I had a wonderful experience! All the staff were very friendly, and there is a wonderful selection of eyeglasses. The staff was also very helpful in finding the perfect pair. Dr.K was very kind and professional. The clinical rooms were stocked with modern ophthalmology equipment. Dr.K took the time to evaluate my prescription and gave me great recommendations. An additional plus is that they have a wonderful photo wall of client pets. This office is very welcoming!

While Dr K and some staff are excellent, the scratch warranty service has been a nightmare! I brought my glasses in January 2025 for new lenses, it’s now June and they still didn’t install the right lenses. I’ve purchased 4 pairs, I was left with one pair at different times that were correct. I would come into pick up glasses only to find out the lenses were too big, not for that frame or not the right prescription on 6 occasions. They had to send my glasses to lens manufacturer leaving me without glasses and they still came back with wrong lenses. 6 months to service the 2 pairs I only needed is absurd! It’s been a calamity, not sure why they didn’t try putting in lenses before calling me to tell me they are ready. I would walk in, sit at counter and watch them time after time trying to make the inappropriate lenses fit. Apparently matching correct lens to the right frame is rocket science and outside their specialty. The friendly chat while waiting unfortunately does not make up for my time and lack working glasses. I called today and just surrendered…. I give up, I’m heading to Circle K to buy to 2 Coca Cola bottles and use for glasses!

Had a fantastic experience at Urban Eye Care in downtown Phoenix! The employees helping with eyeglasses were incredibly knowledgeable and had excellent taste in making frame recommendations. They have an exquisite selection of really cool frames. Dr. K was thorough, professional, and kind. The entire visit was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Urban Eye Care for anyone looking for quality eye care and stylish eyewear in Phoenix.

I've been going to Urban Eye care for a few years and I recommend it. I'm fact, all of my family members go here as well. They offer great and efficient service. Every time I go for my annual exam, I'm able to book a convenient time for my appointment and they walk diligently through all the evaluations in an efficient manner. I'm able to communicate well with the front desk staff through calls and texts as I work through ordering contacts and lenses. I definitely plan to continue to use urban eye care in the future.

Me and my brother have been going here for years absolutely love Dr. K and everyone at Urban Eye! We drive in from Tucson to see him because he is that good and personable and I will not go anywhere else. He no longer takes my insurance however I was able to work with me and give me a discount so that I could keep coming here. Definitely worth the drive and always able to help fit me in the schedule.

Dr. K gave a very thorough eye exam and is very easy going. The staff are helpful. They offer a great selection and variety of frames. I can’t wait to get my new glasses!!

Dr. K and his staff provided excellent, personal, and courteous customer service. This was my second business with Urban Eyecare Downtown, and they always deliver! The service was polished but familiar. It's a great office, and I particularly enjoyed the background music at Dr. K's office. I was there for my contacts eye exam; they gave me a free top-notch brand for trial, and they felt great! I've been following their Instagram for years now and am always hooked on their frame collections! I will definitely get new eyeglasses from them next time around. I am glad to see their growth with the new store at Central and Camelback. Thank you, Urban Eyecare Downtown. Highly recommended!
