Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they all made me feel comfortable during my dental visit. Adriana was so attentive, she answered all my questions, set up a treatment plan and scheduled me accordingly. Highly recommend

I visited Western dental for a dental and orthodontist consultation for my daughter. Dr Ortiz was very nice and friendly. She explained the process and issues very well. Adriana the financial person, when over the options we had to proceed with the service by giving a discount for the day. Everyone was very sweet and kind. I'll recommend this place for it's service and the personnel's treatment.

Love this place! Miguel is always so friendly as well as the front staff they are so nice and helpful and work with you on payment plans or options.

Miguel is a breath of fresh air! By far the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. He’s personable, friendly and efficient. I feel like they discriminated against me. I went in because their website and a huge sign said new patients without insurance get a free exam and X-rays. That’s the only reason I booked. But when I showed up, they told me it would be $104. I mentioned the free exam and they said it was only for orthodontics, which made no sense. I called customer service and they confirmed the offer is for general dentistry. I went back inside and waited 10 minutes at the front desk before someone named Miguel showed up. I explained everything again and he doubled down, now saying it would be $130. At that point I knew they just didn’t want to honor the promo. I checked their reviews later and saw others got the free general exam. It felt like they assumed I wasn’t going to spend money, so they didn’t bother with me. Then after I posted a negative review, a bunch of fake-sounding five-star reviews appeared. It’s obvious they’re trying to hide honest feedback. This place was shady and felt unfair. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time due to a combination of bad insurance and serious phobia, tooth pain forced me to come on and the technician Miguel was great. Quick with everything that was needed and kept the conversation going to help relieve some of my stress! Fantastic work from the whole office!

The service here was quick and so smooth especially dealing with the tooth pain I had Miguel was such a sweet and kind person ! Definitely recommend and will be back again for more work.
