the last time. “OH we couldn’t calibrated the machine, blah blah” had no idea what she’s talking about. Medical care should be about CARE, and not what are you going to do about it you already very inconvenienced. Enough of my boo hoo rant. The office has stuff stacked everywhere and not as clean as it should be. If you need to deal with them a different office would be better.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I drove 60 miles round trip for them to tell me my insurance copay was $800.00.They did not have the courtesy to call and tell me an ahead of time. The receptionist says you should have got a phone call, I said well I didn’t. She then tells me, they should have sent me a bill, I should’ve got a bill in the mail. I should have got a bill before the test??? How dumb……..

Came here for a vasectomy and was the experience from start to finish was easy and smooth. Dr. Young did my consultation and walked me through the procedure and it really eased my anxiety. My actual procedure was done by Dr. CATANZARO and he was awesome. Checked on me through the process to see how I was doing.

This was my first visit. The office was busy but as I watched the staff handled everyone quickly and completely. I didn’t feel rushed or forgotten. All my questions were answered by the P.A. as well as the doctor and I felt heard and understood.

My experience with my urologist/surgeon Dr. Cooper, Dr. Jaffee and staff for my radical prostatectomy was nothing short of exceptional. From our first consultation, they took the time to walk me through every detail, answering all my questions with patience and making me feel so much more at ease about such a big procedure. During the surgery and recovery, their expertise and genuine care shone through, checking in on me and ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. I’m so thankful for their skill and compassion, and I’d recommend them to anyone facing a similar journey. They truly made a tough time so much better!

Dr Borhan is my new favorite! I wish he could be my doctor for everything. He was seriously the easiest to talk to and the best at explaining I have had in a very long time. He wasn’t in a hurry and he went above and beyond to fix my problem. I had been dealing with an issue for months and it was dealt with in less than a week. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with. It’s a comfortable office in a nice building. I’m in a wheelchair for now and I had no problem getting around. It really was the easiest doctor’s appointment I have ever had.

I see from other reviews that people had trouble with appointments. I just wanted to say we had contacted a bunch of urologists looking for one that took my insurance and had ann opening and it was the norm for them not to have an opening for 2 months. Urology is the way to go, there seems to be a shortage of doctors. It really was crazy how I couldn’t get in anywhere. I finally had to just wait the 2 months. So it’s not just them.

This is the third agency I’ve gone to in less than a year and a half, and it’s the first time I was actually seen by a doctor. Not only seen, but listened to. I think I’ll be staying with Dr. Tourville. Top Shelf so far.

I could not be more thrilled to have found the Affiliated Urologists office! And, believe me, after 2 truly horrid urologist experiences in Phoenix, I never thought we could be so lucky. The cheerful staff actually answers their phone, with very short hold times. I noticed this when I called to get info and then book our appointment.

In the office we were given – with real smiles – surprisingly few forms to fill out, then were called into the patient room 7 minutes before our appointment time! When does that ever happen?! The doctor’s assistant was so gracious, helping my husband with his preliminary step. She asked a few questions in the room, leaving with friendly politeness. After a short wait, Dr. Cooper came in. Wow, what an unbelievable “first” to see an actual happy doctor with a bright demeanor!

Dr. Cooper patiently listened to my husband’s history, then offered help with my husband’s medication, we didn’t even ask. He then explained some testing that should be done, with all the how/where/when to it. He never acted annoyed or impatient with our questions, then went over everything a second time to confirm our understanding. He is so comforting, can’t say that enough, and just put my husband at ease, which is no simple task! I was close to crying, I was so relieved to have my husband’s care in Dr. Cooper’s hands. As we left the room, shaking hands, Dr. Cooper genuinely thanked US for giving him the opportunity to help us — that’s another first! The friendly lady at checkout was the icing on the cake. She had us looking forward to the subsequent appointment in 2 months – ok, another first.

As my husband and I walked out the office door, we both felt a gigantic ball of lead leaving our stomachs – and we were smiling! Sorry, that’s also a first. Our sincere and genuine Thank You to Dr. Cooper and his lovely staff. Way to run a medical office!!

As a new patient, I arrived and filled out my paperwork. My appointment was timely and the Dr. showed up without delay to go over my issue. Everything went well.

I accompanied my grandfather, Bernard T, on his visits, and Dr. Nagpal has been extremely gracious, patient, and communicative with him, always taking the time to explain procedures so he could understand. He described both surgical and non-surgical options, clearly set expectations, and continuously involved him in shared decision-making. My grandfather had an excellent outcome from his procedures and was very pleased with the care he received from Dr. Nagpal.

My husband has been under the care of Dr Nagpal for what ultimately was diagnosed as bladder cancer after two tumors were removed that were discovered during a cysto procedure. Dr Nagpal provided referrals for us to discuss options and collectively determine the best treatment plan for the best outcome. The doctors all worked together to provide cohesive care. Dr Nagpal is compassionate and invested in patient care. We would totally recommend him and have appreciated all his support during this process which is seemingly under control at this time.

I’ve been going to Dr. Nagpal since February when i had a kidney stone issue. He’s been nothing but amazing! Unfortunately i had to have surgery to remove the kidney stone due to its size, but the entire process was as good as could be expected. He is very communicative, personable, informative, and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Nagpal!

Dr. Nagpal was patient and explained everything that he was going to do to my satisfaction. My urolift procedure went smoothly with no issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Nagpal.

Dr Kamal Nagpal is a great doctor and has always taken very good care of my urology needs. The office staff has always been friendly and very helpful.

Dr Kamal Nagpal has been one of the most professional, caring and effective Doctors I’ve had my 65 years of living.

I am a professional myself and of course, when you’re at my age, you see a lot of doctors over the years. But by far, I easily rank him at the top of my experience.

I highly recommend this clinic and my doctor.

Dr Amy Schlaifer and her useless, rude condescending MA Katherine. I went to this appointment hoping for a plan of action. The doctor talked over me, had a horrible demeanor didn’t listen to a word I
Said and more importantly didn’t care. I went to the front desk and told them that I would never see her again. I left there very stressed out and felt very disrespected. I’m currently seeing another doctor from the group in Anthem

Took my father in law who lives in assisted living facility for a follow up appointment for prostrate cancer. Prior to his appointment he did all the labs requested took months for follow up appointment. Arrived today waited for over 1 hour for a PA to come in and say we need up to update labs and to come back in 4-6 weeks. Asked for telemedicine follow up appointment which needed permission from Dr Kaplan. Finally PA comes back in room says Dr Kaplan approved telehealth appointment and in front of her staff yelled for us to leave and pick up our orders went into her room slamming the door. My father in law deserves a lot more that what he received as he goes through his health issues

Terrible they sent me home with fake meds and didnt tell me when my follow up appointment was. They won’t even answer the phone I stay on hold for a half hour multiple times and nothing!? Even called early in the morning. This feels inappropriate and strange do not recommend!!!!

I should read reviews ahead of time! Rude! Here’s my experience. Called and waited on hold for over 30 minutes then at 4:32pm (they close at 5pm) the message changes to we’re closed now please call back during normal business hours. Next day I call in the morning to ask about my copay as my insurance company says it could be a possibility of 3 depending on how the facility bills it. A nice woman answers the phone and says she promises to call me back later today. No call back! Today i call AGAIN but now I get a sarcastic rude woman named SHARLIN she says sarcastically it’s easy look at your card and call your insurance company after I already explained what my insurance company told me. She continued with her rudeness and then said it would be 50$ which i knew was absolutely wrong. I asked for her name and said I’ll let the front desk know that SHARLIN quoted me only 50$ which she sarcastically again replies “sure go ahead and do that” I hung up and called the front desk and asked about my pre instructions as I hadn’t been given any. Wouldn’t I at least get an email since it’s Friday and my appointment is Monday? This lady says “we’ll let me read you the instructions you were given” I wasn’t given ANY instructions! I asked her to email them to me and she says “no we cannot email INSTRUCTIONS but you can drive allllll the way over here and pick them up. That was the last straw. Cancel my appointment. I hope anyone who goes here has a better experience than I did. Not to mention Dr. Amy Shlaffer on my first appointment in my opinion was neither pleasant or personable, the first red flag i should have listened to.

I think Christine the surgery scheduler is broken. You need to replace her ASAP! I have been trying to get a hold of her for weeks and still no response from her.

Friendly and Efficient staff. Check-in went smoothly. Waited for a bit to see the doctor. Doctor showed up, very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a wonderful experience.

Downtown office the, Worst!! Have been trying to speak with office managers, Damien or Esperanza for over a month! The call center tries to get in contact with office but the office “never” answers their phones?! My son had a medical emergency and call center sent a “STAT” message for RN to call back, son received a call 1 week later! Front desk is Rude!! After waiting patiently in line, front desk does not greet you nor acknowledges that you are in front of them and they proceed to call patients and not even tell you that they will be right with you! They just say that they have to get patients registered and make you feel as if your not important and my time is not valuable.. 5/26/25 still have not received call back from managers! This is poor patient care management at this office! Other than that, Dr.Kalinowski is Absolutely Amazing and a Great Doctor!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I asked this facility multiple times about the costs of service for my procedure before going into surgery, and never once was disclosed that they would charge $4,943.00 for a facility fee when my actual surgery was under $1,000. This was a 15 minute procedure than I had asked multiple times during both the consultation and before surgery and they did not disclose this cost up front when asked. I do not recommend anyone using their service unless full disclosures of costs have been received. On initial billing they also did not include $398.40 to my insurance that they charged at the front desk. I have called twice now to discuss with my insurance and their billing with no resolve. They adjusted billing once and now are charging me even more out of pocket costs. Unethical business practices. I will remove this if this gets resolved.

Do not recommend! I have seen the Doctor a week ago. Trying to get the message out to the doctor to please change the antibiotic but no response. Everytime, I call and all they have to say is that someone will call you in 24 to 48 hr but no calls. It is sad but now I have to find a different doctor. I give up

Adrian Fang was my urologist. Deceived me about the labs he ordered for me stating that they would take up to three weeks to come back. They took less than two days. The guy pretty open about prioritizing his personal affairs over my healthcare as well.

I sought another doctor, established with them, and have been receiving transparent and professional care for weeks.

I wouldn’t recommend AZ Urology Specialists to anyone. Instead, seek healthcare from trustworthy doctors.

Fantastic experience. Dr. Kletscher is high skilled, excellent hands. The CRNA there Teresa is stupendous. Very personable and knows what she’s doing. Team of nurses is excellent as well. Got the IV on the first try so that’s always a nice touch. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services. Cheers!

The WORST treatment ever experienced in an office. My mom went for a procedure she has cognitive decline. I called the office, and they have my MPOA on file. I had asked if I could be on speaker when she went back so I could know what’s going on. They transferred me to the charge nurse who said if I was her MPOA, why wasn’t I at the visit. When I told her, that’s NOT why I’m speaking to her and not her concern. I tried explaining to her that my mom is Spanish speaking, and her short-term memory wasn’t good she hung the phone up on me. My mom came out of the appointment scared and said she was treatment poorly and the staff was rude to her. I had called my niece that is 12 years old bc the office won’t answer and she was at the office with my mom. I hear the charge nurse speak poorly to my niece, who is a minor and won’t get on the phone. Never take your loved one to this place if you care about them, the staff doesn’t care about you or your family!! I wish I would have read previous reviews prior obviously they are the problem!! I’ve worked in Healthcare for over 20 years and this is a poor way of operating an office. In Healthcare you need to actually CARE and want to help people which this office obviously doesn’t!

Put simply, the scheduling staff are incompetent, lack training, are are not capable of managing patient flow. I hope you have a lot of time on your hands because you must be prepared to have your appointments canceled or delayed at random without notice.

It’s unfortunate because the actual medical staff are lovely.

Dr Stone spent considerable time explaining my upcoming surgery options with me and my husband. He answered my many questions and we never felt rushed.

I would recommend Dr.Stone to family, friends and others who are looking for an exceptional physician in this area. I am seven months out of having a procedure done. I mentioned before Dr. Stone took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. After seven months Dr. Stone is using his expertise in making sure I understand and am well informed about the different ways to approach my issues. I never felt he was in a rush or preoccupied. He listened to my concerns, questions and situations. At the end of my visit he explained 3 approaches I should consider and with a thorough explanation of each we picked one and I would do some research to see if this was the direction I wanted to take.
The staff was,as always, attentive to me and getting me checked in and out. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stone.

All the staff was absolutely kind and efficient. Going to a new doctor has made me anxious in the past, yet everyone there put me to ease right away.

I had surgery for a hysterectomy oophorectomy and a bladder sling. Dr. Stone did a great job and is an excellent surgeon. He has really good bedside manner, which is a rarity these days. I would highly recommend him.

Had my first visit today with Dr. Stone and I love him. So happy that I found a doctor that knows exactly what he’s doing and definitely an expert with my medical issues.

Dr. Stone performed a hysterectomy and pelvic reconstruction to correct a vaginal prolapse and urinary incontinence. The surgery was a total success and has changed my life. No question, I would do this again. I strongly recommend Dr. Stone to anyone with these problems.

I just want to give credit to one of their front desk representatives named Tameka. She went far in her service to me. I had questions that were outside her department and she still helped me and contacted people via email for me in order to get the answers I needed. Thank you for your outstanding service Tameka.

Not a good start. Very friendly but felt like I had to take control of the appointment to get actual care. Rapid fire questions to the point the next was being asked as I answered the previous. Suggest just putting those on questionnaire for us to answer before hand so the doc can read it. Which brings me to the most concerning part, the doc didn’t read my file beforehand and was about to wrap things up. Had previous tests and findings that would’ve just been ignored. So 1, treat the patient like a human with medical concerns and not just 1 paycheck of however many you can squeeze into scheduling, take your time with them. It’s not our fault you oversecheduled. 2, read the patient’s file and be prepared to properly do the first. Hoping things improve

If possible would give less than one star. Scheduled an appointment for my husband for a n issue he was having. Explained to scheduling in detail per their request of his issue. Explained I myself usually see Dr Webster and would like him to see him. They said he is now in Scottsdale and I asked for a doctor nearby instead. She scheduled him with Dr McDowell. During the appointment the doctor said there is nothing he can do for the issue as he specializes in cancer urology treatment. Referred him somewhere else. My husband waited in the lobby upset to speak with office manager Walter. He sat there for sometime even though he needed to get back to work. A staff member instead came and got my husband to cone help pick up a patient who fell in the parking lot. Thats where he ran into Walter. He explained he had been waiting to speak with him and had to get back to work to please call him. Call was never received. We have called in several times he would never call back. We sent emails and faxes even asked the woman in billing to have someone call before we paid $300 bill. No call. We filed a claim with department of health and attorney general. Both could not get a response back from the office. We wanted to express our concerns and ask why this appointment was scheduled with a doctor that could not assist. Scheduling should not schedule with just anyone for a patient. Very disappointed in their care for patients a d concerns. Money is all the concern clearly is. DO NOT USE THE BLACKHAWK LOCATION

Made my appointment last week, was a referral from my surgeon. They took all the information from me and knew it was a Workman’s Comp injury. I show up today and checked in on the Kiosk. About 15 minutes later get called to the receptionist desk. They want my insurance card. I explained it’s a Workman’s Comp injury, and I gave all that information last week. The receptionist went and asked her boss, they aren’t taking new Workman’s Comp insurance, only existing patients. So they canceled my appointment. What a waste of time, filling out paper work prior, getting the records from my surgeon who made the referral to this place and recommend two doctors. Someone needs to fix the problem so they aren’t wasting people’s time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them with my experience today. The site manager should be correcting the issues before people spend their day coming to Arizona Urology Specialist office with the group that makes appointments.

I can say that I enjoyed this appointment. I tend not to go to doctors regularly, but this was an acute situation. Thankfully, I was referred to this practice by the hospital. All staff encountered were personable and efficient. There was little to no wait time, and it was refreshing for a doctor’s office to value my time as much as theirs. Definitely recommend!

My visits have always been pleasant with Dr Han. But this review is for Maha. I’ve been having an issue with insurance and a prescription. I had a tough time getting passed the call center. Once I finally did Maha was great. Totally understood my frustration and helped to finally resolve my issue. Thank you Maha

Front staff was rude. Ignored me to chat and munch on snacks. Then gave attitude when I had questions.

Made an appt for a test, they called and left me a voicemail a few days later to reschedule bc the doctor wouldn’t be in. I called and left a voicemail the first time, no return call. Called again a week later (a few days before my appt), and the mailbox is full. Tried to get thru to speak to someone(!) bc I also have a question about the appt and the only line I can get thru was the surgery scheduling line and they were also rude about helping me so I just said nevermind.

Doctor & his PA were nice but not worth all this trouble for rude, unhelpful staff and no way to get help or questions answered.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Hubanks. He was all the things that a patient would want in a physician. . I told him as much as I could and asked questions. I never felt rushed. He listened and asked me questions and I did the same. It was a very good appointment. The doctor gave me a positive feeling that made me feel my problem might be solved. I happy to have met Dr. Hubanks and look forward to work with him and his staff, who were great also.

Dr. Hubanks was exceptional. He was on time, had obviously reviewed my records in detail (I was transferring service from another Urologist), and never seemed rushed. He listened attentively, answered all of my questions, and reviewed and explained my options. His proposed treatment plan was clear and made sense. Overall, he was everything you could ask for in a doctor.

I have been a patient for years and happy with the care provided. Now seeing Dr Hubanks and his education and training at Mayo in Rochester speaks for itself. He is pleasant to speak with and very patient while meeting with you. I highly recommend him and this office.

Excellent front desk and support personnel. Very courteous and efficient! Dr. Hubanks is very personable, knowledgeable and understanding. I have a lot of trust in this medical provider and the support staff.

Wait time was excellent, we were treated well, staff was all very professional as well as personable, they were aware of and knowledgeable about my condition. Dr. hubanks made us feel comfortable with his care, explained things clearly, etc. Would recommend him & the practice highly.

The front desk is friendly, efficient, professional, and SO SUPPORTIVE. I had an urgent matter and they got me in to see my doctor really quickly.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Kalinowski as well: He’s kind of, considerate, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He’s just a great guy and I feel fortunate to have him managing my care!

Dr Kalinowski is ALWAYS professional, but more importantly he listens and does his best to understand. His knowledge is unmatched in the valley and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He’s a real pro and it is matched with a friendly and open demeanor. Top notch!!!

The wait to see the doctor was about five minutes From the time we arrived.The admission process went very quickly because we had a lot of help From the admitting staff. The doctor explained everything thoroughly about my condition and the follow up needed. The whole experience was excellent.

Dr. Kalinowski is an amazing doctor with great communication. He takes the time to understand the issue and gets to know his patient. He made sure to do this before coming up with a plan of action. I highly recommend this doctor and will continue to see him for as long as I can.

They had a little delay on calling me in for my appointment but that wasn’t too bad since the minute I got there the receptionist was prompt to help me get checked in. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and they both listened to my concerns. I would recommend them. They know what they are doing.

This is the third time here and I learn my lesson not to come to this location at all. Last time I was here, I didn’t write a review, thinking they short of staff or they had a rough morning. This time prove otherwise. Don’t take me wrong, Not everyone in here has the lack of customer Service. The receptionist, and the pharmacist are Welcoming. Now, the Woman that help with the discount, so rude and unhelpful (I don’t even know her name because she never presents herself) First time I had an appointment with her she was rude and hardly helped me. Also, you can’t be late not even a minute. Otherwise, you will not get seen. This time I was there 10 minutes early, and I didn’t get to see her until 45 minutes later After the schedule time. I understand that sometimes you take more time with other appointments. However, this woman rudely asked me are you in a rush? If so, let me reschedule. I respond well, kind of. Then, rudely she said “well let me tell you that you’re not the only patient” honestly that really trigger me. Yeah it is understandable that you have other patients, patients that were scheduled within at least half an hour earlier. This is telling me that you were helping the same person for about 1hr and 30min? I work as a customer service, that’s totally not the way to treat your Customers. To top it off. She made so many excuses, and at the end she didn’t even help me. She rescheduled me.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been in. The nurse took her sweet time getting my IV, and the medication the Dr had ordered then she was picking food out with her fingernails.. Then she kept dropping things on the floor and picking them up and was offered when I did not let her us those things that had felt on the floor on me. I ask3d for a pillow and she teied handing me 1 with no pillow case, and the bed was not connected so I was sitting up with a lot of ch3st pain, when I asked marilee or whatever her name was she was very argumentive not only with me bug with my daughter who was there with me. So I asked to speak with the charge nurse the marilee took everything out of the room as if I was the 1 who was wrong, or with an infectious disease… The charge nurse came in and looked at me like I was crazy or something…. WOW I went to the hospital with severe chest pain, not because I wanted to go bother tjese people. I ask myself what if I would of gad a heart attack or something they wouldn’t of cared since 1 was too busy getting food out of her teeth instead of her job and the other 1 just looked at me and stared like she was some kind of a sombe. I don’t know if they would treat their family the same way or even friends..?? They should not be working in a hospital emergency room if they don’t want to actually be there or if they are having a bad day, because people now in days care about no 1 else only selfish people act that way when they forget that 1 day they will probably need to be seen themselves and I’m sure no one deserves to be treated any less… we are all Humans we need to show respect for others, and have some consideration some love specially working in a setting where the effort and the way you treat others can mean the difference between life and dead…. what a shame forvthese females actions.!!! Sd and ridiculous.. but its also our right to speak out so that others Human beings no matter race, ehenticity color of skin if we are of an advanced age or not everyone needs to be treated with Dignity and Respect..!.!.!. So I give this hospital the worst review I possible can, because they are completely wrong, the service was the worst ever, ever..
So even if You are dying go to a different hospital for your sake, I know I will not be back, plus will be contacting the AZ state board of Medicine and the BBB…

This is where my primary doctor is located at. An incredible building for a doctor’s office. They have 24 examination rooms, a pharmacy, and a lab for blood samples. The only drawback is they only have a couple of doctors on duty at any given time, so no walk-ins, and far out appointment dates.

Dr Dadachanji is very nice and personable. He is professional and makes my girls feel included in their care. My girls love him as their Dr. The MA Tanya wasn’t the friendliest and has a cold energy. Overall we love this clinic.

i take my children here with the peds provider , amazing by the way dr.dadachanji listens to my needs as a parent which makes me at ease when coming to my childs care , his Ma Tanya is great too , interacted with my babies throughout the whole thing very kind and nurturing. i would recommend! the wait time was basically none we got taken back as soon as we got there .

Literally made it within 12 minutes from my
appointment and got turned away for being 2 minutes later after the 10 min late policy they have. Which last time I checked it was 15 munutes.I was rushing right after work and having to go through traffic and I also spoke to the doctor which I find very inconvenient for not letting get the paper work my daughter needs for high school. #notthebusiness

Dr Davis and his staff are awesome. They listen to all of my issues in the act immediately and getting the best care I can get. They are professional they are prompt and they are thorough. They leave no stone unchecked. I appreciate all the hard work they do to keep me healthy. I have many health problems so I’m not an easy task. But it’s a great facility and they have many things to offer so if anybody’s looking for a great doctor I would recommend this doctor highly and all of his staff workers they are very nice people! Thank you Jennifer and the PAC team for being there when I needed you the most.
