She’s helped us both solve derm issues we’ve struggled with for years! Also worth noting the admin side is a dream as well – professional, timely, competent. Love love love.

Check in is relatively efficient and quick and the wait time to see Dr. Ackerman is minimal! Her bedside manner is very compassionate, caring and friendly! With a thorough exam, you feel

Dr. Baltazar was extremely caring and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided multiple treatment options. Together, we decided on the one that suited me best. He was transparent about potential side effects, which I truly appreciated. Communication through his assistant was excellent, they consistently kept me updated on my insurance coverage and next steps. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and I left feeling very happy with the care I received. I am happy I found a provider that truly cares. Front office and administrative staff was extremely helpful to get me a sooner appointment as well.

Just had my 3rd Mose Surgery with Dr. Zatouni. So glad to have been referred to her. She is thorough, meticulous, professional, & pleasant. Her assistants are very competent, either focused on what they are doing, or how the patient is doing. 5+ Stars!

Appropriate and professional. Glad I went for my annual skin assessment. The nurse assistant and MD worked well together: the work flow was efficient; the support staff top notch friendly and my PA was patient and explained the rationale for his work clearly and efficiently. Staff seem to appreciate the culture too! Professional, and efficient!!!

I was referred to this office through a friend who also had a career in medicine as myself. I was able to schedule my initial appointment the same week as my first call to the office. My experience was excellent: thorough, friendly, and efficient! Heather PA, and her medical assistant were all of the above. Living in Arizona mandates we have vigilant checks of our skin, and I will remain a patient.

The only reason I am giving three stars to this office is because the staff was polite and kind, and it was an efficient office. Unfortunately I found Dr. Benson to be very mechanical and robotic. I brought in my 13 yr old daughter for hair loss/ thinning of the hair in the front and teenage acne. The medical assistant said these are two separate visits, which was frustrating but ok. His examination was quick and though he went into great detail to explain the condition in complex medical terminology to me (as I am a physician as well) when I asked what the treatment was, he said “there is none.” He did NOT mention that this was something reversible, and often could be reversed within a few months with treatment of the underlying cause. He did NOT talk to her directly about ways to help her hair loss. I would recommend a better communication style, especially if you have younger children as your patients, and especially with something as sensitive as hair loss. He had nothing more to offer. Also he was only in the room for possibly 10 minutes, I am unsure why they could not also address acne. Left frustrated. Will go for a second opinion to Mayo Clinic.

I just made an appointment last Friday for an initial exam, I’m a new patient. I scheduled my appointment via website, my insurance wasn’t listed on the choices give so I naturally figured that I’d receive a call from them requesting the information. I received a text and called the number give. A male answered EXTREMELY RUDE! He kept talking over me, and said he couldn’t verify my insurance with DOB and SSN. I deal with insurance so I know that is possible. I tried to explain that I never received a card and I have requested one. He said he needed it ASAP, when I asked to speak with someone else in that department he refused. I hope someone reads this because this is me canceling my appointment.

No wait time for my appointment. PA and nurse were both very thorough. I got my biopsy results in 3 days which is very quick. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is so nice here. I couldn’t have chosen a better dermatologist! Kiley Davis is amazing. From my first visit to the last, she has listened to my concerns and was able to answer any questions I have. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Renae Slobodny, PA-C is a phenomenal clinician. She presents herself with such grace and intelligence. I felt very cared for and the skin check Renae preformed on me was the most thorough check I have ever received. Highly recommend.

Referred by my primary care doctor for a spot on my hand that needed to be looked at and biopsied Annie was personable and did a thorough job. She found an additional precancerous spot on my arm and took care of that while I was there. Office was very clear about the timeframe for my biopsy results to come back and stated they would call regardless of the results. Still in the waiting timeframe for results so we’ll see if they live up to their promise.

Dr. K. English was very attentive, listened to my concerns. She explained the procedure and talked about what she was doing the whole time. Assistant was also very attentive and professional. Please with entire experience.

I had a surgery appointment scheduled for two weeks in advance. When I showed up after a 40 minute drive from my home, the receptionist told me she just left me a message 4 minutes earlier saying they needed to reschedule becuase I would require mohs and not conventional surgery which they already knew when they scheduled the appointment. I never received the so called message so I wasted 40 minutes in each direction and the receptionist didn’t seem to care. I’ll be having my surgery elsewhere.

English Dermatology practitioners I have seen over the years have all been professional. For the last decade or so I have seen Mindy for my skin checks and follow ups. She’s very pleasant, efficient and I trust what she says. The office is well managed.

Office staff were wonderful. My PA was amazing. The business has some process failures that made a bad day worse. Went through the online system to schedule an appointment and it gave me a singular option to schedule with Dr. English. I arrived for my appointment and was told that there was an error and I was rescheduled later in the day with said wonderful PA. Again, staff amazing. But this error made me have to choose between therapy or this derm appt. Needed therapy today but derm appts are harder to get. In addition, checking out the next client was told to wait right next to me which made feel uncomfortable regarding discussion of my visit. No discussion of potential cost in relation to my insurance, she said the system will bill me. Again, the lady at the desk was so nice. This is a system failure not any staff person failure.

Recommendations:
– Screen appointments made by the automated online system to make sure they’re placed with the correct provider.
– Little privacy at check out.
– Give good-faith estimates to patients.

Again, loved the staff. You all were so nice and considerate, none of this is a reflection of any person I interacted with at English Derm. To future patients, I recommend this team. Just know the system isn’t optimized for you so advocate for yourself.

The staff is very friendly, & helpful the most time you spend waiting to be seen is about 5 minutes or less. What you have to say to the Doctor’s & nurse practitioner is listen to and taken into consideration they also explain things very well to your understanding.

I saw the doctor shortly after my appointment time. Did not have to wait a long time like other places. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Nice and clean exam. rooms and the Dr. and staff were the best. Thank you!

Great experience at my new patient appointment! The office staff did a great job of getting me all set up as a new patient. They were kind and efficient. I saw PA Jessica Griffin during my appointment. She was thorough and made the exam comfortable. Overall very happy with the practice.

Daughter & I have had appointments in the past with Sara Hartman and we think the highest of respects of her. Many years doctors & other Dermatologist didn’t test my daughters issue, but Sara Hartman was the one to actually take us seriously and diagnosed her with Basal Cell Carcinoma. Dr Rubenzik is truly an outstanding dermatologist. She is extremely thorough in her evaluation and very thoughtful in diagnostic skills. After a full exam she laid out an excellent treatment plan. I’ve been dealing with stubborn acne since college and nothing over the counter ever worked. Went to this dermatologist and they actually took the time to figure out what was going on. They gave me a new routine and a prescription that started helping within two weeks. The doctor was easy to talk to and didn’t rush the appointment. The front desk staff was helpful with my insurance too which saved me some stress. Only thing I’d mention is the wait time was a little long but worth it. My skin is clearer now than it has been in years and I feel way more confident. They also recommended some products that actually work. I’ll be sticking with them from now on. Real care from people who know what they’re doing.

This was my first visit with Dr. Rubenzik. My head to toe skin exam was thorough and she explained everything she saw. Dr. Rubenzik came up with a treatment plan that made sense. What caught my attention was how cordial and pleasant she was–something you don’t see too often with medical professionals these days. Wow, should’ve listened to the reviews. Craig Wiggins was dismissive, rushed through the visit and got defensive when I told him how could my condition be diagnosed without any labs or tests but just by his observation.
After listening to him talk (mind you VERY fast) and muffled due to him wearing a face mask. He went on about what could work. And I asked what would be best. He said “I don’t know you tell me seems like you got defensive at the beginning?” Really?…… not coming back here again.

Lleve a mis hijos con el Dr. Craig Wiggins y la experiencia fue horrible no la recomendaría en lo absoluto cuando entramos al cuarto la enfermera del Dr que obviamente por su apariencia hablaba español comenzó a dirigirse a todo con mis hijos en inglés nunca me preguntó nada ellos son menores de edad 13 y 15 en una de las preguntas yo intervine y me voltio a ver con una mirada de pocos amigas luego me preguntó si la receta la quería en inglés o en español y yo dije español después que yo respondiera le pregunto a mi hija si está bien en español mi hija dijo si, (una recete médica la debe de administrar un padre no un niño) pero dije alomejor por que mi hija tiene 15 ya la ve un poco más grande del niño si me va a preguntar ami y nada todo fue igual.
Cuando el Dr llegó el que claramente no hablaba español le habló a cada niño sobre el tratamiento 15 segundos exactamente no los examinó ni nada solo a cada uno les dio pastillas cremas y jabones lo cual se me hizo muy apresurado y un poco irresponsable ya que mi hijo de 13 al salir de la clínica ya no se acordaba como era que debía tomar y usar los medicamentos. Al final la receta me la dieron en inglés la enfermera sabía que yo le había dicho que en español y aún así no me la dio. El trabajo de las enfermeras es responder amablemente a todas las preguntas del paciente y ayudarlo y traducir al Dr cuando ellas hablan los 2 idiomas para eso se les paga. Al salir de la consulta me habla y me dice en español “haga su cita en 6 semanas” a lo que yo respondí ” despues llamo” y en voz alta dije “no me gustó para nada la atención”. Así que si tú estás pagando para un servicio médico no te recomiendo este lugar no te van a escuchar y no te van a ayudar el Dr no te va ni a poner atención a tus preocupaciones y la enfermera de mal carácter que no te va a querer ayudar.

First time as a new patient and i was in and out super fast.. Dermatologist diagnosed me and explained everything about my condition and treatment options.

My first consultation via telemedicine was excellent, fast, efficient, and hassle-free. I was able to quickly book my next appointment for the removal of a mole, which I appreciated.

However, my in-person experience at the office was far less pleasant. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay my copay, and I explained to the receptionist, Elvia, that I normally handle payments through my insurance portal using my HRA account, which sends them a check. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem to understand, and instead of clarifying the matter, she accused me of being mean. Her dismissive attitude and sarcastic response made the interaction unnecessarily frustrating.

I want to be clear, I was not refusing to pay my copayment, as I understand it’s my responsibility. I simply wanted to follow my usual payment process. She had the biller call me, but despite my efforts to explain, the conversation went in circles. This misunderstanding led to a 35-minute delay in my appointment.

As I waited, I noticed that other patients were experiencing similar communication challenges with Elvia. One patient struggled to explain the different payment methods he used, and she failed to understand him. Another, an 18-year-old accompanying younger siblings, faced unnecessary difficulties, Instead of assisting, Elvia refused to speak with their mother over the phone about setting up a credit card on file, very dismissive.

Despite the frustrating administrative experience, Valeria and Dr. Wiggins were excellent. They provided efficient, professional care, making the medical portion of my visit much smoother.

While the medical team was great, improvements in front desk communication, customer service, and understanding of insurance payments would greatly enhance the patient experience.

Dr Craig Wiggins is absolutely rude, speaks so fast and doesn’t bother to listen to my daughters concerns, will NOT be going there to do my daughters procedure! Front office girls were rude and dismissive!

My experience at OMNI was great! Was very quick, but very efficient, and Dr Wiggins made it a point to address my issues, then treat them! Although, they could have done a better job at doing an overall body check for areas that I could not see for myself. I had skin tags removed.

Such a great experience. We were seen very quickly and right on time. The PA (Amy) was very informative and really listened to my daughter and her needs and concerns. The front desk, the medical assistant, literally everyone we encountered smiled warmly and made us feel welcome. Also, when scheduling the appointment we were able to get in to see someone in under one week. Such a stellar experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Stockton is AMAZING! I would give her 10 stars if I could. She is kind, caring and fun to talk with. Most important – she is an excellent physician. She is extremely knowledgeable and so skilled at removals — her incisions are perfectly straight and the scars completely fade away. The office staff and medical assistants are very professional, friendly and have great attention to detail. We’ve been seeing Dr. Stockton for 20 years and I actually look forward to my appointments with her. We lived outside the Phoenix area for a time and made the drive back to the Valley to see her. I would like to thank the office of Dr. Stockton, starting with the welcomed greeting with the young ladies at check-in, even though they had patients they still looked up and acknowledged me when I walked in. Drs’ assistant Nicole, was very comfortable and personable to talk to.
I’ve been to a couple of people in the dermatology profession before, but I must say the experience with Dr. Stockton I have never experienced. She entered the room and immediately I felt comfortable and as she continued with the exam I was taken back in how thorough and knowledgeable she was, and explained everything. She didn’t hurry and was genuine.
It was almost 8 months to get an appointment, and it was truly worth the wait!

When I was diagnosed with a melanoma, she and her team took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, making sure I understood the process. Wonderful Doctors and staff! I have been seeing Dr. Longo for a while and find her to be thorough and gentle while dealing with a number of skin issues that I have had. My husband has been seeing Dr. Tobin and has been pleased with his care.

This was my 3rd visit over a 10 year period. I just wanted to tick off another box on my health care to do list. Appointment was with Fiona who did a very professional thorough examination. She was able to answer to my satisfaction any questions I had. The exam concluded with one biopsy and one small growth removed by freezing. Everything from making the appointment thru checkout was seamless.

If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, sadly this is not the place to do it. Fiona, NP came in quickly, did her job with no regard to my hesitation or questions, and left just as fast. She handed me papers instead of talking through things and did a procedure without my knowledge or consent. I’m sure they have given her a quota to fill but I just choose not to be the patient in that type of environment. As someone with OCD, there was no hand washing, gloves used, or movement from clean to dirty, not even with a request. An uncomfortable experience all around. I didn’t interact with either doctor but I won’t be back to find out if that would have been a more positive experience. I hope you don’t waste your time either.

Carla was great! They were professional and thorough! I tried to get into my own dermatologist in WA only to be told a 3 months meh wait! These people gave me options for the type of visit i needed. They are now my new dermatology clinic for all my skin care needs!! I Highly recommend them.

Had a treatment done with Amber and she was awesome! Had a ton of great recommendations, not a hard upsell on any products or services but absolutely made sure you were aware of what they offer.
