Visionworks Village Square II

Absolutely the worst location I could have gone to. The eye doctor was great but his staff is not. We were in there a little over 2 weeks ago to get eye exams after being referred to this location from a few friends. As we were doing all the intake forms we were unsure on contacts or if we even needed them. The front desk guy named Jackson said that’s something you can talk to with the doctor and we can handle after the eye exam. After our eye exam and speaking with the eye doctor it was something we were interested in but still unsure. So the eye doctor said why don’t we order some samples and have you come back in for a fitting and a refresher course on putting in/wearing contacts. I said that great then we can decide if we want contacts. At the front desk the same guy named Jackson said I had to pay for the fitting before we even had it. I did ask if we can just pay for the fitting after we do the actual fitting or the same day of the fitting instead of before since we were still unsure about contacts. He said no we had to pay that day and they would call me in a few days to schedule the fittings. Well 2 weeks can and went with no word from the location. I called today asking for a refund on the contact fittings session and he said they do not give refunds since I agreed to contacts before my eye exam. Not once did I say yes to contacts. My son and I’s prescriptions are so minor and we really don’t need glasses/contacts but now I’m out over $140 worth of money because they make you pay before you even have a scheduled appointment for the contact fittings. Only go here if you feel like being robbed.

Doctor has always been extremely courteous and attentive! Office staff made the visit easy and fast! Kevin was so informative and attentive to help me pick the right frames! Very impressed with the service I receive from Vision works on Cactus.

Great experience. Prompt efficient friendly and knowledgeable. Dr was great, staff was super helpful. They also did a great job coordinating insurance polices to maximize benefits.

I’ve been visiting this VisionWorks location for three years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. The doctor and staff are personable, making me feel like I matter! I’m not just another appointment to them, they truly care.

I went for my annual eye exam today and decided to try Visionworks (after moving and was in need of a new optometrist!). 5 star experience! Everything from the Front desk, to optometry technician Jaxson and Optometrist were extremely professional and amazing! Highly recommend.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, there was always someone helping me and explaining every aspect of the process I was trying to accomplish. Michael Drabinsky and his amazing team made sure I got the best service possible and walked out with no questions, as all of the questions or concerns were answered before I could leave. Overall my experience was top notch and would highly recommend visiting this location for all your eye needs!

My 2nd time at the store. First time was great but the 2nd time using the same insurance was stressful. The ladies up in the front were giving me a hard time and wouldn’t check me out because I wanted to order glasses and contacts for my son. They told me most insurances only do one not both. But I let them know my insurance pays for both glasses and/or contacts but they didn’t want to see my vision coverage which I had on my phone. So I asked for a price but they wouldn’t give me a price for both (because I know I had to pay some out of pocket). During this time they also complained about their coworker in front of me. At this time one lady was rolling her eyes and sighing. She stepped back and didn’t want to work with me still rolling her eyes. I was scheduled for Friday @ 3:15 for eye exam and to order glasses/contacts! I Called this morning and spoke to McKenzie and she apologized for what happened. I also called my insurance and they told me I was completely right about ordering both and using my insurance. My insurance was confused too because they worked with this office in the past.
