New Horizon Therapy

My son saw Miss Lindsay and she was amazing. He made so much progress and he really enjoyed working with her. Unfortunately though 2 no show apts and you’re out of this office for good. I understand — one time my child was sick and it slipped my mind and the other time my husband thought he canceled the entire week of therapy but I guess it was misunderstood and only one apt was canceled so they marked us for a second no show. I owe them $100 now. And we have to change offices and I’m sad about it. All in all, we really did enjoy the time we were able to go here. Just stay on top of appts and always cancel ahead of time if you can’t make it.

My son has been going to Miss Savannah for a year now for speech and he has made so much progress. She is so fantastic with him and always matches his playful energy. We have nothing but positive experiences at New Horizon Therapy and would recommend it to anyone in need of therapy services. Everyone is so friendly here!

I called to make an appointment. I asked them to check my insurance. The woman who answered the phone said she would only do that after I fill out new patient paperwork. I told her that was crazy. Why would I fill out paperwork if I don’t know if they take my insurance. She said she would not verify my insurance. When I asked to speak with a manager, she hung up. She unilaterally kept me from making an appointment and refused to answer the phone when I called back. These people are atrocious. They don’t care about anyone.

Love this facility, finding bilingual therapists isn’t always easy but they’re amazing! We do both speech & OT, no doubt we’ve seen significant improvements. My son is almost two and developmentally delayed. I’m very happy with the services provided (:

My child goes to both OT & Speech Therapy. This facility is literally amazing. Everyone is welcoming and friendly from the front door to the therapist. Everyone develops a relationship and rapport with your child and really truly cares about their development. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ☺️

We love coming to do our Myofunctional Therapy with Armida. She’s patient, encouraging and helpful with teaching techniques to my son. It’s only been a few months and we’ve already seen a huge improvement.

Therapists are awesome, so caring and professional. The staff is super helpful and nice. I totally recommend this place! Its has a good vibe overall! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Savannah and Joselyn are the best!! We miss you, Joaquin
