Appropriate and professional. Glad I went for my annual skin assessment. The nurse assistant and MD worked well together: the work flow was efficient; the support staff top notch friendly and my PA was patient and explained the rationale for his work clearly and efficiently. I was referred to this office through a friend who also had a career in medicine as myself. I was able to schedule my initial appointment the same week as my first call to the office. My experience was excellent: thorough, friendly, and efficient! Heather PA, and her medical assistant were all of the above. Living in Arizona mandates we have vigilant checks of our skin, and I will remain a patient.

The only reason I am giving three stars to this office is because the staff was polite and kind, and it was an efficient office. Unfortunately I found Dr. Benson to be very mechanical and robotic. I brought in my 13 yr old daughter for hair loss/ thinning of the hair in the front and teenage acne. The medical assistant said these are two separate visits, which was frustrating but ok. His examination was quick and though he went into great detail to explain the condition in complex medical terminology to me (as I am a physician as well) when I asked what the treatment was, he said "there is none." He did NOT mention that this was something reversible, and often could be reversed within a few months with treatment of the underlying cause. He did NOT talk to her directly about ways to help her hair loss. I would recommend a better communication style, especially if you have younger children as your patients, and especially with something as sensitive as hair loss. He had nothing more to offer. Also he was only in the room for possibly 10 minutes, I am unsure why they could not also address acne. Left frustrated. Will go for a second opinion to Mayo Clinic.

I just made an appointment last Friday for an initial exam, I’m a new patient. I scheduled my appointment via website, my insurance wasn’t listed on the choices give so I naturally figured that I’d receive a call from them requesting the information. I received a text and called the number give. A male answered EXTREMELY RUDE! He kept talking over me, and said he couldn’t verify my insurance with DOB and SSN. I deal with insurance so I know that is possible. I tried to explain that I never received a card and I have requested one. He said he needed it ASAP, when I asked to speak with someone else in that department he refused. I hope someone reads this because this is me canceling my appointment.

No wait time for my appointment. PA and nurse were both very thorough. I got my biopsy results in 3 days which is very quick. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is so nice here. I couldn't have chosen a better dermatologist! Kiley Davis is amazing. From my first visit to the last, she has listened to my concerns and was able to answer any questions I have. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Renae Slobodny, PA-C is a phenomenal clinician. She presents herself with such grace and intelligence. I felt very cared for and the skin check Renae preformed on me was the most thorough check I have ever received. Highly recommend.
