We’ve been going to Team 4 Kids for a little over a year now and We can’t say enough great things about my son’s Occupational Therapist, Ms. Taylor. She is amazing and absolutely incredible with my son, who can sometimes be a stubborn cookie! Ms. Taylor is so knowledgeable about her job and always knows exactly how to support and challenge my son in a way that keeps him engaged, motivated, and having fun. Since starting OT, we have seen such an incredible difference, and we are so thankful to have been paired with Ms. Taylor. Our son looks forward to seeing her so much that he even asks to go see her on days when we don’t have therapy, which truly says it all.

My son Michael has been going to T.E.A.M 4 Kids for 2 years already and we’ve seen so much improvement. The therapist are great and the front desk as well. Marixa at the front desk, always makes us feel welcome. She’s always helpful and has great knowledge of what she does.

My boys have only been in speech therapy at the Avondale location for 2 weeks, but man have I seen a difference! They’ve both been in speech therapy since they were 2 years old, but we moved from Indiana to Arizona recently and just started at this location. My older son, Anson (7 yo), has been mostly nonverbal and not very responsive to therapy intervention, but he reached a milestone this last week and is always excited to go! My younger son, Archie (4 yo), is very talkative, but has characteristics of apraxia. He is the first one in the car, when I mention “therapy” or “Miss Madi”, and always protests leaving after his sessions! Ask for Miss Madi, especially if you feel like you’ve hit a plateau in your child’s speech progress!

We’ve been coming here for both Mommy and me group and Speech one on one for a year and a half now with Miss Madi. She’s great with my son; he’s come a long way from when we first started coming! Not only does she make him feel super comfortable with her but also us as a parents. She’s really good at explaining to us how we can better help our child and giving us examples. Very good at hearing any of our concerns. Can’t wait to see how his speech keeps growing in the near future! It’s amazing to hear my son’s voice more and more as time goes by. Everyone has always been very welcoming! Thank you!

I can only speak about the intake at this point but this is the first place that called me after getting the referral from my doctor. I had a couple of places before this that I tried but no one would call me back. TEAM 4 Kids called me first. They happened to call at a bad time but they actually followed up a couple days or so later, which I really appreciate. The intake specialist was very nice and professional. It’s nice to know there are people who know how to do their jobs!

My son had been coming to team 4 kids for about three years now. All therapists have been patient and kind to him. Not only are the therapists supportive and friendly but also the front office team in all locations I’ve been to either Avondale or Surprise office. Morgan from Team 4 Kids Avondale front office has always been super helpful and friendly when I interact with her regarding my son’s appointments. I have not had any negative experience with Team 4 Kids.

My son is having the most wonderful experience at TEAM4Kids!! This is the first time ever we left speech and he wasn’t frustrated or angry. He even noticed that the therapist didn’t make any funny faces at him when he said words wrong. I loved the fact that the therapist talked to him instead of at him and worked down at his level. Every time we drive by he proudly says ‘that is where my appointment is!’ We have already recommended some other families! I tell you this is really the first time he has been happy about speech therapy.

My dentist recommended seeing a speech therapist to work on my swallowing, so I started looking for someone who spoke English—and luckily found Borja. He quickly understood the issue and gave me simple, targeted exercises that started helping after just a few sessions. We kept tracking the progress together, and now it feels totally natural—I can control it without even thinking. Really grateful I found him!

My daughter Tricia attended a first-ever UCP of Southcentral AZ Prom Event in Scottsdale. Any opportunity to dress up fancy schmancy and meet new friends is her forté. To boot she said she watched a marriage proposal. Thank you UCP for special night out!

Too be quiet honest, I could go on and on and on about everything I love about UCP. My daughter started here about 5 years ago, went through all the stages of classes from infants all the way to pre-k and she also benefited from the therapies they offer as well. Feeding, speech, PT, occupational. Very convenient its all in one. The therapists would just get her from class and walk her back. Communication was always on point, they send pictures throughout the day so I always know what’s going on. My daughter has now graduated and is off to Kindergarten which they have prepared her for. HUGE thanks to all the staff all the way to the receptionists. Everyone is always so pleasant. The spirit and dedication to every student is what makes this place so special. I have NO complaints. The teachers have made a lasting impression on my daughter. I will be forever grateful for the experience and for being lucky enough to have found such a great place <3

We’ve had all three of our kiddos (6 months to 3 years) at this daycare, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff is so attentive, the meals and care are excellent, and the option to have them pulled out for OT, PT, and speech therapy was a huge help. The admin team is very communicative, and the daily updates gave me so much peace of mind. I always knew my kids were safe, happy, and having fun!

I started taking my one year-old to feeding therapy with Kim and after about four sessions he was making such huge improvements in the types of foods he would tolerate. He was no longer gagging or throwing up. I am just so incredibly grateful to Kim for all of her amazing advice, and patience, and skills while working with my son. We no longer need to attend therapy, which is a great thing, but we will miss seeing Kim and we thank her for everything! The facility is immaculate and the staff is always accessible and friendly. I loved my experience with UCP.

This daycare has been such a rare and special find. They provided expert care for my newborn with an NG tube, which gave me so much peace of mind. The staff is well-trained and incredibly compassionate, especially in supporting children with medical or developmental needs. What really stands out is how inclusive the environment is — children of all abilities learning, playing, and forming friendships together. It’s beautiful to see complex needs being met in such a warm, joyful, and therapeutic setting. I’m so grateful for the care and community they provide.

UCP was probably one of the best things I could have done for my son, he was behind on speech and when he finally began being more vocal his pronunciation was very difficult for him, and with the speech therapy as well as the daycare program being offered at the same place was so convenient. The staff all take their jobs very serious and give personalized attention to every child they have there. They always give you a rundown of how their day went and work with any struggle your child may have, weather it be medical or personal. I would recommend them to anyone who has a child and wants a place they can feel safe taking them to and knowing that they are in the best of hands. I am so greatful to all who work there and everything they do!

I absolutely LOVE UCP! You have to know how scary it is to hand your babies over to strangers and trust me as a mom of 7 who has been a few places. This is the first time in which I know they are safe. That is because they communicate with me sometimes too much. lol I don’t have to wonder if my kids are okay or need anything. and I’ll admit I will at times forget to bring things needed and they are quick to tell me not to worry they got me! I’ve had 4 kids attend and 2 from birth. I’ve bonded with everyone who works here❤️

Been coming to Mariposa adult clinic since the beginning of 2025. They have amazing, caring and empathetic therapists. Who are not only patient but very knowledgeable and take pride in the work they do. I’ve seen positive progress and growth in Ray since he’s been coming. With smiles and laughs from the moment we enter to the end of his sessions. We still have ways to go. However with the strong, empowering team he has, there is not only relief but how that they can guide our loved ones in the right direction to help meet our personal goals with our loved ones. Recommend 100% to every single person who has had or knows someone who has dealt with a stressful medical situation. Afters Rays stroke last year in july 2024, we thought we would be stagnant and not move forward. MARIPOSA CLINIC has changed that mentality for better. Thank you! We loved coming here for therapy! Claire was our feeding therapist and she was so much fun. I learned a lot as a parent about how to help my girls.
My daughter was referred to food therapy and physical therapy, and after a few months we are good to go!!

Was referred to this physical therapy office by my foot/ankle doctor. I’ve tried other physical therapists before but this facilities approach is much different than others. They are more personable, hands-on, and all around, more effective. Plus, they are all very nice and fun to work with.
Strongly recommend coming here if you need a physical therapist.

This has been a fantastic experience. While I am Not new to physical therapy, every other place that I had been to had me do exercises with the technician. Doing exercises with the physical therapist for the entire time, makes a huge. Often times, the technicians aren’t well-versed in the mechanics of the movements, and things that you’re trying to correct may not actually be corrected. The diligence of having the therapist know what needs to be done, and ensuring compliance yields results much faster and more effectively.

The people are all amazing as well. I have not met anyone who I did not really like yet. Mariposa is A great experience, with dedicated professionals committed to seeing to your improvement And well-being.

Ms. Chloe for speech and Ms.Katelyn for OT have been the best for my son. He has been here going on about a year and he has made so much progress. The staff there are all also great and it seems they really care about the kiddos and parents.

We have used Mariposa Therapy speech services for both my kids. Each experience was very positive and we have been happy with the results. The staff scheduling, evaluating, and providing services are great with kids (and parents). They are always giving my kids positive and supportive energy, and moving them along towards a goal. Taelin communicates my kiddo’s progress every session and has been great to work with. We recommend them!

All 3 of my children receive services from bilingual and we couldn’t be anymore happier. My son has been seen the longest for about 4 years and he has improved tremendously. We see Speech & OT. We have multiple therapists from each department and love them so much. We complete sessions over zoom which took the kids a little time to adjust but it works for us the best and they do so well. We love it here!

Both my kids have received therapy at Bilingual SLP. Their service is great. They are always very nice. I love how many of the therapists are bilingual, it’s something that comes in handy with mostly everyone that goes there. I have been taking my kids there for like over 5 years.

This is a great clinic that provides beneficial therapies. My brother is always glad to be able to come in and especially on days where he gets to work along his friends and increase his social skills. The therapists are great and very communicative with what is done in every session and how we can help increase progress at home.

I didn’t know about this beautiful office with in the community. The office staff is so warm and friendly. Lupita works so well with my friend’s daughter. I’m so happy I was able to experience these wonderful people and share my experience.

Our experience started out great, they were very friendly and were able to quickly get my son scheduled for the appropriate evaluations, unfortunately that is where the customer service experience stopped. After the evaluations, treatment appointments were canceled at the last moment and every attempt to reschedule his appointments I was told no appointments were available and there was a scheduling freeze and to just call back the next week. For 2 months I called numerous times, left several messages and never received a response to reschedule any of my child’s prescribed therapies. Absolutely would not recommend.

My daughter was evaluated at another office and was recommended 4 times a week. Found this location that was closed to my house brought her at least 4 times here until she got comfortable with the therapist. Then front desk wouldn’t schedule me her appts that she required only 1 appt every blue moon. So since they never answer the last appt I brought her I requested a reminder card with the clinics information to be calling and I did tell the front desk I always call and no one answers so I need a card to make sure I get the main number for this location so she did. Today 8/15 was my daughters appt turns out I can’t check her in So I told the guy in the front excuse me, I can’t check in, but my daughter has an Appointment. So instead of helping me, then finished talking with the lady that was just in the lobby. He continue talking to her and told me to wait that he was gonna help me. Technically 15 Minutes at least passed, until he was able to help me. I gave him her information, then he gave me a wrong name first of all and I said no. So he was like I don’t see she has an appt, i was like that’s impossible I do have the reminder card in my car. He was like even though you have a card that doesn’t mean she has an appt. So I requested to speak to manager, he was like I am the manager(Ray)I just went to my car to get the card to proof my daughter did have an appt. He tried to be smarty’s pants by saying it was a girl that covered and unprofessionally saying she’s too dumb and don’t understand/speak Spanish that didn’t scheduled the appt. I’m like no she is always here and he was just going back and forth saying if she’s always here why if she not sitting here right now. The thing is him as a Manager because I MYSELF ALSO WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AND IM ALSO A MANAGER would’ve apologized and would’ve tried to solve the problem and would’ve get her in at LEAST 15 min With another therapist just to content the parent and leave happy. They need new staff new manager because at this point they don’t know what they’re doing and also saying the ins only covers the therapy’s prn when I called and said it doesn’t say that on there end.

If I could give a Zero I would. As many people experience you wait many months for your initial appointment. I recieved a confirmation email of my appointment on a Friday and come Monday I show up and wait fifteen minutes in the lobby with no one there. Not a soul was there to help. When someone did come out they said the therapist quit and my appointment is canceled. They acted like I should have known that. Then they didn’t even offer to reschedule until I asked about it. Just completely unprofessional acting like it’s my oversight and not theirs. If this is the way they treat you up front I’d be concerned to even take my child there again. No wonder the therapist quit.

There is nothing more frustrating than trying to get your child scheduled for therapy but you can’t get through. They want you to leave a message, but they don’t return your call. And why do you offer OT if you can’t offer your patient appointments?! So disappointing!

We’ve had an incredible experience with Nallely . My child absolutely adores her and is always excited for their sessions together. From the very beginning, she has been kind, supportive, and deeply committed to his progress. She’s helped him every step of the way—celebrating his wins, guiding him through challenges, and always making him feel seen and understood. It’s been amazing to watch his confidence grow, and I truly credit so much of that to the care and dedication she brings. We are so grateful to have her as part of our journey.

Para empezar si los niños necesitan terapias por qué no les hacen las citas que requieren. Mi esposa salió del trabajo para llevar ala niña a su terapia que ella ya está agusto yendo a ese lugar. Y el disque manager se porte así con ella rechazando servicio cuando ella claramente le dijo que tenia la tarjeta de recordatorio. No está apto el para hacer su trabajo y menos para manager si el no pudo resolver el problema en vez de culpar a otro empleado. Nunca contestan los teléfonos así como uno va hacer cita para los niños. Mal servicio

The Best Therapist – Highly Recommended!

Nallely has been an incredible therapist for my son. She is kind, patient, and always attentive to his needs. She genuinely cares about his progress and makes sure to stay informed about his day-to-day experiences.

From the moment we met her, she made our entire family feel welcomed and supported. Her calm and caring nature creates a positive environment where my son feels comfortable and excited for each session.

Nallely truly makes a difference in his life, and I can confidently say she is the best therapist at Therapy Tree. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a dedicated and compassionate therapist!

My son saw Miss Lindsay and she was amazing. He made so much progress and he really enjoyed working with her. Unfortunately though 2 no show apts and you’re out of this office for good. I understand — one time my child was sick and it slipped my mind and the other time my husband thought he canceled the entire week of therapy but I guess it was misunderstood and only one apt was canceled so they marked us for a second no show. I owe them $100 now. And we have to change offices and I’m sad about it. All in all, we really did enjoy the time we were able to go here. Just stay on top of appts and always cancel ahead of time if you can’t make it.

My son has been going to Miss Savannah for a year now for speech and he has made so much progress. She is so fantastic with him and always matches his playful energy. We have nothing but positive experiences at New Horizon Therapy and would recommend it to anyone in need of therapy services. Everyone is so friendly here!

I called to make an appointment. I asked them to check my insurance. The woman who answered the phone said she would only do that after I fill out new patient paperwork. I told her that was crazy. Why would I fill out paperwork if I don’t know if they take my insurance. She said she would not verify my insurance. When I asked to speak with a manager, she hung up. She unilaterally kept me from making an appointment and refused to answer the phone when I called back.

These people are atrocious. They don’t care about anyone.

Love this facility, finding bilingual therapists isn’t always easy but they’re amazing! We do both speech & OT, no doubt we’ve seen significant improvements. My son is almost two and developmentally delayed. I’m very happy with the services provided (:

My child goes to both OT & Speech Therapy. This facility is literally amazing. Everyone is welcoming and friendly from the front door to the therapist. Everyone develops a relationship and rapport with your child and really truly cares about their development. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ☺️

We love coming to do our Myofunctional Therapy with Armida. She’s patient, encouraging and helpful with teaching techniques to my son. It’s only been a few months and we’ve already seen a huge improvement.

There are no words to express the gratitude that I have for the center and the staff within. I was very fortunate to have the support that I had for my daughter and our family because from the beginning of her time spent at ally, all the way until the end, she has bloomed . The staff goes above and beyond to engage with the child and with our family. Not only that, the staff is well educated and can help your child succeed. I am extremely grateful and honestly, an emotional wreck that we left the center, though my daughter is moving to another awesome opportunity to blossom even more. Again, thank you very much for all the dedication, care, and support, that you have provided to us! You guys will be missed incredibly. I’m so sad, but honestly, very thankful and proud. I would recommend anyone needing Aba services in a heart to this center.

Wow! Where do I even start…. 5 stars just is not good enough for OUR experience with Ally pediatrics (so with fair warning) this is going to be a long review….why?…. Well because a service and your experience with therapy like ABA can’t be summarized in just one paragraph!

So first of all a quick message to the parents considering Ally, ABA can be a highly debated therapy with people in either camp strongly believing they are right and the other is wrong… whatever you choose for your child and your family is correct! Advocate for your child because what may work for someone else’s kid, may not be a good fit for your kid and vice verse because why? Because every kid is different! Wow! Crazy right!

And in saying that, Ally worked amazingly for my child and my family. He received services there for a year (recently graduated) with in that time he worked with 3 amazing Techs, each who brought there own personalities and guidance into his life. They treated him with respect, worked with him and put his needs first, he was excited to go there daily and learn new skills and build routines (yeah sure, some days he didn’t want to…. I mean damn, does anyone like getting up and going to work on a Monday?)

Our child started just after he turned 3 and as a parent that’s pretty scary! But at no point did we feel uncomfortable with the any of the staff at the facility which made it pretty easy for us to trust them with our kiddo. They have security measures to make sure nobody who is not meant to be there can enter and no chance of any kiddos being able to run out of the building.

We had meetings with the BCBA every 2 weeks, which we would go over the goals, where he was at with meeting them and any game plans that we wanted to implement at home that would line up with what he was working on at Ally. On top of this, at pick up, his Tech would inform us on daily activities, eating and potty habits which helped us know where he was at with his day!

Ally is a Nut free location, and they were always aware of any allergies a child may have. Our kid was sent home a few times for having loose bowl movements which makes sense and am thankful for as, if there was any viral sickness, it would help preventing it from spreading amongst the kids. I think 2 times he was sent home because he was so tired/not feeling well, that he didn’t want to participate in activities and just wanted to nap! Sure I can see why someone could find this annoying but this is not child care! It is an active therapy and if your child wants to sleep the whole session then they can’t work with them that day. (I mean, some days I just want to sleep so it’s understandable that some days, your little one may just need a break)

Anyways, I’m rambling! Ally was an incredible fit for our child and his needs! I can’t speak highly enough about the BCBA and Techs that he was lucky enough to work with! Based on our personal experiences and child’s needs, I highly recommend Ally Pediatrics!

I’ll start with the positives.
Contacting the office was easy,easy to ask questions and get information, scheduling evaluation, not very long wait.
Unfortunately the speech therapy, and therapist was not meeting expectations. The therapist was always professional, and welcoming, but needs more practice in the field IMO, I didn’t feel the sessions were beneficial. We have since switched to a different office I’m familiar with and I was right, our new office ( you can tell) has more experience in the field.

The Staff is amazing and thoughtful. We did alot of research to finding ABA therapy for our child and I’m so blessed to have found them. The staff goes above and beyond for our child. Our child has had so much positive progress since starting and the parents even get tips and tricks on how to help their child succeed at home. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with the entire staff. Marissa is an amazing person and super knowledgeable.

My son went to Ally for a year and a half and I wish I would have never chose them! I have put him in a different place and it has been life changing! Ally always had me come pick up my son when he didn’t want to participate or when he was crying, which was 4 out of 5 days a week they weren’t accurate with their information and reports were never updated! They were unprofessional and judgmental! Do not take your kid there if you want your kid to succeed and grow!

we only participated in these services for 5 weeks. i never had a bad experience with such a highly talked about therapy service. my daughter went through 5-10 therapist every week. she didn’t have a constant therapist. she was sick alot due to a weakened immune system. which caused alot of absences due to staffing issues. my daughter had a traumatic experience with a black person which makes her have severe issues. the law protects her from this. i was made false promises and was told over and over we can accommodate or this issue is fixed when that never happened. caused me alot of stress and caused alot of issues in my home. we had meetings for 4 weeks straight without a break. my daughter has 11 other doctors and therapists along with her brother being special needs and have just as much appointments. this company expects a parent to drop all appointments for a meeting. When I asked for updates I never received them.

wonderful center. my child enjoys attending therapy there, staff is great, her therapist is great, brittney, i really appreciate the work they do there. never a problem, very thorough, caring, and compassionate team and thank you brittney for taking care and helping gianna!
