I bought a pair of glasses at Sassy Glasses about 10 years ago that I absolutely loved. Since then I'd moved elsewhere and replaced my glasses with mediocre pairs that just did not meet my visual needs in the same way. However, I returned recently (drove up from Tucson) in desparate need of new glasses and went back to Sassy Glasses having remembered their excellent selection and service. I was blown away by my second experience at Sassy Glasses and particularly by Lynn who was an amazing help. This was my best experience buying glasses ever thanks to her great eye, sensitivity to my numerous vision problems, and encouraging presence. I am so excited to pick up my new frames and am very thankful to Lynn and everyone at Sassy Glasses for being so accommodating. Higher end glasses stores can be a bit intimidating when shopping on a budget, but they really worked with me to make sure I could get the glasses I needed at prices and plans I could manage. My first visit to Sassy Glasses was after seeing several of my friends' new looks. From start to finish, Lynn helped me select the best frames for my personality and lifestyle. She took the time to get to know me and what type of image I wanted to project. I was amazed at her perception and she encouraged me to "stretch" a bit, which was really fun. 5 Stars – Amazing Customer Service! I had such a great experience at Sassy Glasses! They repaired my glasses for free, which completely blew me away. In a time when most places charge for everything, it really means a lot when a business goes out of its way to help someone without expecting anything in return. The staff was warm, welcoming, and all smiles. You can tell they truly care about their customers and love what they do. They were incredibly helpful, and the service was fast and professional. Because of their kindness and excellent service, I’ll definitely be a future customer. I am petite and frames never fit me right. I stopped into Sassy Glasses for them to take a look at my previous glasses. They were not a good fit. Lynn welcomed me and wow she sat me down and brought the coolest frames that fit me well. She seemed to also know what color was good on my face. She is the best. The staff is also kind and knowledgeable. I am so HAPPY with my purchase and glad I stopped in. FINALLY, frames that fit me and look awesome on me. They have very hip frames.

I purchased the most amazing frames from Sassy last week and there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t receive multiple compliments. Lynn was the person who helped me choose my frames and expedited getting my glasses made quickly because I was traveling internationally two days later.
