Referred by my primary care doctor for a spot on my hand that needed to be looked at and biopsied Annie was personable and did a thorough job. She found an additional precancerous spot on my arm and took care of that while I was there. Office was very clear about the timeframe for my biopsy results to come back and stated they would call regardless of the results. Still in the waiting timeframe for results so we'll see if they live up to their promise.

Dr. K. English was very attentive, listened to my concerns. She explained the procedure and talked about what she was doing the whole time. Assistant was also very attentive and professional. Please with entire experience.

I had a surgery appointment scheduled for two weeks in advance. When I showed up after a 40 minute drive from my home, the receptionist told me she just left me a message 4 minutes earlier saying they needed to reschedule becuase I would require mohs and not conventional surgery which they already knew when they scheduled the appointment. I never received the so called message so I wasted 40 minutes in each direction and the receptionist didn't seem to care. I'll be having my surgery elsewhere.

English Dermatology practitioners I have seen over the years have all been professional. For the last decade or so I have seen Mindy for my skin checks and follow ups. She’s very pleasant, efficient and I trust what she says. The office is well managed.

Office staff were wonderful. My PA was amazing. The business has some process failures that made a bad day worse. Went through the online system to schedule an appointment and it gave me a singular option to schedule with Dr. English. I arrived for my appointment and was told that there was an error and I was rescheduled later in the day with said wonderful PA. Again, staff amazing. But this error made me have to choose between therapy or this derm appt. Needed therapy today but derm appts are harder to get. In addition, checking out the next client was told to wait right next to me which made feel uncomfortable regarding discussion of my visit. No discussion of potential cost in relation to my insurance, she said the system will bill me. Again, the lady at the desk was so nice. This is a system failure not any staff person failure. Recommendations: - Screen appointments made by the automated online system to make sure they’re placed with the correct provider. - Little privacy at check out. - Give good-faith estimates to patients. Again, loved the staff. You all were so nice and considerate, none of this is a reflection of any person I interacted with at English Derm. To future patients, I recommend this team. Just know the system isn’t optimized for you so advocate for yourself.

The staff is very friendly, & helpful the most time you spend waiting to be seen is about 5 minutes or less. What you have to say to the Doctor's & nurse practitioner is listen to and taken into consideration they also explain things very well to your understanding.

I saw the doctor shortly after my appointment time. Did not have to wait a long time like other places. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Nice and clean exam. rooms and the Dr. and staff were the best. Thank you!
