Therapy Tree

Our experience started out great, they were very friendly and were able to quickly get my son scheduled for the appropriate evaluations, unfortunately that is where the customer service experience stopped. After the evaluations, treatment appointments were canceled at the last moment and every attempt to reschedule his appointments I was told no appointments were available and there was a scheduling freeze and to just call back the next week. For 2 months I called numerous times, left several messages and never received a response to reschedule any of my child's prescribed therapies. Absolutely would not recommend.

My daughter was evaluated at another office and was recommended 4 times a week. Found this location that was closed to my house brought her at least 4 times here until she got comfortable with the therapist. Then front desk wouldn’t schedule me her appts that she required only 1 appt every blue moon. So since they never answer the last appt I brought her I requested a reminder card with the clinics information to be calling and I did tell the front desk I always call and no one answers so I need a card to make sure I get the main number for this location so she did. Today 8/15 was my daughters appt turns out I can’t check her in So I told the guy in the front excuse me, I can’t check in, but my daughter has an Appointment. So instead of helping me, then finished talking with the lady that was just in the lobby. He continue talking to her and told me to wait that he was gonna help me. Technically 15 Minutes at least passed, until he was able to help me. I gave him her information, then he gave me a wrong name first of all and I said no. So he was like I don’t see she has an appt, i was like that’s impossible I do have the reminder card in my car. He was like even though you have a card that doesn’t mean she has an appt. So I requested to speak to manager, he was like I am the manager(Ray)I just went to my car to get the card to proof my daughter did have an appt. He tried to be smarty’s pants by saying it was a girl that covered and unprofessionally saying she’s too dumb and don’t understand/speak Spanish that didn’t scheduled the appt. I’m like no she is always here and he was just going back and forth saying if she’s always here why if she not sitting here right now. The thing is him as a Manager because I MYSELF ALSO WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AND IM ALSO A MANAGER would’ve apologized and would’ve tried to solve the problem and would’ve get her in at LEAST 15 min With another therapist just to content the parent and leave happy. They need new staff new manager because at this point they don’t know what they’re doing and also saying the ins only covers the therapy’s prn when I called and said it doesn’t say that on there end.

If I could give a Zero I would. As many people experience you wait many months for your initial appointment. I recieved a confirmation email of my appointment on a Friday and come Monday I show up and wait fifteen minutes in the lobby with no one there. Not a soul was there to help. When someone did come out they said the therapist quit and my appointment is canceled. They acted like I should have known that. Then they didn’t even offer to reschedule until I asked about it. Just completely unprofessional acting like it’s my oversight and not theirs. If this is the way they treat you up front I’d be concerned to even take my child there again. No wonder the therapist quit.

There is nothing more frustrating than trying to get your child scheduled for therapy but you can’t get through. They want you to leave a message, but they don’t return your call. And why do you offer OT if you can’t offer your patient appointments?! So disappointing!

We’ve had an incredible experience with Nallely . My child absolutely adores her and is always excited for their sessions together. From the very beginning, she has been kind, supportive, and deeply committed to his progress. She’s helped him every step of the way—celebrating his wins, guiding him through challenges, and always making him feel seen and understood. It’s been amazing to watch his confidence grow, and I truly credit so much of that to the care and dedication she brings. We are so grateful to have her as part of our journey.

Para empezar si los niños necesitan terapias por qué no les hacen las citas que requieren. Mi esposa salió del trabajo para llevar ala niña a su terapia que ella ya está agusto yendo a ese lugar. Y el disque manager se porte así con ella rechazando servicio cuando ella claramente le dijo que tenia la tarjeta de recordatorio. No está apto el para hacer su trabajo y menos para manager si el no pudo resolver el problema en vez de culpar a otro empleado. Nunca contestan los teléfonos así como uno va hacer cita para los niños. Mal servicio
